I didn't have any of the bad experiences with the site. I even bought games for different platforms, with different prices attached to them. The keys all arrived on time, they all worked. I have only good things to say about this shop.
My girlfriend and I tried to buy a Far Cry Primal key and it was claimed. We were told to contact Ubisoft asking for when the key was activated and since Uplay won't tell us the key seller just used that as a way to rip us off saying it was activated after it was bought even tho Ubisoft says different. Total scam don't touch it, you might get a key that works but if you don't support will bend you over and take your money.

I bought Guacameele 2 from a highly rated seller on this store. I received a duplicate key and created a ticket. They asked for screenshots which I provided and haven't heard since for nearly a week. This store is selling instant delivery keys, scams people and provide duplicate keys. There's no way to rate the seller as well for to help other users from getting scammed. Avoid at all costs if you do not want to be disappointed.
I pre-ordered a key for a buddle on fortnite, i did it on October 31st, i've been waiting 3 days to use that damn skin, because the buddle would unlock on November 2nd. Then yesterday (November 1st) i bought another code(it was a gift) for my friend, but i sent this one to His email, however i paid both of them with My paypal. Now, we both got the Keys today, actually i got it at 1-2 am. Mine is not working, and my friend just redeemed his skins, so basically now, i paid for both of them, but i got nothing, the support is not answering, in 3 hours from this moment i'll try to start a ticket on paypal to get my money back for the first order (mine) if The don't answer. That's totally messed up, must be a $#*!ing joke!

I made the same mistake to buy a cd key here... they provide me an invalid cd key for steam! After email contact they told me to buy a new one because I live in the wrong region which isn't true... don't go here!
Support is terrible. I bought 3 Roblox keys over 2 weeks ago and I still haven't received WORKING codes. The ones they sent me were already redeemed. And support refuses to believe me, saying that the seller insists that the keys were working and valid( they weren't). Stay away and don't spend your time with these scammers. This is fraud.
There is now way the seller can verify if the keys were activated or not, Roblox doesnt allow that. You are scammers.

I feel robbed by having to give this company a 1 star review. Trust me, just stick to CDKEYS or whatever because although Eneba are tempting with low prices I promise you won't receive your code or a refund. You're not actually buying the code from Eneba you're buying from a third part vendor that don't care about reputation and will send the code to multiple people. Then Eneba will say provide proof of activation blah blah you give it to them, they make you wait 2 weeks so they can contact the seller and then they'll tell you the code has been activated so there's nothing they can do. If you're reading this debating whether to buy from them don't say you weren't warned. You will 100% be scammed.

For starters - you are correct, we are indeed only a platform for other sellers to sell their keys on and no purchase is made directly from us, as Eneba does not have any products of it's own. All purchases are made from verified and trusted sellers, who go through a long verification process to be able to sell on our website. And I can assure you that every seller does care about their reputation as they care about the customer as much as everyone else on our team does and no key is ever sold at any given moment to multiple customers, ever. But it can sometimes happen that there's a mistake on the sellers inventory and a non-working key can be provided, and thus, an investigation process needs to be carried out by both our support team and your seller as well to properly seek out resolutions for you. For used keys, the activate date and time are often used as additional proof / confirmation for both the sellers and our support team about the situation and after it is received, the sellers often tend to also complete a verification process with their supplier to validate the claim with them, whether the sold key was activated before the purchase was made or after it. I completely understand that the process itself can be frustrating, especially if it goes that far and can take longer than usual, based on the case itself, but the goal is always the same in the end from all parties - to receive a proper resolution for you. If in your case specifically it was confirmed that the key was activated after the purchase was made, then indeed, our team cannot provide any further resolutions as keys activated after the purchase window cannot be refunded or replaced.
However, if you feel like the situation was not investigated thoroughly by our support team, they will gladly take an additional look at it and review it again, so feel free to create a follow-up ticket with us and the investigation process will be continued once more.

Beware of Eneba, this is the worst platform to spend your money on. The company claims to be reputable, however, its scamming the customers by selling "Already USED" keys, and upon contacting their support (which is super awful), they send you in a rabbit hole to contact the official Platform.
In my case, I bought the Cricket 25 - PS5 key, which turned out to be used already, and even though I contacted the ENEBA support, after days of back n forth emails, I was told that key was "not used" as per their seller.
I even provided the official Playstation Email to them, specifying that the key was used before I purchased it, but then I was ghosted.
Please, never purchase from this platform, as they're scammers, and huge liars, who will not hesitate to take your money, and then lie on your face.

I haven't had any problems with eneba - bought 5 games for steam and it worked, then I bought a key for Fallout 76 which did not work, so I had to contact customer service and thats where things went downhill.
Replys back and forth, customer service (probably the same person) identifying each time as somebody else. It took them some time to reply that I'm basically a stupid person for not agreeing to wait undisclosed time for thier supplier to reply. Well, that was it - I had enough of this $#*!.
See the pattern here? You can buy few games, but once a supplier or thier API make a mistake, they wash their hands. Customer service is there only to copy-paste stupid templates. Absolute worst.

Eneba is an online retailer of high standards. Out of all the instances I used its services only once did I had to go to the support in order to handle a problem I encountered. Usually, all goes well, I can't recommend it enough.

Provide an non working key, they don't take responsibility at all.
Got a non-working key, they instruct me to contact THEIR supplier or contact Epic-Games myself for official proof that the key doesn't work. Suppling screenshots of the error message (they ask for this) is not enough after-all.
Feels like a huge scam. Paid full price for a key that doesn't work, Eneba not willing to take ANY responsibility at all. AVOID!

I bought a key for doom eternal for what I thought was ps4, it wasn't it was to be used on Bethesda. Once I had realised my mistake and attempted to at least try it on ps4. The code was too big. I contacted via their ticket service which said to provide pictures of the key as part of the proof. However, they refused to refund as I had displayed the key (which they asked for)! So now I am money out of pocket, with an item I can't use but they could easily have provided to someone else and refunded me. Avoid these thief's at all cost!

I've tried everything with them. They sold me a duplicate key. I created a ticket (which was way more involved than I thought,) Did not hear anything form the until 5 days ago when I wrote a bad review in Trustpilot. They answered to my review saying that they had asked for further information. They only asked for more information after I created the review. They are asking me to contact Steam and ask them for the exact date and time when this key was activated. I already did and Steam does not answer. How is this my issue to resolve? They should be figuring this out with Steam. They were the ones selling duplicate keys. I have sent countless emails and nobody in Eneba responds. And here is the kicker, if I don't send Eneba they responso from Steam in 48 hrs, they consider my issue resolved. Eneba, you guys are horrible.

Answer: Not really most of them got the same problem if a code/key is working, everything is fine. If not then the customer is screwed. The only difference is how that is handled. Eneba for example if you get a duplicated key you could have a big problem, they don't do anything without the supplier's response, which could take weeks. So best solution use always PayPal to get you money back.
