Was left in the side of the highway for over 3 hours. I then drove the car about 20 miles home with some type of hard plastic hanging down dragging the highway. I was afraid it would break off and be a hazard to any traffic around me. If I had waited for tow truck I would have been on the side of a busy highway for 6+ hours without food, water,or bathroom available, etc. My cell phone was very low of power and the rental car had the " new" type of charging outlet. I had brought a charger cable but it was for a cell phone a few years old. I told person taking initial information this but it still took over 25 minutes to complete the process. If I tried to hurry them along, he would start over! Overall a nightmare experience

Been renting cars for business for 40 years. Enterprise Monroe GA is the best, primarily because the Manager, Meredith is incredible. Always make sure the vehicle works great and the enterprise experience is perfect.

I would like to let it be known that the young man that helped me the when I returned the and most likely when I extended mine last time and the young man that helped when returning my car was very kind very knowledgeable. Very kind and cared about the way I was feeling how my day was going. He was just overall a great person. I do remember his name and I will probably seek out him for his help the next time that I come in, don't we all wanna be treated nicely not saying that others were not nice. Because they were all very kind and helpful I'm just saying for me. He went above and beyond.
