I ordered the 19 piece brush set which was supposed to come with an eye shadow pallet. The box for the brushes was torn up as if it had been ripped open and they never sent me the eyeshadow pallet. I emailed a compliant and was advised the eyeshadow was "out of stock" yet it was still for sale on the website. I was also told my item could not be resent because of shipping delays in the warehouse. Worst customer service and not high quality products. Don't waste your money.

I am the client, who brings them money, can not place the order for several months because of an error on the site, but they showed absolutely no desire to eliminate the problem. I lost a lot of time trying, changing the browser, changing the account, cleaning the cookies, etc. With the same data, I absolutely without any problems do orders on other sites. I have a print screen and proof. It seems that they do not need either clients or money. Therefore, I successfully order on other sites, and, accordingly, they have a profit here that E. L. F could have... I think this attitude to the clients this company will not last long.

I am a healthly 49 yr old. This product while gentle, has done nothing to improve my lashes. Will not purchase again. I hope others have different results.

I am from Canada and did my research before ordering online knowing that it can take 3-4 weeks for my order to arrive. The day before my order was supposed to arrive, they emailed me saying it had a delay in shipping and will take another week! I waited 1 week for my order to ship and after it was said to be "shipped", for another week it did not notify me of ANYTHING or maybe it just didn't move at all. Now they're saying there was a delay. Absolutely disappointing. 3-4 weeks already takes enough considering the fact that I paid an extra $14 for shipping for it to come faster but all that gone to waste! Will not be ordering again.

Worse customer service. They do not accept exchanges. All products made in China and not up to USA standards. Customer service does not respond only email.

I am not impressed with the process of completing my order on elfs website. I had a $25 gift card I was going to use and an additional $5 off the website offered me. Although, to my surprise, It was not easy to find where to put this information in since I don't shop with gift cards or promo codes often. It was the ONLY drop down that wasn't extended fully in the payment part of the process, leaving it to not be seen, what's so ever! Once I realized there wasn't going to be another menu to put my codes in, it was too late. My order had already been placed. So, I look up how to cancel my order, email, and they tell me cancels cannot be made. What?!? I've seen this problem with so many brands and it is just infuriating. I love elf products but I am salty my whole order had to be payed for by me when originally it was going to be "free".

E. L. f. Offers incredibly low pricing, however their goods are of the lowest quality. Their brush cleanser is ineffective at cleaning my makeup brushes, and their lip plumper broke after only the second use.

I have always been a fan of elf and their affordable product. Their customer service was so bad that I am completely turned off from the company. If you order from them, be prepared to wait way beyond the estimated delivery date with NO communication. You can't email them. You can't call them. Emailing them, you have to wait 2 weeks for a response with a different email for you to reach out to. Calling, you will wait an hour or more which I couldn't do cause I work fulltime. You can't cancel it, you can't inquire about it. I felt very frustrated and helpless. I literally thought I lost my money until I got the package randomly one day.

My experience with hair care has changed dramatically thanks to ELF Cosmetics, and I'm happy to provide them a well-earned -star rating. Finding workable remedies has been a top concern for me as someone who has battled hair thinning and loss, and Revivogen has produced amazing results.

I have placed 3 orders so far with Elf. First and foremost I love almost everything I have gotten. The couple of items I didn't care for were preference issues, not quality. I wish they would expand their lines to include hair care! I wish they had more fragrance-free and sensitive skin items... I wish I could buy more from them! Second, the packaging is hands down BEST I have seen from a beauty/skin care company. Everything arrives in perfect condition. Sturdy boxes, appropriate packing material, etc. Finally, good value: affordable items in hand sizes. I can't say enough about how pleased I am to be an ELF customer.

Some of the products are amazing, love the face primer for example. Some are a complete miss; I avoid their face powders.
Prices are amazing and they have sales sometimes as great as 50% off all items. I like to wait till then to stock up.

They have a points club that gains points on every purchase. Points can be exchanged for free make-up
All transactions in American dollars, the last few times I have had to pay a duty charge when it arrives in Canada. However with exchange and duty it still is an amazing deal and cheaper then I can buy Elf in the stores

This cosmetic company is one of the best. I started recently placing orders online ELF.com regularly because I love their products and what I wanted I could never found in the stores. I've placed 4 orders thus far and I receive my orders fast and never a problem. In fact they thought a shipment did not arrive fast enough and sent me codes for free shipping and 10.00 off 20.00 on my next order and I never complained that the shipment was late. When I spoke to Customer Service they we're so pleasant and helpful. Did I mention they have online rewards that build quickly for free items? I recommend this company ELF.com ( Eyes, Lip Face).

I wish ALL women knew about ELF (eyeslipsface)! Almost everything on that website is under $5, and most of the time they do specials (right now it's free shipping on orders over $25!)

My co-worker introduced me to this- she's bought over $30 in supplies- says all of them work fabulously and the shipping was fast! She's addicted to this site and I have to admit, I'm addicted too!

The makeup on this website isn't "fake" makeup either (you know, where it looks pretty in the case but not on your face) - it's high quality stuff!

Most of the makeup products I own are e. L. f. And I always love it! I have been using their fragrance-free holy hydration moisturizer lately and it is just amazing for my sensitive, dry skin. Honestly can't live without it now. Ordered from the website and got a couple free gifts too! Shipping was fast, and the box I got was an adorable pink. Cruelty free, vegan, and affordable! No real complaints here.

I love ELF. I have 1 teenage and 1 pre-teen daughter who love makeup. ELF is definitely worth it. We have so many items of all types and I don't have to freak out if they drop the eye shadow or lose a mascara at school because it's cheap. The quality is as good as if not better than most drug store make-up. When they get older and make their own money they can choose to buy expensive, over priced make-up. I rarely wear make-up myself, but most of my make-up is now ELF.

Have tried several of their products so far, most of which was not terrible, but not that good. No special effect, no unique items. But for such price, I guess it is one of the best you can have. Otherwise if you're looking more for quality than a price, better try different brands.
