I've been looking for a large print for my living room wall above my sofa, and Elephant Stock had exactly what I was looking for in colours and style, at a reasonable price! Delivery took about 2 weeks (likely because I live in Canada), and the product arrived in perfect shape. It's as great as I hoped!
I have purchased 3 canvas prints so far. They look so lifelike. I also received many compliments on them from friends and neighbors. I am redecorating my lower level and will put it up when completed. Can't wait to show it to you as well. Thank you again

Very poor customer service. The images on their website for each of the different sizes are very misleading. When you request for a return, then they tell you about their return policy, where you have to pay 25% for sending your product back. Even if you are totally dissatisfied with it. Even after returning the product, I haven't received my refund. No response from the support team either. Guess they will wait for 30 days from date of order and then send a mail saying that they can't refund since the 30 day time period is up.
Regret wasting $35 for their product! And I don't think I will even get it back!
I ordered a world map push pin canvas and it came out beautifully and was delivered on time. In addition, the customer service was fantastic - they addressed all my questions and concerns professionally and quickly. I would definitely buy from elephantstock again.
The quality of the picture was so bad. The printed picture is not clear and looks very blur. For the amount of money I have spent on it, I would like to have a clear and sharp picture. Customer service is pathetic.
The picture is beautiful, however the picture did not line up on the 3 canvas. It was a nightmare trying to hang it. Either I had to line up the canvases and the picture frame(in the pic) was off or the canvases were off! This was for a professional office and it looks like we cant hang a picture correctly! I wont buy a 3 canvas again!

Canvas print looks sharp.
However, I'm docking ElephantStock a star because I never got that "final approval" I was promised and thus my print came with a glaring line through one of the panels, which could have been avoided with a final review. I am dissatisfied.
Ultimately, it's a high-quality print on canvas that arrived promptly, it's a good size, and it was incredibly easy to hang.
Ordered what I hope to be a beautiful pic if it is ever received - was to ship in 11 days, 11 days has come and gone. Everything is a problem on their end except billing my credit card. The account activation to check on order status does not work. Here's their automated response "Our team is currently working through a backlog of requests and it's taking us longer than usual to catch up. We're truly sorry for the wait!" No ETA. Chat to request ship status (automated responses) states their health is more important than my order during these times... it will be another 3 to 5 days. We'll see. Again, they had no trouble billing my credit card. We know whats more important than health or customer service during these time - Money!

I ordered Love The Ocean Breeze 1 panel wall hanging. I received it today and it looked even better on my bedroom wall than what was pictured. I am so satisfied. Great quality work. No complaints. Looking for another empty wall so I can buy another.
I dont usually order stuff online because I prefer to see it in person. BUT this particular picture captured my attention. To my surprise it was even Better than I expected! I just got it today and hung them. It looks great but a few spot are kinda dirty. I don't know it supposed to look that way or something is wrong with the print but I can't wait to hear my guests thought.
It was the finishing piece for our daughter's living space and she's a lover of sunflowers. Just enough color to add a "pop" to the room. Your instructions for hanging were also very straightforward and easy to follow.
The canvas in real life is everything and so much more than what the picture shows. When I opened it from the box I was in love! Not only is this real American quality, but the service was amazing. My canvas shipped within a few days and had fedex tracking all the way. When it arrived on my door step it was packaged in a way to ensure there was no rips or tears. 10/10 would recommend and will be buying more in the future!
