It seems like no matter what department you speak to the staff is just rude and you were speaking to a parent of a special-needs there is no reason to be that way. They often sell toys that just stop working. Even after a few days they tell you it's your batteries, sounds like common sense right? No there's an obvious shortage and something in the toy seem stuck. Go to a different company and buy the toy that's from Enabling Devices but don't buy directly from them. So far customer service is rude and so is returns. Unfortunately they just want to make money and they don't care about your child. They have to come so difficult that I actually have rebought the toy put it in the old packaging and return the old one, they say they only give new toys not refurbished that's what they say…. I need someone I can communicate with and they don't provide a phone number so usually you need to email someone and that doesn't work so well or they say they emailed you and clearly they didn't. Don't say I didn't warn you. There were three buttons not working (I tried uploading a quick video but it won't let me). When I emailed it to them they said oh it looks like just one button that doesn't work do you think I'm gonna trust him to fix it when they clearly don't know how the toy works?
