My experience has just been terrible. My rental that I have now and the one before was just nasty and smelled terrible. The customer service from Jack on Karl Road in Columbus, Ohio was also terrible.
I travel extensively, so I rent alot of cars throughout the country, and frequently from this Gulf Breeze location. The manager here (Lauren?) I can tell makes customer satisfaction a priority, and challenges the team to do the same. This location is the best, the cars are always clean and ready to go. Positive recognition is deserved at this location. People make the difference, not brands, nor slogans, or scale. The people here are the difference. Great job!

Great pickup experience! Got to choose which vehicle I wanted. I went with the one with a heated steering wheel which was awesome! I did night drop-off and then received a call the next day to make sure everything was good. Love renting from Enterprise.

Was greeted by Christian on day of pickup he was professional and courteous. At drop off was greeted by Troy and Christian in Shreveport. Even though upon arrival it was very busy, with no cars available, they remained calm and provided great customer service. I had a courtesy car following an insurance claim, and they were extremely polite and efficient. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again

I appreciated a late upgrade request to an AWD vehicle when I found out a snow storm was happening just when I planned to leave for my work trip. They even cleared the snow off my personal vehicle when I returned the rental to the store. Both times they went above and beyond helping me out.

When I picked up the rental in Duluth, Nick was so incredibly kind and helpful. I enjoyed chatting with him and he is very very knowledgable about the process and the company. It was such a nice change of pace to chat with someone who is so passionate about their work and taking care of anxious customers (like me!). The car was great and I felt comfortable driving it the 7 hour journey I had going back home. The drop-off went well too and I'm so lucky the few times enterprise has come to my rescue when I needed a way home or going somewhere!

When the vehicle that we had chosen ended up feeling too small, we stopped into enterprise, and they worked with us and immediately got us into a bigger vehicle that fit our family perfectly. The rental car had some issues (smoked-in non-smoking car, filmy inside windshield, broken seat height adjustment.). In the end the manager did the right thing but it took some serious hoop-jumping to get there.
