Yes the products are cheap and my order came just fine. However, a month later, I received a subscription for Vogue Magazine that I never signed up for. Turns out, ELF sold my personal information (and possibly credit card) to a company called ValueMags.com. Other customers have had the same problem with ELF. Please do not order here. Your information might end up with a third party and your credit card could get charged for something you never even ordered.
Ordered a few products in the past and so far has a pleasant experience with them. I would highly recommend trying the face masks the coconut one. Shipping was super fast and professional. Overall great experience
Being allergic to almost all makeup products... e. l. F is amazing. I have yet to break out it any or their products. I cannot say that the outcome is always the best. Some of the products stain clothes, and I have had them smear after being dry for hours. Other than that e. L. f is a wonderful product. Recommended for sensitive skin.
I love elf. I ordered all-over concealer, black eyeliner and mascara, and "fantasy" lipstick. I got them within one week and it all was great! They even gave me a cute little drawstring bag to keep it all in!
E. L. f is a great place if you just want to start buying makeup unfortunately it broke me out and the foundation/concealers are orange on me and that's no good. Otherwise it's pretty good :)) they just need to work on their color selection.

For the low, low. Prices the ELF had their products are the best. I have purchased quite a few items now and they perform better than some of the pricier cosmetics. You can purchase a whole load of cosmetics from them for about the price if 1 item from revlon
Worse customer service. They do not accept exchanges. All products made in China and not up to USA standards. Customer service does not respond only email.

Just want to leave the review on that brand of cosmetics, I am a professional make up artist and want to say that E. L. F. Cosmetics is the cheap variant of how to get the good make up without exclusive and expensive products, because as for me it is the good alternative of how to look good, and save your money. Definitely recommend, especially foundation which is quite good, mascara with curling effect.
I am not impressed with the process of completing my order on elfs website. I had a $25 gift card I was going to use and an additional $5 off the website offered me. Although, to my surprise, It was not easy to find where to put this information in since I don't shop with gift cards or promo codes often. It was the ONLY drop down that wasn't extended fully in the payment part of the process, leaving it to not be seen, what's so ever! Once I realized there wasn't going to be another menu to put my codes in, it was too late. My order had already been placed. So, I look up how to cancel my order, email, and they tell me cancels cannot be made. What?!? I've seen this problem with so many brands and it is just infuriating. I love elf products but I am salty my whole order had to be payed for by me when originally it was going to be "free".
Very good brand! Very very affordable! Most of the products are very reliable! If this was the only makeup brand left on earth we'd be pretty safe! They just don't put much product into their cremes and foundations

I have sworn by E. L. F. Eyeshadow, blush, bronzer, primer, and eyeshadow for years. I regularly use their Flawless Finish Foundation as it gives great, buildable coverage and truly wears just as well as some of the $50 per bottle foundations you find on the higher end of the makeup spectrum. I hold out for their 50% off sales and stock up for months! They also offer free shipping and a free gift on order over $25. Shipping within the US typically takes about a week and I've never run into any delivery issues. But, you can also find this brand in stores (Target, Walmart, CVS, Ulta, and even Old Navy) if you don't want to wait around for shipping.
I spend probably thousands at sephora. I was suggested elf from a friend. Boy, she did me wrong. My package has been stuck in PA (about 8 hours from me) for daaaaaays. So i contacted customer service to see whats up and she was less than helpful and honestly not the friendliest. She acted like she wanted to just get off the chat with me and the only way she actually 'answered' my question was 'well, this is how our company works' UHH NO.
Recently i had to contact sephora's customer service for a product out of stock. What did they do? Refund me instantly like it was in my bank INSTANTLY and put credit on my account AND gave me free shipping on anything for the inconvenience. Sephora also apologized profusely. Elf didn't. Elf customer service might have gave me 3 sentences and wanted out lol. Good riddance. Bye felicia!
Chewy offers incredible customer service and their prices are really hard to beat. In terms of price comparisons on items selling on chewy vs amazon, petco, or petsmart, chewy usually offers the lowest prices. I placed an order for terramycin (pres. Eye drops) which was around $28 on amazon but i was able to get for significantly less on chewy, around $20.
Elf has always been one of my favorite brands seeing as it's a brand that is cheap in price but not cheap in quality. I've never purchased an elf product that has disappointed me. My favorite product of theirs is the brow pomade. It's the only brow product that has satisfied me as much and is also cheap!
On this shop page, I have found some products that were of a good price and positive reviews. I bought those products and I was glad about the result. I also bought there some presents for my friends and they also like them.
This brand offers a wide range of makeup products for a very affordable price. I would overall recommend the brand however I tried the mascara and my lashes kept sticking together. But I would recommend other products such as the brow pencils, concealer and primers.
