“RUDE MUCH?”

It seems like no matter what department you speak to the staff is just rude and you were speaking to a parent of a special-needs there is no reason to be that way. They often sell toys that just stop working. Even after a few days they tell you it's your batteries, sounds like common sense right? No there's an obvious shortage and something in the toy seem stuck. Go to a different company and buy the toy that's from Enabling Devices but don't buy directly from them. So far customer service is rude and so is returns. Unfortunately they just want to make money and they don't care about your child. They have to come so difficult that I actually have rebought the toy put it in the old packaging and return the old one, they say they only give new toys not refurbished that's what they say…. I need someone I can communicate with and they don't provide a phone number so usually you need to email someone and that doesn't work so well or they say they emailed you and clearly they didn't. Don't say I didn't warn you. There were three buttons not working (I tried uploading a quick video but it won't let me). When I emailed it to them they said oh it looks like just one button that doesn't work do you think I'm gonna trust him to fix it when they clearly don't know how the toy works?

Verified purchase

I paid 46 for shipping to Hawaii and my item shipped 10 days ago. I paid 46 dollars for 2 day shipping and I have heard nothing from customer service in regards to apologies for the delay in my delivery and the customer service agent refused to acknowledge I was experiencing this and just threw a temper tantrum and hung up on me. When I was transfered several times no one answers the phone. My advice is buy something for your loved one at another site. This was awful. I am still waiting for 10 days.

Tip for consumers:
So much strife not worth purchasing items like this from this company.

Tip for consumers:
Don’t use this site because the customer service is brutally bad find on a different site because when you have problems and questions you need someone you can talk to not just email and they don’t really respond

This site has all kinds of assistive devices for children with disabilities. Many of which are great for children with autism. They have communication devices, PECS and icon makers. This site looks really great.
