This company is non responsive to emails and phone calls. The sell poor quality clothing and claim it to be good. The company is run by crooks with no ethics. Please don't buy from this company unless you are ok with being RIPPED OFF! CROOKS!
I ordered 4 pants and a blouse in sizes 4 and 6. Emmiol sent one in small and four in medium. (Apparently, you order in sizes such as 4,6, etc., and they convert them to s,m,l in whatever they have available.) Their 1st "solution" to correct Emmiol's Error is for me to give them to a friend and they will send a $10 gift card. The 2nd "solution" was for me to pay to ship them to China $$$$ or receive a 15% refund for my $160 purchase. The lesson is that if is an Emmiol error, the customer takes an 85% loss. Never again! Emmoil does not correct their mistakes!
Update: Since posting two reviews, Emmiol has now offered to "only" keep 50% of my purchase price and that I can keep the clothes that I cannot wear. They have also asked that I remove my posts. I have added the photo of the email.
Update 2: Emmoil wants me to pay for shipping but will refuse package if it is insured for more than $10.00. Email is posted below.

I love emmiol and their products I got a belt, denim jeans, and cute hoop earrings. The belt is just how I wanted it. It's cute and stylish. The jeans are baggy and good quality! And the earrings I'm probably going to wear every day

I got on this website with my computer and it would freeze up my computer. When I would close it and open it up again, it would still be frozen. And it would automatically sign me out of my computer. It would also freeze my mouse so I couldn't move anything. I would give it a 1 out of 5 stars.

This place has really cute clothes. Though the clothes are pricey they give you a lot of coupons so people that are low income can still buy some stuff and feel stylish.

I order a XL jacket and I got a Medium size jacket that did not look like the one I ordered I ask them to send me return label and they refuse and you have to pay it cost $30 to ship the unusable jacket back to China they offer me 15%refund.I dispute the charges and credit card gave me the full refund I will never shop on this site they are cheating people out of their hard earn money

Purchased 7 pr of jeans and wanted to return 2 because they were extremely large. Website said hips were 40" and they were over 44". Cust service told me to give as gifts and offered me15.00 gift card, then 15% discount if I would keep them. Even though they were shipped from New York they wanted me to return to China (very costly postage). Finally after I opened a dispute with my credit card co, they offered an 80% refund IF I canceled the dispute. They don't want any returns and you will suffer if you need to return-I am a very dissatisfied customer--look at reviews before you buy--or rather DON'T BUY FROM EMMIOL! They ignored my requests to return to New York. They tried to scam me by offering refund IF I canceled the dispute. No integrity. If I could leave a 0 star review I would.

I have placed an order with this website on the 30th of December and only received one item out of 3, it has been 3 weeks now. I contacted customer service through email of course there is not a number to get a hold of someone, convenient for them and supposedly going to be out of the office from the 14th through the 29th of this month smh. Hopefully I don't get jacked for my money because I spent nearly 100 bucks on my items. I don't recommend this place

I was sent the wrong item and when I notified them I was offered an escalating amount off the purchase to keep it. I continued to refuse as I didn't want the wrong item and was told the correct item was out of stock, despite the website continuing to show it available for purchase. They eventually told me I could get a refund if I shipped it back to China AT MY OWN EXPENSE and they would not reimburse me for shipping costs. The item I did get was very cheaply made. I would steer clear of this website unless you're ok gambling and losing.

If you want to get cheap quality clothes shop Romwe or AliExpress or Shein, Emmiol's customer service is horrendous. I got immediate buyers remorse after purchasing so I emailed them IMMEDIATELY asking for it to be cancelled and they BEGGED me not to cancel my order and was like "We are on promotion now and the price will rise up to the normal level. It would be a great pity to miss this discount. Could you please consider keeping your order again?"

Late shipping, bad quality, they are from China, worst customer service EVER! This Emmoil seller is by far the worst online seller I've ever met in 20 years. My godchild sent me this site because he wanted clothes for X'mas. I ordered 5 pieces, they had to ship separately the clothes did not make it for X'mas gift I had to spend more money on his gift. Their quality is so bad their clothes are way overpriced. ALL of their clothes and pants are way smaller and shorter than their size charts on website. One sweatshirt had a big hole on cuff because it's not sewed right. I asked for return and refund, they offered 10% refund without having me to ship back the items, I refused, they increased to 30% and I still refused. We won't even wear them for the bad quality and small sizes we just wanted to return them. They said we had to pay for shipping if want to ship these clothing back to their China office even if I sent several emails telling them it's their clothes which did not meet quality control standard they should pay for the return cost. After several back and forth emails they just ignored my complaint email! I emailed them again saying I'd start spreading bad reviews to other shoppers to let them know how bad of quality and customer service your shop is all about, they replied. But they still only offered 30% refund. At that point I only wanted to give up dealing with this China shop and knew I had to take time letting all of you know how bad this seller is. Now I also have to just donate these cheap bad quality clothings to a charity. This is the worst experience in my life, seriously. People, they do not accept any return, even if it's their fault. Plus, they are in China, they know you have no other ways of dealing with them and getting all of your money back. They SUCK!

I ordered 4 items and they all were expected to come within 7-12 business days. It has now been over 3 weeks and I have not received any of the items. 2 of the items were supposed to come for Halloween and now that Halloween is over, I do not need them anymore. When I emailed customer service to inquire about the items, they told me 2 items had been shipped and 2 had not been dispatched from the warehouse. The 2 items that had not been dispatched were the ones I needed for Halloween and they told me I could cancel them. I wrote back and said yes please cancel. They did not cancel and instead shipped them out and I wont get them for another 2 weeks. I called to speak to a representative who said there is nothing I can do and I will have to return them at my own expense. After I asked how I can return them, she said I will have to call and start the process. There is no easy way to do anything and customer service extremely not helpful. After I told the agent that they said I could cancel the order and I said yes please, she said it is better to call then email. On the website, it says email is recommended, which I did. Now this agent is telling me I should have called. Extremely dissapointing and the worst customer service I have ever encountered. I will never order from here again.

Im so happy with my purchase, I thought I was like trippin because I didnt see some of my clothes in my package but thats because they come in separate baggage and my clothes feel SO high quality I'm geeking out right now. By the way guys I am a real person snd not a bot I swear :)
