You'll have to add another account on your device, just to have/play the game you purchased. The customer service seems unprofessional, personally and rude. I won't even use the product I bought, it's not worth the trouble

I have been scammed by this company. I bought my son the new Zelda for the Switch with my credit card, but nothing was delivered. Even after many emails and through the poorly accessible system that should help you, I still have not received anything after 2 months. Not even my money back. I did get from Google that my account here had been hacked. Be careful with purchases through this network. It will only give you a headache. This site should be removed from the internet immediately.

This website is absolutely awful and one big scam. They only sell accounts and not codes and the account they give you isn't even yours to keep but is shared with tons of people. They do not issue refunds and make it unclear what ur actually buying.

As per title and wish I would have read the reviews before purchasing. You will not get a cd key to add to your own account, you will gain access to a different account that they own where the game is stored. Yes the game is playable but you wont be able to transfer it to your own account or gain milestones. Additionally when trying to change the email of the new account the system wont allow me to. Ultimately a scam and what you get is access to the game for a few days before they will probably take it back.

Just purchased a childhood favourite of f1 2018. Well not so much child hood but more of a throwback. And it works. Code/account they gave me to login in to download the game worked. Customer service was fine and went through the process. Tbf the game was £6 so not much to complain about. I probably won't use again. It was a one off thing just to finally play it again

I bought fifa 22 on xbox one, I received my order by mail quickly. I don't understand the negative comments towards Enjify because I will continue to buy from them. I recommend them 100%.

I bought a game on account, recovered this account, there was nothing on the account. I had to even create the gametag, so the account was completely new and unused. SO THIS IS AS BIG OF A SCAM YOU CAN GET WITH BUYING GAMES ONLINE, DONT USE THIS SITE! The chat bot as well as the FAQ's page are $#*!, you won't get in touch with real employees and you won't get a refund, they just steal your money and don't care about the client.

Do NOT BUY anything from this site. They dont sell codes but shared accounts.

I purchased a game saying it would be deliverd instantly. Instantly means for them within 3 days.
When i asked about it the customer "support" gave me a fake mail adress to send a mail and closed the chat.

After that i tried multiple times to contact the support team, but its the same guy who just closes the chat of he cant copy and paste a text.

I still dont have the game and dont expect to. Pay 10 euros more and go to a better site or else they will scam you out of money too.

DO NOT buy from these guys, unless you want an account with the game. Nowhere on the page does it say that it's for an account on the one I was wanting to buy. It showed it for a different item, but not the one I ordered. Immediately contacted help via chat, and they would not give a refund. I'd give 0 stars if possible.

TLDR:
Don't purchase from them unless you're wanting to contact your bank afterwards for fraud.

Totally illegal. For all those who were robbed by this fake company: please check with your financial institution and ask to put their bankaccount on a blacklist regarding fraudulent businesses. That way, transactions will no longer be possible. Also contact the official internet fraud dept. from your government as well as the EU and file an official complaint, providing them all the details from enjify.com. And last step is to contact the game developer company as well as sony, Microsoft or Steam and explain them about their illegal scam. I did all this. My financial institution also advised to file a complaint at the police station which I will do tomorrow.

Between the fact that they only advertise that they are selling accounts and not codes on their FAQ and that their support and return policy is tone deaf, they also don't support PayPal which should be a red flag for any of these sites. Stay away.

Absolutely aweful, delivery took over a day when quoted as instant, refused refund after verification process was not as described (sold as key but provided account) prior to purchase. Once activating they refused to be helpful and was told "Just download and play the game" when I asked to secure account provided then finally removed the purchase because I tried to secure provided account as it was a violation... avoid these clowns at all costs, thanks.

I paid for the product and nothing was sent. When I tried to contact through the web chat nobody replied, i have also sent a couple of emails and no luck.

I Have just "bought" Forza Horizon 5 on the website, aftermaking the payment, i have received a confirmation mail with steam ids account.
The website doesn't sell games but sells account potentially having the games. After contacting the customer service, they didn't want to refund.
There is no way to make sure that the account has not been stolen or created using false identity or a stolen one.
Don't get fooled like i have been.

Absolutely a garbage site, promises to delivery key immediately, waited for over a week with multiple contacts with support but all I get is it's delay and coming soon. Had to get the bank involved and get the charge back. The order still showing as pending delivery for 2 weeks now.

I created an account on their website and purchase a game on their sale page. Then only to find out after receiving an email that it was for an ACCOUNT, not a CD key. On the sale page, it says digital download and no mention of an account.
Selling accounts is against the ToS of all the major gaming platforms.
They refused to refund and now I've contacted my bank to dispute this matter.
