Emmiol failed on time delivery, than informed me they are out of stock. I have cancelled order but have never received my money back! They send me something after the order was canceled (I didn't approved any shipment) and now they expect me to return it to China on my cost as a condition of refund. Customer Service is a ChatBot that keep answering the same text like idiot, without understanding the matter. They offer discount for the item you didn't order! Emmiol try to do everything just to not give you your money back! In this way they ask you to pay for their failures! 100% scam! Avoid!
I wish I could give zero stars, but unfortunately, I'm forced to settle for one. My experience with Emmiol has been an absolute nightmare from start to finish.
First off, the product I received was NOTHING like the picture on their website. The quality was shockingly poor – far below even the most basic standards. It felt like cheap fabric and looked like something you'd find at a dollar store. I was beyond disappointed.
I immediately requested a return label, but it's been weeks and I've still heard nothing. To make matters worse, the original shipment came from 735 S. Figueroa Street in Los Angeles, CA – but now, they want me to return the item to a different address in China. Oh, and the best part? The return shipping cost to China is $79.95! That's more than the cost of the items themselves. Ridiculous.
This whole situation reeks of an unfair, dishonest business practice. They place the entire burden of return shipping on the buyer, and offer a pathetic 30% refund if you choose not to return the item. I wasn't having it, so I opened a dispute with my credit card company. After a lengthy back-and-forth, Emmiol "offered" a 50% refund – once the dispute was closed. I agreed, the dispute was closed, and now it's been a MONTH, and no refund has been issued. They claim it's been processed, but my credit card shows nothing. When I follow up, they just give me the runaround.
This company is a total scam. I would never, ever buy from them again. Stay far, far away if you value your money or your time.

Be warned that before you purchase any items, returns are near impossible. I bought something in the wrong size and never received a refund after shipping the parcel back to China (and international shipping is quite expensive). Not shopping here anymore.

I ordered 4 items and only received two. One took 6 weeks to get and the link to shipping tracking send you to a site that is in another language. Kept getting emails that items were out of stock and to pick something else. I asked for a refund and now they won't respond! This has been going on for months. I tried disputing the charges with my bank but they sent them info on the two items they sent and since they can't tell what is in the packages the bank denied my claim. Do not shop on this site! I am reading many other reviews with the same problem. I should have looked at the reviews before I ordered.

My daughter saved her money for months to purchase a skirt only to find it was nothing like described.
When she requested to return for a refund she was told to pay an additional $10USD for them to send the correct skirt.
She did this trusting the company and emailed the transaction number only to be met with the same generic email asking her to make payment again.
Absolutely disgusting that the have taken advantage of a 12 year old child.

I was scammed, the credit card dispute didn't even go through either. Emmiol said they tried to deliver but immediately sent the items back overseas, and the employee over the phone literally told me it's likely they'll get lost, like? You can't be serious. Never buy from this site, it's a joke.

Quality: sizing is a little difficult as they don't have the widest selection (S, M, L). I had bought a S and it is a bit too large for me as a US 2/4 in tops.

Absolutely appalled by Emmiols return policy.
Tried returning two items with a combined value of £50, due to them being faulty, large jeans measuring 30 waist and 28 leg and a poorly stitched Mens oversized hoody that arrived with diamanté encrusted star hoody toggles and was clearly a ladies top. Not overlooked stitching and poor quality.
Offered me a 15% refund to keep the faulty items that are only fit for the bin.
Then said I have to return both to an address in China at my expense.

Their "larges" are literally small mediums and their mediums are just plain smalls. I'm usually a medium, but sometimes fit into smalls. I ordered all mediums to be safe and they're all too small on me. I even ordered a large in pants, (which was listed as 30" waist) And it was too small to button even though I'm a 29". I also got an email after placing my order that something I bought had a "small problem" on it. So I replied asking for a refund. Yeah… they just thanked me for my reply and I never got the refund ($53). I followed up 6 days later. Same EXACT response. Never got the jeans and lost over 50USD from those alone. ALSO I received about TEN SEPARATE "Out of Stock" emails after none of the items I ordered were marked to be out of stock. All and all, ~$300 WASTED. Never got ANY refunds for any of the out of stock items either. No point in trying to return. Learn from my mistakes

Item was received and sizing was not what was advertised. I emailed to send them back and they ask that you keep the item to give to a friend and they will give you a 15% refund! I asked to return them but you have to pay the shipping costs to China. It all feels like a scam so it;s hard to know if I return them you'll actually get your money back. They also ask you to state that the goods have no more value then $10. DON'T USE THIS COMPANY!

Honestly, i've seen some bad reviews for this place, and I gotta say, this site isn't bad at all. Amid all the rumors about it, this site holds some of the best quality clothes out there for the price you get them at! They also do giveaways on their Instagram, and i've even won one before (which is what brought me to discover this site.) So if your looking for a nice place to shop at instead of sh*en and r**we, this is definitely the place! Also, their customer service is quick and helpful, which is bonus points!

Awful company for returns. I have had endless email conversations with them about an item that I bought for my daughter that contradicts their website return policy. First, they suggested it was too far to return, so I should give the item to a friend, and they'll send me a 5-dollar gift card; then they offered 10% (said no), 30% (said no) and 50% (said no). Finally, they sent me the address to return the £37.99 pair of jeans, BUT they said, "The declared value of the parcel must be below 10 dollars, or the return cannot be made. We recommend insuring your parcel as refunds will not be issued for items never received." However, if they want me to make a false declaration for less than 10 dollars on the return, I can't insure it for £37.99. Total SCAM company. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.

This company is a joke, and not even a good one at that. Their "one size" dresses only would fit someone maybe 300 pounds, and when I asked for a return they told me that not only does the (partial!) refund only cover the clothes and Not the original shipping fee, I would have to pay shipping to them, so I "should give it as a gift to a friend" instead. I've ordered from this website a few times. At first, it was pretty good and I was happy with everything that I had purchased. Recently though, they've gone downhill. Out of four separate purchases, I've only been happy with one. In my second order, I purchased a pair of pants that didn't fit. I asked to return them to get my money back but the customer service said I could keep them and that they would send me another pair if I paid them $18. I ended up sending them the money and I never received the new pants. My two most recent orders have been absolute garbage. The quality is horrible and there's multiple items I haven't received. They keep sending emails that the "item that I've chosen isn't in stock anymore" which is absolutely ridiculous because if it wasn't in stock, why was I able to purchase it? I will never be ordering from this site again and I'd advise everyone else to not waste your money here.
