The experience was a five star experience. Very professional from the beginning to the end and very knowledgeable about all of the cars on the lot. The staff at the Tharpe Street location is the best.

Have been an Enterprise Plus member for equally as long and have had a good relationship with Enterprise so I feel individuals like myself shouldn't have to provide a deposit when renting. The individuals whom broke the trust with Enterprise should be flagged and required to pay the deposit.

Car had a bad odor. The interior was very dirty. The car that I order has never been ordered, so I have to downgrade. Found a roach on the back seat. Limited options on replacement vehicles.
They were so good they didn't have me waiting around for ever. They understood the situation I was in, but I just had a car accident and needed a vehicle and they were understanding and they went beyond what they needed to do to make sure that I was comfortable with the vehicle they gave me They were understanding they were sympathetic to my situation. I am a senior and as soon as they see seniors someplace to see seniors walk in and they try to take advantage not these guys they were all so professional so well train from the manager down I was impressed. Thank you again and I would definitely run from them again.
I chose click and let pick, to let Enterprise pick the reservation vehicle, and it was very appropriate. I never had a Masda before and was very pleased with the technology features available in the vehicle.
