This company is a scam. Do not be fooled by their return policy - the company just sends emails such as "Hi there, we are so sorry to bring you an unpleasant shopping experience! As you mentioned that this item doesn't fit you well, we do apologize for the inconvenience. Any problem will be solved with a happy ending if you are willing to give us the chance to communicate with you. Could you tell us your order number? We will check your email and try our best to solve the problem. Sincerely sorry again for the inconvenience caused." and then does not respond when you email the information requested. Shame on you EMMIOL for taking advantage of young girls trying to be economical in their purchases.

No products used because the sizing was off. The company has a refund policy, but they refuse to send the address to return the products, so this is basically a fraudulent company.
