Don't buy from here! Bought a coat from here and the one that came was completely different from the picture, different colour, different style, different materiel. They clearly use pictures that aren't there's!

Purchased 7 pr of jeans and wanted to return 2 because they were extremely large. Website said hips were 40" and they were over 44". Cust service told me to give as gifts and offered me15.00 gift card, then 15% discount if I would keep them. Even though they were shipped from New York they wanted me to return to China (very costly postage). Finally after I opened a dispute with my credit card co, they offered an 80% refund IF I canceled the dispute. They don't want any returns and you will suffer if you need to return-I am a very dissatisfied customer--look at reviews before you buy--or rather DON'T BUY FROM EMMIOL! They ignored my requests to return to New York. They tried to scam me by offering refund IF I canceled the dispute. No integrity. If I could leave a 0 star review I would.

I ordered 4 pants and a blouse in sizes 4 and 6. Emmiol sent one in small and four in medium. (Apparently, you order in sizes such as 4,6, etc., and they convert them to s,m,l in whatever they have available.) Their 1st "solution" to correct Emmiol's Error is for me to give them to a friend and they will send a $10 gift card. The 2nd "solution" was for me to pay to ship them to China $$$$ or receive a 15% refund for my $160 purchase. The lesson is that if is an Emmiol error, the customer takes an 85% loss. Never again! Emmoil does not correct their mistakes!
Update: Since posting two reviews, Emmiol has now offered to "only" keep 50% of my purchase price and that I can keep the clothes that I cannot wear. They have also asked that I remove my posts. I have added the photo of the email.
Update 2: Emmoil wants me to pay for shipping but will refuse package if it is insured for more than $10.00. Email is posted below.

Don't do business with this company! Their clothes don't fit right and their size charts aren't correct. It's a total crap shoot and when I emailed them to send back the clothes they said it would cost too much to send back and they wouldn't give me my money back even though it says on their website that you have 30 days to return for a refund. Now I'm out close to $200. You've been warned!

I bought 4 pairs of jeans ($45 each) for my daughter, all same size and made sure the measurements were correct. After receiving them 2 of them were too small, so I contacted the company and asked how we could return them. Their response: The cost of returning them would be too high and since they are such nice item I should give them away!

I got on this website with my computer and it would freeze up my computer. When I would close it and open it up again, it would still be frozen. And it would automatically sign me out of my computer. It would also freeze my mouse so I couldn't move anything. I would give it a 1 out of 5 stars.

Isn't it just a bit of a coincidence that almost all of the items that I ordered are "out of stock" with no indication of such BEFORE I purchased the products? Emmiol is an absolute scam. The clothes I ordered looked much different in the photo than from what I ordered. (Don't try that "oh it's just a different body type from yours) It's just crap quality. The materials felt cheap not even close to worth the price I bought them at (ranged from $40-$70) these clothes should have been sold for maximum of $10 at best. They are just as bad as SHEIN but they are marked up to make you think that they are better quality than they actually are. Long story short, don't buy from them (unless it's accessories, their accessories aren't that bad just expensive) because it's bad quality and not worth the money.

I order a XL jacket and I got a Medium size jacket that did not look like the one I ordered I ask them to send me return label and they refuse and you have to pay it cost $30 to ship the unusable jacket back to China they offer me 15%refund.I dispute the charges and credit card gave me the full refund I will never shop on this site they are cheating people out of their hard earn money

I ordered 4 items and they all were expected to come within 7-12 business days. It has now been over 3 weeks and I have not received any of the items. 2 of the items were supposed to come for Halloween and now that Halloween is over, I do not need them anymore. When I emailed customer service to inquire about the items, they told me 2 items had been shipped and 2 had not been dispatched from the warehouse. The 2 items that had not been dispatched were the ones I needed for Halloween and they told me I could cancel them. I wrote back and said yes please cancel. They did not cancel and instead shipped them out and I wont get them for another 2 weeks. I called to speak to a representative who said there is nothing I can do and I will have to return them at my own expense. After I asked how I can return them, she said I will have to call and start the process. There is no easy way to do anything and customer service extremely not helpful. After I told the agent that they said I could cancel the order and I said yes please, she said it is better to call then email. On the website, it says email is recommended, which I did. Now this agent is telling me I should have called. Extremely dissapointing and the worst customer service I have ever encountered. I will never order from here again.

The problem starts with the fact that they bury deep in their small print that if somethig doesn't fot or is defective, you are responsible for sending it back to China for a refund. That will cost you 3 times what the piece of clothing costs. I purchased a pair of denim boy jeans that arrived with the crotch seam torn. I had to keep writing them over 4 weeks time, each time trying to explain with photos, pictures of the packaging, tracking etc. And their final resolution was to send the defective jeans back to China at my cost or take a reduced settlement. They waste your time and keep asking for the same information over and over and the items are defective. Order from a US company and avoid the massive headaches you will get from Emmoil!

The shipping takes forever. I've never seen items sitting in neighboring facilities for so long. LA to compton, 3 days later back to LA. Then to El Campo. I have been waiting over a month!

I was sent the wrong item and when I notified them I was offered an escalating amount off the purchase to keep it. I continued to refuse as I didn't want the wrong item and was told the correct item was out of stock, despite the website continuing to show it available for purchase. They eventually told me I could get a refund if I shipped it back to China AT MY OWN EXPENSE and they would not reimburse me for shipping costs. The item I did get was very cheaply made. I would steer clear of this website unless you're ok gambling and losing.

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! I bought two items from them and they were nothing like the items I bought from the website. The pants the shirt NOTHING LIKE ON THE WEBSITE. They were the most low quality and they were nothing like what they sold me. I WAS SCAMMED. I contacted them for a return and they said I had to pay for the return shipping fees unless a quality issue is involved. I told them To pay for it since its their fault and theres a quality issue but they just dont understand. They keep repeating their sentences in every email over and over and over again. They take so long to reply to your email every time Ive been dealing with this issue for weeks. They dont care about their customers at all. Awful company for returns. I have had endless email conversations with them about an item that I bought for my daughter that contradicts their website return policy. First, they suggested it was too far to return, so I should give the item to a friend, and they'll send me a 5-dollar gift card; then they offered 10% (said no), 30% (said no) and 50% (said no). Finally, they sent me the address to return the £37.99 pair of jeans, BUT they said, "The declared value of the parcel must be below 10 dollars, or the return cannot be made. We recommend insuring your parcel as refunds will not be issued for items never received." However, if they want me to make a false declaration for less than 10 dollars on the return, I can't insure it for £37.99. Total SCAM company. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.
