Terrible company, I paid for 3 day shipping on a cell phone, 2 weeks later still hasnt even shipped, called and got a rep, wont ship for another 10 days... he was rude and abruptly said he would refund my money and hung up. So I have to give a real bad rating being I asked if it was stock, how long it would be to ship, he said I could pay for 3 day shipping so I did..

I bought a new phone from them a month ago. And the phone had battery issue that the phone could not charge or even turn on. So it's my fault that I purchased a refurbished phone and not a new phone. And so I called electronics force and a guy named jeff help me with the issue. He was so nice and patient to accept my return and exchange my phone for a new one. And so I send the phone back to them and few days later maybe less than a week I got myself and new Samsung Galaxy S 9. I'm glad that these guys do take care for their customer service and are willing to push boundaries for better quality customer service and make every customer happy. I am so surprised that they gave me a new phone another refurbished one and they were so sorry for the inconvenience before. If you would've ask me I am definitely going to buy more phones only from them in the near future.

I have been to many Cell stores around the country and this is the best one yet. I had an bought a phone from them through their website. And after an hour since I sent an email to them asking if the phone I bought could work with my service provider and if it is also ok to work over seas. I bought a galaxy s20 ultra from them, they quickly replied with the most detailed information about it and in a very respectful manner. I waited like 2 days from them to process my order and even with free shipping I managed to get the phone in the 10th day which is impressive! Phone came new in original box with all its accessories.
That is customer service! And thats how you should deal online.

This website was very excellent! Great customer service and also extremely helpful! I didn't have the first clue of what to do when I first came into the website but the representatives told me step by step what I needed to do to get The phone I wanted when I called. They were extremely helpful and respectful as well as patient! The representatives knew exactly what to do all I had to do was explain my problem to them! Thanks melvin! Best manager ever!

Had an excellent experience with Adam today! He fixed an issue with my phone that I purchased from them recently, helped my wife purchase and set up a new phone. He was super knowledgeable and patient- very happy with the service he provided today.

Adam and melvin helped me today when my phone had a SIM failure issue (and my service provider didn't want to help me because I bought the phone from electronicsforce and not from the direct at&t corporate store). They were both very accommodating and professional. They also saved me a trip to the At&t Store. I appreciate you all.

I would like to thank Electronicsforce for the outstanding service I received. I got a new phone and did not know how to get it activated, because my service provider store doesn't know how to activate old flip phones for my grandma. Melvin was extremely patient, helpful, and courteous. I was very impressed by how knowledgeable he was. He was very capable and was able to help me with everything I needed. I wanted a phone for a friend. I thought it would be funny to buy a lime green phone for him considering that he needed a new phone and hates anything flashy. I did not think that they would be able to find such an odd color but within 10 minutes, i not only had a phone selected, I placed the order as well. When he finally opened the box he gave me a mean look but i think he uses it more than his old phone. It is a Samsung evergreen.

Electronicsforce is a company that quickly lets you know that you will be taken care of., The system is simple, the service is quick, and the results aree always reliable. The phone I received from these guys was exactly as we discussed on the p[hone, a brand new Galaxy S5. Everything was going well until I realized that I could borrow my cousin's S5. I new that it would be a little awkward to send back the phone and ask for a refund, and it was, but eventually it got done. This was my only gripe. Until I got someone on the phone during the busy July 4th weekend and until they explained to me how to ship back my phone and until I got my money back was a bit of a hassle. All in all ive never been happier with the service and feel as though Im in very good hands with these guys. Looking forward to buying, and keeping,. Phones from them in the future.

After my phone broke last year i went to my phone retailer and wanted the same model as i had previously. Not only didnt they have it but they only had 3 different phones to choose from. I asked a few of my friends and one recommended Electronics force. They have a wide selection of phones including the one I was looking for. I bought a replacement a few weeks ago once my contract expired. From now on I am strictly going to this site and will recommend it to my friends. The customer service is amazing and they walked me through the shipping process in under 5 minutes.

I walked to a store an hour before closing, and asked for assistance with my samsung galaxy s6 I was not able to download the application, The rep name george took time and was able to fix the issue with the phone. It took him more than an hour and he was patient, called samsung, upgrade software and at the end the issue was resolved. I was impressed.
