Do NOT BUY anything from this site. They dont sell codes but shared accounts.

I purchased a game saying it would be deliverd instantly. Instantly means for them within 3 days.
When i asked about it the customer "support" gave me a fake mail adress to send a mail and closed the chat.

After that i tried multiple times to contact the support team, but its the same guy who just closes the chat of he cant copy and paste a text.

I still dont have the game and dont expect to. Pay 10 euros more and go to a better site or else they will scam you out of money too.

I ordered a game, expected a key, received an account.
I asked a refund as soon as I received the mail.
By mail or in chat, I'm completely ignored.
Can't believe the website is one of the first suggestions on Google.

It said on the page that I was buying a product key for Playstation Network, and it was immediate delivery. I bought it. After 2 hours, I contacted them saying I did not receive my code. They said to me that I would have it maybe in a couple of hourse, maybe tomorrow, maybe later, because the seller didn't have the product ready. WTF. It's supposed to be a key, and instant. If the seller needs time, then it's not a key, but an illegal PSN account. They did not deny that it was in fact an illegal account, whice btw, 2 days later, still haven't received anything.

They never sent me my receipt, and when I try to see my order on their site, it tells me it's not ready yet (see image attached).

Don't listen to the very few 5stars reviews, it's probably their employees making fake reviews.

I am now in a dispute process with my credit card provide to have the charges reversed.

Paid for a digital key, not a P2P game sharing! Reporting this site as fraudulent and reporting to my bank that this site is fraudulent. Keeping receipts for proof and screenshots taken from the website where it doesn't say anything about purchasing p2p game share content. THIS CAN GET YOU BANNED BY SONY!

I bought a game and 3 times they deliver the profile was lock after a while at the end the said my game was out of warranty and that they couldn't to anything about it like it was my fault,as fo a refund...haahah not even and answer was given.

Totally illegal. For all those who were robbed by this fake company: please check with your financial institution and ask to put their bankaccount on a blacklist regarding fraudulent businesses. That way, transactions will no longer be possible. Also contact the official internet fraud dept. from your government as well as the EU and file an official complaint, providing them all the details from enjify.com. And last step is to contact the game developer company as well as sony, Microsoft or Steam and explain them about their illegal scam. I did all this. My financial institution also advised to file a complaint at the police station which I will do tomorrow.

DO NOT buy from these guys, unless you want an account with the game. Nowhere on the page does it say that it's for an account on the one I was wanting to buy. It showed it for a different item, but not the one I ordered. Immediately contacted help via chat, and they would not give a refund. I'd give 0 stars if possible.

TLDR:
Don't purchase from them unless you're wanting to contact your bank afterwards for fraud.

I purchased Fuser for Xbox on a Monday, today is Saturday and I still haven't received details of my purchase. I have had no correspondence apart from a receipt.

I should have looked into this more, you supposedly receive log in details to another account where the game should be there to play.

This seems like a scam site to me, I would not purchase from again.

I have asked for a refund but still no reply.

It wasn't a lot of money but it's the principal of being miss sold or scammed.

Please do not use Enjify.

Long story short: DON'T BUY HERE! SAVE YOUR MONEY!

I bought many digital games & accounts in other online shops. Never had a problem and never had to wait more than 5 minuts to get what I paid for.

Even if they claim usually it gets 2-3 hours, after 27 hours from my payment on Enjify.com I still don't have my game, nor news.

I contacted the assistance to ask for a refund and they replied that delivery could take even 2 business weeks, so they won't give you a refund before this time, because they are in range.

Just crazy and the worst game shop I tried. I'll never buy here again. If someone shops digital games it's to play it immediately with no wait for shipping (otherwise you buy phisical boxes). I chose it beacuse the price was a bit lower than competitors: big mistake! Cheap price, cheap shop. If I could, I would cancel my order, get a refund and shop on a serious website even if it costs a little bit more. Unfurtunately I haven't check reviews before purchasing and now I can just wait.

Bad! They don't deliver and customer service does not reply. They offer a live chat and as soon as the support guy was on, he closed the chat because he saw it was about a complaint. Total SCAM!

They give you an account instead of a code. Now the account does have the item on it so it is correct but they could specify it in the ads. If you are buying switch games/DLC just change the account to primary console and you're good.

Between the fact that they only advertise that they are selling accounts and not codes on their FAQ and that their support and return policy is tone deaf, they also don't support PayPal which should be a red flag for any of these sites. Stay away.

They will vaguely word their sales pages to deceive you into making a purchase. Then, when they deliver something different than you expected, they will flat out refuse a refund and suggest that the webpage "clearly states" what the product is. When you point out that it does not actually "clearly state" what the product is, they will rebut with the fact that "we cant control how you perceive the information". It is a run around and some

Total scam! Pay for "instant" delivery but still waiting 24hrs later and the only thing from support is "maybe later today or sometime tomorrow"……hardly instant is it

The website is a scam! Use it only if you want to part with your money. I wanted to buy a code, I was asked to wait for 2 days for the code to be delivered and after that no answer. I've tried to contact them multiple times, but they couldn't bother to answer, so I have to accept that I was scammed, but hopefully other people won't fall for it.

Took my money for digital delivery of a PS4 game. Did not deliver product, product key, or any communications. Would not provide refund. A total scam. DO NOT order from Enjify.
