ELF Cosmetics

This is a cooler with lots of useful things for your skin. I have found this brand recently but I really like it because of its quality and variety. I think that's a great place for choosing a present for your friends.

Elf is one of those brands where it's not extremely expensive and the quality is great. The brushes are cheap and works nicely, the makeup spray works well, and overall, the shipping took around 2 weeks. The quality of their products are good and the layout of the website makes it easy to navigate. One of the things I love the most from their site is their makeup wipes: cheap, easy, and are double sided- one is bumpy (exfoliation) and the other is smooth (gentle cleaning). Would recommend this site, but read some reviews to double check the products as always.

Vegan, cruelty free and paraben free, check. Fast shipping (usually ships within the day I order), check. Get my items within a few days of ordering, check. Amazing and beautiful products, check. Oh and insanely affordable. I can't even believe this company is real. It's so so good.

In october I ordered a few items from elf, which took about 2 weeks to arrive. Once my items did arrive, the first product I opened (a Lipstick) was broken. I emailed them right away, and they said they'd deliver me a new one right away and gave me a 5$ gift card (which I appreciated). However 2 months and a few emails later, and I still have yet to receive the lipstick replacement (oh yeah and the 5$ gift card does not work). I've tried chatting with them (no one replies), I've tried emailing them (no one replies), I've tried calling (and due to call volumes being so high they aren't taking calls). "Customer service" is non existent at elf. At this point I don't want anything more to do with elf, they can keep my money and the lipstick they never sent to me, but I will definitely never order anything from them again. I have never been this frustrated with a company before, if I could rate then a 0 I would, because 1 is too high.

This site offers makeup for the thrifty person... I have ordered from here several times and have only had one problem... they didn't send me an item that I had ordered... a quick email to customer service and the money was deposited back into my account... The makeup from the site is just as good as any drugstore brand (cover girl, maybelline, revlon, etc). The site offers promos all the time and many times shipping will be as much as your order so you may want to order with a friend. Arrival time for your purchase is usually about 7-10 business days. Read the reviews of the items you select and order based on these reviews as some of the products don't always get good ratings... For the price of the makeup, it's worth a shot to see if you like their products or not... if you do, you have found a great site, if you don't, you aren't out alot of money.

Worst ever under eye mask due to the red swollen splotches it left me with. In addition, the primer also left me with red swollen blotches under my eyes.

I use this product everyday, and everyone I know uses it too. E.l.f. Discontinued the product, I don't know why but everyone I know would really appreciate it, including me. Please e.l.f. Bring it back.

I was supposed to get my package b4 Christmas as a present but the day it was supposed to come they said it was going to come on the following Wednesday after Christmas (Christmas was on a Sunday) then on Tuesday the day b4 im supposed receive it they say again it's being rescheduled for an extra day & to expect it be delivered on Thursday. Never will I ever buy something online from them! Horrible shipping been almost 3 weeks since I placed my order.

Elf offers affordable, high quality products that often rival some prestige products! What does Elf stand for? Eyes, Lips & Face! And has a huge range of products that are vegan and cruelty-free from complexion-perfecting foundations and concealers to ultra-pigmented liquid and powder eye shadows to cult-favorite face and eye primers to achieve a glam or natural look. The one product I love is the poreless putty primer. It includes squalane, which helps prevent moisture loss during wear, perfect for my dry skin. It has a velvety texture, so when I apply my foundation afterwards, it goes on smoothly.

I placed an order online on May 22. On May 25, I received an email saying that the items had shipped. I tried to track the order for several days to no avail. I contacted customer support, they asked me to wait 2 more days. Then I contacted customer support again and received the same response, wait 2 more days because they were having a problem with their carrier. Finally, I asked for a refund or a replacement to be sent because clearly the package was never sent or lost. ELF refused and said that the order was shipped despite fedex, their carrier not having any record of the shipment. DO NOT BUY ONLINE.

This is the best primer in the market that I have found. Really great coverage for pores. Goes on smooth
