I had used them for some time now, but my most recent transactions have been SCAMS. Their customer support is terrible as well. Made the process of communication the worst experience ever. No clear and concise direction, and no refund for a $30 for a key that didn't work. Be careful, they may be cheap but there's a reason the keys look so cheap.

The games are cheap and deliver quickly, but there are often issues with ordering and delivery. I've tried to order 8 games at once for about 25$ and it always went wrong somewhere and my money got refunded but when I tried ordering again the same error appeared but no money came back to my account. It's been almost a full day and the support is not responding to anything and my money is still not returned, although it says that the money is refunded in the order status. It's a lot of money for me and I'm really stressed out about it. It's not the first time this happened. When I ordered games before, one of the codes was used, and it took support 3 weeks to send me a new one. I would rate 4,5-5 stars if support wasn't so unresponsive and bad. I really hope my money is refunded and I don't encounter anything like this in the future.

It's been 4 days since then, I wrote 3 replies since their last one and didnt get any reply or anything. Like honestly at least tell me to $#*! off if u are going to just straight up ignore me and take my money. Save ur time and money people and DON'T buy from eneba sometimes it's worth to pay a little more than deal with this $#*!.
EDIT: this is just hilarious after 2 hours of me publishing this review they finally replied offering me refund, if thats not just a coincidence then its kinda lame. Either way imma change my rate from 1 to 2 stars unless they end up having "problems" with refunding my money which im really afraid about.

Everything is mostly awesome: simple website interface, very cheap prices, a large selection of products, and payment methods. The only downside is that there is a minimum price limit. Your order must be at least 85 euro cents. However, this small issue won't affect my final verdict 5/5.

You were trying to take advantage of a good promotion that we were offering and after a couple of attempts, you were simply not being able to make the payment. I totally get it. But I must ask that you please try to see our side as well. If our system has blocked you due to suspicious behavior it's because your activity reflected exactly that. Which wouldn't have happened if you had only tried to purchase a couple of times, even if you had used different email addresses. Again, I understand that you were frustrated by the failed attempts and that you simply wanted to make your purchase. But as a Software Engineer, I'm sure you can also understand how our automated system would assume that several purchases made in a short period of time from the same source using different attributes can be taken as suspicious.
After your contact, we can get an idea of why this has happened but for an automated system, these attempts just seem like someone is trying to work around our security limitations. So, it ends up blocking the account to prevent it from being used without the owner authorization.
Now, I also know that you have contacted us and have stated that you are the owner of the account. But I'm afraid that simply not enough. That's exactly what someone that gained access to your account would tell us. I know that an experienced user like yourself has their own ways to protect your data and that what I'm saying may seem like silly excuses. But I ask that you consider that not all our users can protect themselves as you can. Most people still don't know how to protect themselves online. So, in order to resolve these sort of situations, we really have to go through the inconvenient process of review we started with you.
You preferred not to go through it, which is totally understandable. We just ask that you please try to see why we have to request it in the first place.

Disgraceful company. Sold me a code for Xbox Ultimate which had already been used. I raised a ticket (as this is the only form of contact) to which they eventually replied asking me to get Microsoft to prove I hadn't used it. I did this and sent them the proof, after which they stopped responding and haven't answered any messages for the last three weeks. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
Received a code that didn't work, it is now over a month later and after providing screenshots and proof of everything, there is still no progress being made. It seems all the protection is there for sellers and nothing for customers. Just getting repeatedly told to wait for a resolve from a non-responsive seller.

Every time your transaction fails, they tell you its on our end, so refund has been issued. You won't get note from PayPal regarding the refund and which they didn't started. 4 transfections failed because of their system only 1 refund I got and they tell you in the email that it will take up to 28 days which is a lie as I get refund from any other sources in 3 days. Stay away from this website as it's very risky to get your money back and it has been 3 days and still no respond from their team support regarding my last refund which I lost 15 dollars.
To Amber: No sorry but you guys are thieves because if you guys really started the refund Paypal will send a message stating that a refund has been started but in your case Eneba didn't and will never do as people here said good luck getting your money. It's ok it was only 15 dollars that I lost and I have warned my friends and others not to make any purchases from Eneba.

Don't worry - if your orders were canceled, those funds are reserved and when your payment provider confirms that the payment was not completed the funds will be returned to you automatically. It will not necessarily take 28 days - PayPal refunds take anywhere from a few minutes to a few days, and only in edge cases it can take longer.
Our support agents usually answer tickets in 1-5 days. The reply times change on a daily basis as we are receiving different amounts of tickets every day, so it is only an approximate time estimation. They have to answer all tickets from the oldest to the newest, doing otherwise would be unfair to other users.

So I went to shop at Eneba on 6/11 because I thought it was safe based on Reviews but guess what I went and bought a 100 dollar psn card from their website. And as soon as I got it I went to the psn store to redeem it. It says that voucher is incorrect and does not work. So I went through the hassle of sending them screenshots of everything and proving from PlayStation chat the guy said he has no record of that code being activated or existing. 3 days pass and still no response. If you want to never see your money and lose almost 100 dollars shop here.

Answer: Not really most of them got the same problem if a code/key is working, everything is fine. If not then the customer is screwed. The only difference is how that is handled. Eneba for example if you get a duplicated key you could have a big problem, they don't do anything without the supplier's response, which could take weeks. So best solution use always PayPal to get you money back.
