Title says everything. They're 30 day satisfaction guarantee is a lie and the whole site is a ripoff. Save your money

The 'unlock' to see more should have been a clue not to buy it! It does not work! Don't buy it! Customer service useless, doesn't even read the information I sent them.

Luckily I realized this was fraudulent before I purchased a key to "Unlock" all my deleted messages. After you do your initial scan they give you partial access to a text message that has been supposedly deleted. My preview had a hotel reservation and message from the sender saying he/she got a job at Five Guys. The only person I've ever know that worked there was my son and he's never stayed at a hotel that's 50 miles from our house... I would give zero stars if I could!

I spent 2 hours doing the preliminary scan for this product. The messages I needed showed up as "locked' so I purchased the program to "unlock" these messages. Of course the program didn't actually unlock these messages. TOTAL scam. I tried contacting the company and they REFUSE to help or refund despite their "satisfaction guarantee"... Luckily I can dispute the charge with my bank. Terrible company, terrible customer service, do not waster you time.

I used this recovery system because I was desperate to retrieve messages i accidentally deleted as I'm sure most people are when they are looking for a recovery program. It recovered messages from months ago but not from days ago. Makes no sense. I contacted support and of course they said well it works 94% of the time, lol that makes me laugh because I'm pretty sure 94% of people are going to fall into that 16% and it won't work. I got every excuse in the book but my favorite was well you updated the iOS so it wiped out older messages. Lol it was the older messages that it found so nope wrong. I wouldn't get this product it's a waste of money and they won't refund your money. They prey on the fact that ur desperate and you need to recover something important take your 50 knowing it most likely won't do what it's supposed to do then stand behind their 94% work and your just part of that 16% sorry. Stay away from this company.

After having to purchase the unlimited data backup, the software quit working all together.
Everytime i would get on there to do a recovery something went wrong with it. Now that i have paid out over 100$ it will not do nothing. And forget about support helping you. It has a chat button, but unless your gonna stay on your laptop for 10 days, you can forget it.
The times i was successful it didnt give me any more info then what was already on the phone its self.
There are way better software recovery out there.

I purchased Enigma Recovery software for $79.99 to recover a missing note on an iPhone 7, however their product was not successful in doing what was advertised. I contacted customer support with my complaint but they refused to give me a full refund for my purchase - even after I deleted the software and told them I do not intend on using it further. They also stopped communicating with me after I told them I was going to escalate this issue through PayPay (note the case was closed in my favour haha). So, let this be proof that a great company like PayPal is smart enough to sniff out a fraud like Enigma Recovery. Had they been willing to refund my purchase themselves perhaps Enigma Recovery could have avoided this embarrassing review.

Don't buy this crap. Their "amazing technology" didn't deliver and I'm an unhappy customer and they could care less.

Here's the deal. I received a text one day at 9:10am. Accidentally deleted it at 4pm that day. Bought the software at 7pm that day. Didn't use my phone between 4p-7p. Bought 3 products- this crappy one for $60 and 2 others for $30. None of these products could get that one text. The next day at 5p I requested a refund from all companies because I knew I was out of luck. The 2 $30 companies refunded me. This, crappy company said "our software shows you recovered 12 texts so we can't refund you". The 12 texts were some random texts from years ago. No refund and they're not interested in customer satisfaction. Don't buy it.

I've had several problems upon purchasing this program. I've been in contact with customer service several times, and they keep telling me to uninstall, and reinstall the program. They are extremely adamant that they DO NOT give you a refund at all. So I spent good money on a program i've never been able to use since day one, with no chance of getting my money back. I pray that nobody ever buys this program, and that this company goes under ASAP. Absolutely terrible buisness.

Bought this product a few weeks ago and tried to recover photos from the cloud, every single time I've tried since then I get a technical error from there servers, it has not even tried to connect to the cloud once as the software doesn't work. As it says in their refund policy, any technical issues are a cause for refund. I emailed them, finally got a response saying they weren't going to refund me, despite my issue being a legit reason for refund, I have read the policy. So I wrote to them twice more in the last 2 weeks, no response still, obviously they know they're in the wrong and are refusing a legit request for a refund.

The software does not work as advertised, the iCloud recovery does not even work AT ALL, their "customer service" is slow and when you do get a response its from someone who does not even understand your basic request, you will not get a refund even when you have a legit reason for one. Its a simple scam, I should have read reviews before buying it I guess.

Good luck to the rest of you, save your hard earned money and take it elsewhere.

Enigma Recovery will not offer you a refund OR a store credit. They are a very difficult company to deal with. If you buy the software and it does not allow you to recover what you needed, you will have wasted nearly $100CAD for absolutely nothing. Their customer service is horrible, as other Recovery Software that I purchased all offer refunds. I spoke to three people from their company: Kent, Alvin, and James, and all three of them said NO to giving me any sort of refund. DO NOT PURCHASE ANY PRODUCTS FROM THIS COMPANY, YOU WILL REGRET IT.
