Enjify

The account that was sold to me is locked out and I cannot contact the company. None of the emails work and the live chat in the website shows that connection is lost (so not working at all, because I tried from 5 devices).
Edit / P.S.: I got through to the client support which obviously told me that the account with the PS game that I bought end of March is no longer serviced and my "warranty is over". So I lost the access to the account and the possibility to play the game. If I could put a negative rating or 0 rating, that would be it.
Beware and better buy delisted games via disc-version or just buy elsewhere. This one is a scam of scams.

Not getting a serial key, but instead getting an account that doesn't know what will happen in the future. You need to understand the T&Cs of each platform for your game console. Your console could get banned.

Two orders i.e. ******* and *******, placed for 2 games, one was an empty account received and 2 was a shared account received so you cannot play the game at will. Customer Service doesn't seem to exist. I want a refund or this site needs to be flagged as a danger.

I have had issues and have been trying to contact customer support for a few days now but havent heard anything. I have tried multiple times over different days via email, the live chat ect to get help but they just wont answer. Really bad customer support. I feel like ive been scammed out of £35. Don't use this website.

I've bought today in the afternoon a game. I haven't got it yet. I also haven't got an answer, although they are apparently online in the chat, and I also contacted them via email twice... This is unacceptable, the people should come together and report this scam.

I was initially excited about the attractive prices for games on Enjify. However, this excitement was short-lived. Instead of a direct download, I received login details for an account to download a demo version of the game from the Nintendo shop. To my dismay, these login details did not work.

When I tried to contact customer service, I was directed to a chatbot, which made the process more difficult. After several attempts, I finally spoke to a person who promised to send new login details. However, I have not received anything further.

My advice: be cautious. If the price of a game seems too good to be true, it probably is. Based on my experience, I would advise against making purchases from Enjify.

Password change. Game doesn't work anymore. Sent an e-mail, no reply and failed to sent mail. DON'T BUY YOUR GAMES HERE!

After 6 emails to customer service in the last three months, they only replied once. Game never came so I lost my money.
First time it happens to me in a reseller website for the last 10 years, avoid!

Got caught thinking this was a download code purchase, instead it's a really dodgy account reseller with the game included. No customer service. This is a really sketchy way to add games through random accounts to your console. There are plenty of reputable sellers of digital download codes out there. You have been warned.

Won't refund, don't give you what you expect from any other site. This is their (total lack of a) refund policy:

3.2 Refunds will not be issued for the following reasons:
– You request a refund because you have changed your mind and do not want the product after it has already been ordered.

Bought violet never got the details for it then tried to log in on my scarlet acount that i bought from them they changed the pasword and sold it to som1 else i have so much progress that i lost its discusting they dont reply on live and email chat.!

This website is a scam.

This leads you to believe you are buying a CD Key (mentions Key multiple places on the site), then sends you an account which you can't even use till they activate it.

Feel like you've been lied to? Support will just insult you, refuse to refund you, and quote unrelated laws to try and defend themself.

If you have fallen prey to their scam, go through your bank for a refund.

I ordered a steam code from this company, it took 4 months to arrive, turns out its not a steam code and was a steam account that has to be activated, support are an absolute joke and will mock you rather than help you. In the end all you do is lose money, terrible scam of a company please do not even click on their website

Customer service refuses to exchange the product and makes several false promises. Still no help was offered emails went unanswered

Stay away from this service.

Sold me fraudulent product, refused refund request despite product never being used and not possible to use. Then threatened I would be fraudulent if I charged back through my bank.

Be aware sale of steam accounts violates steam terms of service and will be revoked, expect linked accounts also.

Avoid these crooks

Site is a scam. They try to get you to make a new account and list it as your primary account. They don't just give you a product key. No refund either. Not sure if I can cancel payment through credit card.

Im gonna show everyone how much of a scam this company is. I ordered a game from them 2 days ago. Haven't got it. Talked to customer service live chat which was no help whatsoever. Asked for refund and was denied. I'm furious rn that I fell for this stupid page. Now I come on here to see what other people are saying and I find out that they used my name to create a fake 5 star review! PLEASE don't fall for this scam. I wish I could vote less than half a star

This is definitely a scam. On purchasing Fifa 23 for Xbox One, I expected a game key, but instead was sent a code which shared account details with another user.

Enjify do not really sell games; they sell shared accounts with the game on it, which has to be illegal! I regularly cannot access the game and at other times, I am kicked out of Fifa 23 in the middle of a match due to another user. Sales support were not able to help and provided the manager's email address. I have sent emails regularly since January and have still not received a response nearly 4 months later! Avoid at all costs. I should have read the reviews before purchasing…
