I recently made my first purchase from Entertainment Earth and in total purchased 7 Funko Pops. One of those pops came in the mail with shipping damage. I contacted their customer support and they took care of the issue and was a great overall experience. Issues can happen with any business but its how they handle those issues. Could not recommend enough.
I placed an order, was told it would not ship till October, well it shipped sooner they took the money with no heads up! I tried to contact them through email and phone to cancel before it shipped, no luck! No response to anything. Do they even have a customer service department? I sent the email a week before the item shipped! I tried chat and calling during business hours. Nothing at all!

I placed a preorder for an item right when it first got put up with in a day or 2. Now the item was supposed to be here and I've seen it at target and Walmart in February 23. It is now October 23 and now arrives in January 24. I've looked for the item from other places but they say it has been discontinued and this is the last piece to finish a set my kid loves.

Every item I've gotten from entertainment earth has been heavily damaged. Creases crushed bubbles clear plastic has so many scratches on it. You can't even see the item they tossed the item in a box with some crumble paper around it and literally wad the packing slip up and throw it on top. Can't even fold it. Neatly send items back for refund. End up paying my own shipping to send it back I've had several orders one or two. I wanted to cancel so they canceled all of them. Doesn't matter anyway, they'll just send me a bunch of crap

Long story short with an example. You preorder an item with October release date. Little do you know. They'll only be getting 100 to start, but they'll let 500 pre order anyways knowing they're gonna tell 400 they now have to wait. They then lie and say it's a manufacturer delay and they aren't getting any on time. Then 2 weeks later you see not min versions selling in stock on the website, which are the returns from the first batch that did get them on time. So you reach out to their customer service asking why some people got it and you didn't. They then feed you a bunch of crap about how the manufacturer unexpectedly sent them just a few and blame these big companies like funko. Even though every other vendor selling the same item has more in stock then they can sell but you're now invested and stuck waiting until January foe christmas gifts every other person had no issues buying in October because they weren't dumb enough to trust these crooks. Run away while you still can. As soon as I get my items I will never order from these shady guys again. Inventory management is not this difficult, u have 2 decades of experience in e commerce work and have never seen a vendor behave in such a shady manor. It's like they are so scared of extra inventory that they'd rather make the majority of their customers wait and get treated awfully.

Ordered 4 items in September 2022. It said delivery was expected in October 2022. It is now January 2023 and I contacted Customer service who said "Veronica D.Hello, thank you for reaching out. Unfortunately, the ETA was pushed to this month. We do not receive specific ETA dates from manufacturers due to variables in shipping and production times, just a general month estimate. This item is now expected to arrive sometime in January and it will be shipped as soon as it is delivered to us."

Ordered a couple small items from them. After two weeks my order wasn't shipped, so I complained. They sent me a "tracking number" aka they created a shipping label. But over a week later and they still haven't actually sent the item out. It's been almost a month, and they've now stopped replying to all emails. Will have to report the fraud to my credit card company. Stay away from these thieves!

They said they had Magic cards in stock. Took my order, then the item sold out everywhere. 3 weeks later they are still waiting on the item they didn't even have and weren't actually getting. Now because they were trying to grab market share with merchandise they don't actually own to sell, I can't get the thing I had the money for. After looking at this it seems this is a common occurrence with this crappy company.

My advice, be wary of pre-ordering any MTG products with them. I pre-ordered Phyrexia All Will Be One Compleat Bundles at $80 well in advance of the 3/3 release date. As all MTG buyers know the price of these spiked before release to $120+. No shipment. I've now sent two emails asking for an update on this order, both getting receipt confirmations, but neither have been replied to and it's been about 10 days now since the first (they say 1-3 business days for a response). So they can take pre-orders but not fill them, so don't waste your time especially on products that go up in value before release, they won't deliver. And before they go there, yes, I already checked my SPAM, junk, and every other folder for their reply and there has been zero communication back.

I recently purchased 8 Funko items from EE and a few of them arrived damaged. I assumed I could return the 4 that came damaged because the item is advertised with a "mint condition guarantee", but I was told they can't be returned or replaced because they were purchased in a "bulk order". This was not mentioned anywhere on the items individual listing and is only mentioned on a completely different part of the site under their returns policy, so I was told that nothing could be done even though in addition their policy says "other options may be pursued" on orders over 6. This is especially frustrating because I saw someone online order the same item as me, in the same quantity, and have the same issues regarding damage as I did, and they were sent replacements no problem. I guess this company is only interested in providing good customer support to people who have an audience that could draw them in more business with their misleading advertising. Also when you select the free shipping option it takes forever to be processed and arrive.

My nephew used my card to by a dinosaur from them a few weeks ago and then last week I had a random charge on my account from them for $26.86 that I did not authorize. I have sent an email and tried customer service twice. The first time I was kept on hold for over 20 minutes, I am currently on hold with them now and we have clocked in at over 20 minutes again on hold. So either they stole from me or they are a terribly run company. I guess I will have to dispute the charge with my bank tomorrow. Very annoying.

In August 2022, I ordered a Halloween item. On the receipt it clearly reads "Coming in September 2022." Weeks later, when I emailed to inquire about its arrival, I received a 'copy' of my receipt, now amended to show "Coming in October 2022" and excuses about how they can't control shipping and manufacturing. Well, that's exactly what's required of providing "holiday" themed items. If you don't have them to ship, or can't guarantee them, don't sell them. As a customer, I shouldn't have to keep inquiring about my delivery; if you're unable to provide it on time, you should be providing me with updates and alternatives.

This company looks legit, with their « risk free pre-order » and « free shipping » and « no hassle return » but do not feel this company is safe.
I ordered one item with them, then cancelled my order when was able to find it with a store with better shipping options. The cancellation felt easy an item was removed from my account page.
A month later they still shipped the item, denied the item was cancelled and I am forced to pay for both the item and the shipping. If you call them claiming you cancelled the supposed « risk-free pre-order » then it is your word against theirs. Stay away from them.

I purchased an exclusive limited edition item from Entertainment Earth in full claims by the store that I would receive said item in "mint" condition. But, I did not. As a result to poor distribution, they still sold these items as "mint" condition, knowing that most—if not all were damaged. As well as they poorly packaged this limited edition item, when I paid for shipping (which includes packaging).

Purchased an item on preorder. Item delivery date keeps changing by months and months even though it is widely available elsewhere and has been for a very long time. Now they report that the item will deliver 8 months after the original promise date. AVOID!

I've written positive reviews for entertainment earth but things have changed over there. Be careful of Donald. He has the worst customer service rep over there. There used to be a higher level of mint condition guarantee at entertainment earth but their standards and customer service have taken a huge dive. I calculate $150 to resell their items at a loss. To the owner of entertainment earth, Jason. No need to reach out. Donald gave an attitude, was rude so there's sno reason for me to make orders over there. I would've been fine returning the sealed items and never buying again parting ways on good terms but I do not agree with taking tons of photos of the paint issues and then possibly being rejected after doing all that work. Too much of a hassle and definitely not a hassle free experience.

Horrible service. They are overpriced with no quality check. I ordered multiple times to get the Chase Funkos from them and each time I received my order, the non chase funkos are always in mint condition but every time I get a chase Funko, The boxes are damaged. This happened 3 times to me already, They do not have quality control and their shipping is too expensive!
