You're not buying a game code. You're buying access to an account that you don't own, despite the repeated statements that you do. They can essentially cancel it any time and you lose access to the game. Customer service are either bots or people that talk like bots. They won't answer your questions! Also, enjoy the massive process to actually get access. Please please please do not use them. They suck.

Customer support that doesn't even respond to your refund request. Late orders and if you want to complain about it, they just copy paste the same stuff over and over again. They just tell you to wait and thats it. Dont spend your money here if you are looking for game accounts for cheap. Try another websites.

Absolute trash business model and disrespectful customer service. You pay for a game and then have to use different accounts to play the games. Can't play the game on more than one Xbox and support will straight up talk trash and decline support or any form of help. I wouldn't use a game from them if it was free. Total scam.

Do not trust the site, please avoid. They will send you random email address and password and they will have control over the email and activation. Please avoid or else smear yourself with the loss of money like me.

The product falsely advertised and on top not delivered in time. No money back, nothing. Their so called support is not helpful at all!

They give you an account instead of a code. Now the account does have the item on it so it is correct but they could specify it in the ads. If you are buying switch games/DLC just change the account to primary console and you're good.

I wish I could give -10 star to https://enjify.com absolutely worst people out there. The Monday Mar 13 the game hogwarts is out for a while now. I see a ad that they are selling this game for good price. I order and wait for the code nothing, I contacted there support and tell me I have to wait for release is April 4. I explain it for a birthday gift for my son and if they could cancel the order. So I could get my money so can have a birthday gift for them. Basically laughs at me and said no we don't do that. I don't know if this scam or not but be aware. Don't recommend them at all.

They scammed me, i bought a gane on their website and they did not send me the serial number and they dont reply the messages. Poor customer service i advice you all to not buy anything in this company.

Never in my life have I been robbed by a website for games before. But this website just did that. They make is seem as if you get an activation code for you playstation to use the code so you can get the game you bought on their website. But in reality they give you another psn account, you have to log into that account, make it your primary account (dangerous) and then download the game through their psn account. I never encountered this weird way of buying a game on a website for games. Nowhere does it state that this is the way you'll get the game you bought from them. I feel betrayed and robbed out of my money. I asked my money back because I wanted a keycode. Not this other person their psn account. They said no. So bye to my money. Worthless website. Do not buy here.

The website is a scam! Use it only if you want to part with your money. I wanted to buy a code, I was asked to wait for 2 days for the code to be delivered and after that no answer. I've tried to contact them multiple times, but they couldn't bother to answer, so I have to accept that I was scammed, but hopefully other people won't fall for it.

I bought a game on Nintendo Switch from Enjify.com 2 weeks ago. I share my experience with you, I am very satisfied with my purchase, first of all because the price I bought the game for was low compared to others. I'm very pleased with the quality of the product and the service.
I recommend this site for your video game purchases, their catalogue is full ;)

Unfortunaly I didn't realize my purchase was for an account and not a game key. It literally said "Can be activated in Nintendo". Not "logged in" on Nintendo. Tried contacting customer service and was left on read twice with no response. I eventually got a reply with a screenshot of the fine print saying it was an account. Misleading, a scam, and terrible customer service.

I just tried to change my password on enjify. This did not even send an email to change, so I doubt there was even an account set up. Wish I had look them people up before using, tried to rectify this issue and they were no help whatever and would not give me a refund. Do not use, avoid them. I will asking my bank for a refund instead.

I thought that I would buy a steam key, instead I had to wait a week for the purchase and then got a steam account with the game installed. With no possibility to get my money back... Not recommendable...

Bought a Steam Key for Atomic Heart. The delivered Key was for a game called Pigmentum. Contacted Chat. They referred me to their alleged superior *******@universalgaming.io. Haven't received a reply yet. Will request the money back from my bank.

Firstly, the products they are selling are not legal. They are not selling digital keys as the language that they use implies, they are selling access to accounts which have the game on them. Defensive customer service. They refuse to issue refunds for their illegal products. Shouldn't be allowed to operate so publicly.

Order placed but never received. No communication, no one wants to help you. No one responds. It's just a big scam company. This company needs to disappear.

I ordered a game, expected a key, received an account.
I asked a refund as soon as I received the mail.
By mail or in chat, I'm completely ignored.
Can't believe the website is one of the first suggestions on Google.
