The employees were very nice and polite. HOWEVER, not that well trained in company policies. So as it stands, I paid $700 for my rental, AND they are holding a $900 authorization that won't expire for another 23 days!
Initial contact difficult to establish, but in person contact went very well with an upgrade because of contact difficulties. Good experience overall.

The process is always fine obtaining a vehicle and the staff is great. But my main concerns are that you folks run the cars through a car wash but the windows on the inside are very dirty. It makes it very difficult to see thru when it is sunny. I always have to clean the interior windows when I recieve a vehicle. One more thing now that winter is upon us. My last rental I had to travel to Ohio. While coming back I was driving thru the mountains in Pittsburg and it was snowing and the temp was 18 degrees. The rental was from Florida and the windshield washers froze up and did not operate. All cars should have washer fluid in it good to -25 degrees so it does not freeze up. Thank you.

This was by far the best experience I have ever had with a car rental company. I thought customer service was dead, however the branch manager proved me very wrong. The service was exceptional and the delivery, as well as the return was quick, easy and actually enjoyable. I had never used this office in the past. However will use exclusively going forward. Thank you!
Super easy process, very professional, super nice crew. I had questions before I booked the rental and called the store. They were very knowledgeable about their products. This is the reason I booked with them since they weren't in a rush to hang up the phone.

Excellent customer service at every step of the rental process. I received the car I requested and, even more impressive, was told the agreed-upon price several times while picking up and dropping off the car. No tricks, no surprises; I felt respected and valued.
Answer: They do not respond to complaints. Which is kind of frustrating when you have a complaint.
