The staff at this store, they are PHENOMENAL. I was called in today, and Isaac helped me transferred phone from old to new phone that I got from them in no time. He is very knowledgable, an expert customer service agent, and a credit to Electronicsforce. Lend this team to some of the other retailers. I am so grateful for the professionalism and support shown to me on my call. It was a great experience.
Very good service. Ordered from them on the third, and got my phone a week later. When i had a problem with it (My fault) they spent over 30 minutes on the phone talking me through it. As long as you call later in the day they pick up and have very good service (their offices are west coast) and they stick by their products
This is the kind of shop that you go to when you need anything electronic but not everything because they lack some things. What I got from them has been working properly and I am glad because of that i thought that thedefaced a thumbs up so here is me giving them one.
Adam was phenomenal! He worked with me when I first called to make sure I have everything I needed to know about a phone I was interested in! The added bonus of his generous personality is that even after I called when I got my order he helped me set it up. That is customer service!
I ordered a Moto G7 plus on 1/12/2022. It showed in stock on website so I was expecting it since it said shipment would arrive in 10-14 days. On 1/24/2022, I still did not see the shipment so i checked online and it said shipment was cancelled since it's out of stock. I called the customer service to see what happened. The guy answered the phone was very rude. He literally said " to call what? If we sent you an email stating it's cancelled and it's cancelled!" I have never seen a customer service like this. I was going to ask him more and he simply hung up on me.
Definitely avoid this merchant. Imagine if you receive a phone and contact them if there is a problem with the phone, what would happen!
I ordered a samsung galaxy s6 about a month ago. I saw that the website offered accessories, such as chargers, car chargers, etc. for additional costs. After calling their hotline i was told that i can ask for a phone without any accessories for cheaper. Clearly, i wanted this option being that i already had the accessories from a previous phone. I wound up paying for just a phone, saving about 50 dollars. I was very please with the service.
These guys are great! And have the best prices for cellphones you can ever find online. I bought a galaxy s9+ from them about a week and a half ago and I gotta say that I am very happy with all the service I got and so far so good but their website feels kinda outdated like a website that looks like a 10 yo page and their delivery service (usps) are very weak. Overall I am a happy customer
I wanted to surprise my Grandparents with a pair of matching cell phones. I looked online for a place to buy 2 Jitterbugs (a phone designed for senior citizens.) I found electronics force after doing a search on Google and was impressed with their reviews on customer service. I ordered the phones and was immediately sent a confirmation email. I foolishly gave the order number and their hotline to my grandfather who called at least once a day until the phone was received. I was told that they were polite and very respectful despite the many phone calls.
Our representative was well above our expectations. Service provided and courteous excellent. Adam never skipped a beat and called a couple times to make sure my phone was working during a family medical emergency. So much appreciate. We transferred all our services from another company and look forward to our future endeavors.
I had a really good experience at the store tonight. The associate who helped me was Adam. He was so clear and so fast to give me the information that I needed. He also helped me set up my new phone very thoroughly. I got a chance to talk to some of the other associates, and they are all great, in my opinion. Just as the store was about to close, I saw a customer come in, who was very demanding and disrespectful. The electronicsforce associates were very respectful and clear with him, even though he was just way off base. I felt very inspired by how they were dealing with this narcissist. Having spent some time with these associates, I really do believe that they are there to do their best work and give the best service possible. Ideally, it seems like it would be best to make an appointment to come into the office (which i live close to). This is because, they really do want to take the time to handle all the customer concerns without keeping people waiting. Honestly, this is now one of my favorite stores online. I never thought I would say that!
My wife broke her phone on the Fourth of July, and we were so happy to be able to come into their website. The staff were so nice and helpful! We had such a good experience and the staff were all extremely kind and knowledgeable to help us work through all the glitches, and getting our new phone on time. Thank you to all the staff!
I'm pleased with everything that the technical support people helped me out with my new phone that I recently purchased from them. Electronicsforce.com is an online electronics store that I recently had the pleasure of shopping from for the first time. I had heard great things about the store, and I was not disappointed. From the moment I landed on their website, I was blown away by the selection of products they had to offer. I was able to find items that I couldn't find anywhere else, and the prices were incredibly reasonable.
What really impressed me though was Electronicsforce.com's customer service. Every step of the way I felt like my needs as a customer were taken into consideration. Their staff was knowledgeable and helpful, and responded to my questions quickly and thoroughly. Even when I ran into an issue with my undesired product, they went out of their way to replace it and take care of my order.

So I needed two phones. Two big phones. Two Samsung Galaxy phones. I had shopped from Electronicsforce for smaller orders and was very pleased so I thought this would be a good place to turn to for a larger purchase.
Standard fair. The sales rep was very helpful, the customer service made sure I was going to receive what I wanted, the phone got here within a week. All of this was comfortable to me. This time, however, the phone wasnt working properly. It kept shutting off and wasnt accepting a charge. This is likely Verizon/Samsung's fault but still, I wish they checked on this before I had to. The company all in all i great though, they were speedy and welcoming about sending a new charger/ fixing the issue, and I still highly recommend them to any one needing a phone quickly and not knowing where to turn to.
They do not have a wide selection of phones because the exact kind of phone that I wanted was not in their store. I had to buy some other phone with similar features apart from that the store is good and has a great service They also have a good delivery time and that makes it worthwhile.
The young man who assisted me last week was very friendly welcoming and helpful. He was honest and informed me of my many options. He did not treat me like a sell. He actually cared that I was happy with my purchased phone

I switched to buying phones from Amazon to electronicsforce and had the best experience with a store employee named, Steven.
He was so knowledgeable and patient. He saved me money and also got me hooked up with a new phone and wifi Hotspot. He also had the ability to help multiple people at the same time with ease and humor.
Honestly, he was fantastic and it's hard to find people like that.
