Fast and friendly service. They were able to accommodate me even when they were running low on inventory. They answered all my questions on the different add ons. They helped me get used to all the features in the vehicle. They are always fast in checking me out when returning the vehicle. Would definitely recommend Enterprise to my friends and family.
The process to pick up and drop off the car at MSP was incredibly efficient. The staff we encountered were all very friendly—notably Lucy and Venus. We had a great experience with the vehicle and with Enterprise!

I have used Enterprise several times over the past years at both the location in Tulare & Visalia and I have always felt like a valued customer. The staff have always been very professional and friendly and helpful. Being able to extend the rental out using the app if necessary was a real plus because there are some days I did not know if I would get my truck back from the shop and so with just a click on the app I could easily extend for another day. So easy and quick. I enjoy taking the surveys and giving the ratings because that is one thing I do look at when choosing a company. So I like to be helpful to others in my situation that may need a rental and can see my positive notes. I tell it how it is. Whether good or bad. But I have never had a bad experience with Enterprise and I will continue to be a loyal customer for years to come.

I highly recommend Enterprise if you need to rent a car. The staff was amazing and the office was clean and comfortable. The professionalism was off the charts and they were very friendly. The car was so clean and the pricing reasonable. If you are in the metro Detroit area, I highly recommend the Royal Oak location on Woodward!

Islip MacArthur Airport Enterprise car rental was Fantastic. From the time I got the rental car. Also when I returned the car. They were very courteous and polite. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

I rented a vehicle at the airport I flew in to. I was travelling to a family event. On my way, the tire pressure on my rental became very low, so I put in my maps for the closest Enterprise location to me. I stopped at the location to get the tire aired up. At that time, I talked about where I was headed and they suggested to switch out vehicles, for same costs, in case the tire had a slow leak on the original rental and I had a longer trip to drive yet. They were very helpful and efficient to get me back on the way. My new/updated rental ran good and got me through my trip. Very pleased. Everyone was so helpful. I recommend Enterprise.

I've been calling since yesterday and no one answers. I called Geico to see if they could help me. What happened is that my daughter left 100 dollars in the drawer of the car and I called because the money was to buy something for a project and I was never able to talk to anyone at the office. I called auto repair there and a guy told me he would leave a message so they could call me back and they never called me. I called like 6 times today and nothing and I went back and called auto repair and a girl answered, she asked me for my name and told me what she would do so they could call me back and they never called me back.

Super friendly helpful staff at the Covina office. I had to drop my car off for repairs. They picked me up, and when it was repaired they gave me a ride back to pick it up. The rental car, a Genesis, was lovely and they gave us a free up grade. I will definitely go back whenever I need to rent a car.

Excellent experience at the Boston Harbor Garage, great team and always friendly. I have never had an issue here. There are certainly busy times during tourist season but overall they handle it very well.

The front end began to shake a little bit around 70 mph, the tires were only aired up to 29psi, I inflated them up to spec, that helped the vibration a little but it did help the steering which was a little sluggish most likely caused by the low tire pressure. The car did have over 22,000 miles, all in all it wasn't a bad ride.

Great team at my local Titusville, Florida store. They took care of my needs for a rental vehicle, particularly a pick-up, due to my disabilities. The whole process of get into the store after dropping my vehicle off at the body shop, to getting my vehicle after it was fixed, and the body shop calling Enterprise to come and get the rental to return it, was perfectly smooth in transition. I can't thank Tom enough for his professionalism, and knowledge to make me feel comfortable through this process.

Both Kira and Kelsey were top notch. They were at the Lehigh Acres, FL office. They were short staffed, yet both of them remained professional and friendly. There were many people in line; however, because both Kira & Kelsey were so pleasant and professional, not one customer complained nor grumbled at all.
They both offered to cover each other so one of them could take a quick 5 minute break; however, neither of them agreed. They both stayed at the counter & went out back just long enough to check on the progress of the cars that were to be rented by one of the customers in line.

My car was in need of repair work. My insurance company set me up with a rental, which is how I went to Enterprise. It couldn't have been easier. I dropped my car off at Hudson View Auto Body and he drove me to Enterprise. My rental vehicle was already waiting for me and Austin Glick got me out in a timely fashion. Austin was courteous, friendly, knowledgeable, informative, and extremely helpful. He answered every question I had and gave me lots of information as well. When I returned the rental vehicle, he was kind enough to drop me at Hudson View Auto Body to pick up my vehicle. The Volkswagen midsize SUV was very nice as I was used to my Chevy Equinox and adjusted easily as far as all aspects. Great job Enterprise and especially for your choice of representatives. Austin Glick we can't thank you enough for making a difficult situation so easy and pleasant.

Vehicle was great. Midsize SUV was just what we needed. The people at the John W Carpenter in Dallas was great. Very, Very helpful. Suggestion - keep instructions for all of the controls in the vehicles - would help on long trips.

The customer service at the Mount Vernon WA store is Exceptional and should be considered a benchmark for the Enterprise Company system.
I usually dread going to Enterprise stores throughout the US. They usually are not personally engaged and ALWAYS seem rushed and treat customers as an annoyance.
