I purchased a key for a game for $30 I never played before and got banned when I tried logging in. When I provided the proof, they just wrote me off and tried to say it was a coincidence and that it was not their problem. Scam company avoid this site at all cost! Customer support is useless!
Ever since I discovered this shop, I get all my games from them. So far I have bought 3, and all of them are fine. Have yet to try the game time cards, but I trust they they also work. No bad experience! (They also often hosts sales, so that's a plus).
I personally recommend the site. All the games I got from it were fine, they didn't cost me an arm and a leg, and theirs customer service were responsive as well (I once panicked about the key, but it was just false alarm). I truly am happy with buying from the website
The Key Code I purchased didn't work. I tried it from my console, the app, and the microsoft website. The process to file a ticket requires far too much information. I would 100% not recommend Eneba. Thankfully Im only out $15. Ill just dispute the charges on my Credit Card.

Poor service, seller sold me a used code and refusing a refund/new code.
I will be staying away from Eneba in the future. I purchased some gift codes from seller Digital Keys and a higher value one has already been redeemed on someone else's account. I informed Eneba straight away, literally within a few minutes of the order going through, and they passed on the information to the seller who has told them that the key was unused, which is false. I have gotten back in contact with eneba with further proof the key was used before my purchase. They replied that the sellers photo of a physical gift card is solid proof the code was unused and therefore they still won't issue a refund, even though I have proved that the code had already been used on another account when I tried to use it. This is really disappointing support and I am £45 down. It is a shame as Eneba has been good in the past, I have placed many orders, but this experience has been poor and I will not be making anymore purchases in the future.

Refund or key replacement is only possible in these cases:
Key hasn't been viewed.
Key is invalid.
Key has already been used before the purchase happened.
Those are absolute conditions for refund to happen. If either of them are not applicable, our support team is simply not able to provide any additional resolutions, due to the nature of digital keys and the inability of neither our support team, nor a seller to revoke a key after it has been viewed, or already activated.

This company went in my cash app account and took two payments that was not authorized the first two they tried to take $258 and then another $60 which was declined and it went back in and took two payments of $9.97 and $9.90 that went through I've never heard of this company I never dealt with this company customer service has not yet to reply back to me Actually I don't even know what this company is I will keep writing a bad review until someone contacts me and rectified this issue

I have bought the GOTY edition, but what i got was the standard edition. I opened a ticket to eneba support team since yesterday an a whole day after nothing came out of it. Based on the other reviews i will not wait for a whole two weeks to get my money so i will open a ticket on PayPal and see where that gets me. I have used eneba 3 times before and they were great, but this happening now is shady.

I bought the wrong game from then on accident, and nothing I tried worked for getting a refund, not even permanently deleting the game from the Steam library and showing them proof of that. Now I have no game and they get to keep my money.
They lost me as a customer and I hope they lose everyone else too.

Those are absolute conditions for refund to happen and in your situation, the key was fully redeemed, working without any issues and you had simply chosen to delete the game from your account under your own volition in order to inquire for a refund.

I got my cousin the entire collection of Mario games (select titles, of course) for his birthday. The keys arrived almost as soon I paid for it, all worked and we safely downloaded the games to his console. The best thing is that the entire gift didn't cost us as much as we could have paid elsewhere! I stand by this website.
Pretty shoddy. Tried purchasing Stellaris Ultimate bundle, received invalid activation key. I reported it immediately to Eneba, then reported it to PayPal and my bank as possible fraud on Eneba's part.

If I could, I would give this scam company 0 stars.
Firstly, they sold me a used key. After several mail conversations back and forward (with too long response times), I finally got a replacement key, which was ALSO used!
Now it's the third time I have to take print screens and send to them. Really too much effort for a game, but I will not give this up until they give me a god damn working key.
I may change this review if they send me a working key within a REASONABLE time...

They now contacted me and wanted additional screen shots of the DLC list... for a game that I don't own. What a damn joke.

I bought a key for wwe 2k17 and when I tried claiming it, it said it had already been used. I contacted Eneba about it and provided screenshots but they said "the exact time for resolution depends on the seller and the amount of the current cases they have." It has been a day but I'm really not too sure how long this process takes. The reason I'm giving it 3 stars is because they still could give me another key, but as of now I still have yet to get one. The extra steps to this process are also very tedious.

Sell you a code that 16 digits when Xbox and Ubisoft both require 25 digit codes can't get a refund never buy anything without making an account first because you have to make an account to file a refund then your purchase disappears thank God I screenshot everything. If it works, it works. If not than kiss ur Money Goodbye u never get it back. I got a duplicate code and even after providing the proof they asked and after weeks nothing. They just point at the supplier and they refuse refund or replacement until the supplier says so. Only way to get ur money back is PayPal and don't wait longer as 2 days it's not worth it. If you don't get it by then, well my guess you never will.

I purchased a game 16 days ago from there. They sent me a key that had already been used. They asked for screenshots of my library and licenses which i provided almost 10 day ago. Since then they stopped responding to emails. DON'T BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM. They might have cheap prices because that's what they want to achieve, to scam people. Avoid this store.

Purchased a £50 Nintendo switch gift card and when it was received and inputted into my device I was told "this code has already been used"
I let Eneba correct the issue and supplied all evidence they required... but nothing got done. Thank god I paid using PayPal where I now have opened a dispute against them!

Tried to buy a key recently but as the purchase was being made there was an error, therefore I did not get the key, yet money got reserved on card. Wrote 2 tickets about this and both were exact copy paste replies "This has been resolved" etc. I'm not saying Eneba is a scam but I'd like a little more help from the customer service, atleast let me know when I'll get the money back and so on.

Answer: Not really most of them got the same problem if a code/key is working, everything is fine. If not then the customer is screwed. The only difference is how that is handled. Eneba for example if you get a duplicated key you could have a big problem, they don't do anything without the supplier's response, which could take weeks. So best solution use always PayPal to get you money back.
