Worst customer experience ever

BUYER BEWARE!
I wish I had read other customer reviews before trying out this merchant. It seemed too good to be true that they were showing available a phone color variant that was unavailable (sold out) by the OEM website. But I decided to give it a try. What a bad mistake.

First of all, they canceled the initial transaction with the strange reason:
"we can only ship to addresses that are verified by the issuing bank. This has to be either the actual Billing Address with the issuing bank or an "Alternate Shipping Address" that is on file with the issuing bank for that card. There are no exceptions to this rule"

This should have been a red flag, but I relented and changed the shipping address and re-ordered, this time also paying the extra charges for overnight delivery due to the delay (I really needed a replacement phone).

In the end, after two weeks, I never received my phone. What an absolutely horrible experience.

I am without a phone and I paid for overnight shipping last Monday.
The tracking shows a shipping label was created but it says "USPS awaiting item".
What is going on?

It is unacceptable from a customer experience point of view for me to pay extra for overnight shipping and then have to wait for over a week and a half for unexplained delays with no customer communication.
Or am I missing something?

Hello,

I certainly did read your shipping policy.
Your website says clearly: "Please allow 1 to 3 business days for an order to be processed (prior to shipping). If we require additional time we will update your order status accordingly."

My expectation from an overnight order placed Monday last week is that it will arrive within the week. Shipping the order more than 7 days after I placed the order is not in line with what your website has clearly stated on your website.

Can I please get an update on my order? This is getting ridiculous.
It has been nearly two weeks since I placed my order with overnight delivery and I have been without a cell phone the entire time.

The lack of transparency around shipping status and delivery date is incredibly frustrating. I would greatly appreciate it if someone could please immediately communicate when I can expect the delivery of my phone which I have already paid for.

This should have been processed and confirmed at the time of ordering like all other legitimate online purchases I've made in the past 20 years.

Frankly, this has been the worst experience online ordering I've ever had.
I hereby cancel my order.

They are A TOTAL WASTE OF YOUR TIME GO ELSEWHERE!

On the 25th of Feb/17 I ordered a phone! ON THEIR SITE MY ACCOUNT WITH THEM!
I then on the next day Feb 26th saw on their site that it said my order was processed!
I waited 2 MORE days for an order confirmation e-mail THAT NEVER CAME!
I then called them that day IT TOOK AT LEAST 10 TRYS TO GET SOMEONE ON THEIR PHONE and he told me on the phone that it shipped out on the 28th!
2 days later on the 3rd of March I get an e-mail from them saying that it shipped out on the 1rst of March!
ON THE 7TH of MARCH (bear in mind I paid $20.00 for three day shipping for a reason I will state later!) I tried their phone system runaround to try... after try... after try... to get an explanation as to why my 3 day expedited shipping I was paying EXTRA FOR was on its 6th day!
I threatened them with the BBB and they immediately refunded my money in the next e-mail leaving me stranded without a phone all this time to run my TOWTRUCK and service my stranded customers without one!... NICE!
I had a lot of irate customers that could not reach me! THATS WHY I PAID FOR EXPEDITED SHIPPING THAT THEY TOTTALLY BUNGLED AND WASTED MY *#*ING TIME!
So bear in mind "maybe your Tow truck driver (that is not answering your calls when you are stranded!) purchased a phone off these MORONS that he didn't get"!
I purchased phones off them in the past... they were O. K. but I never got an answer from them whether the phones are re-furbished new or used! SHADY BUSINESS!

Please do not go on ElectronicsForce.com; its a total and utter ripoff! I'll start from the beginning. Before I ordered anything from this website, I researched to see if I found anything "scam-ish" about the website and I didn't find anything. I found a phone (650 is the version type of phone I ordered) that I liked but I wanted to call ElectronicsForce.com to see if the phone was new because they didn't specify in the description of the phone. Called them and I had to leave a "callback" number! (Suspicion#1) I called them again and I specifically asked one of the employees of ElectronicsForce.com if the phone that I wanted was new and he said yes, of course.
I ordered the phone on Monday, August 12th and also decided to pay an extra $48.15 for FedEx overnight shipping. The total was over $100 dollars so I was excited to get the phone. After checking my order everyday, I noticed that it had not shipped yet (Suspicion #2) so I looked at their shipping and return policy and it stated, no matter what, the processing takes 2-5 bus. Days regardless of the type of shipping that you choose (Suspicion#3). I gave them 2-5 bus. Days in order for processing. I called ElectronicsForce.com on Tues. August 20th and they said that it had shipped on Monday, August 19th. But... when I checked my order account, it still showed that it was being processed. (Suspicion #4). Then he put me on hold and said that my ElectronicsForce.com order has been updated and sure enough, he changed it to where it showed that it had been shipped. (Suspicion#5).
Also, I asked them for a tracking number since on my ElectronicsForce.com account page, a tracking number was not given. (Huge, huge Suspicion!) Since I was told that the order was shipped, and I paid for FedEx overnight shipping I believed that it would be here on Tueday August 20th or Wednesday August 21th. Well... Wednesday was here and I didn't receive a package yet so I called ElectronicsForce.com to let them know that I needed to be reimbursed for the FedEx overnight shipping that I paid for since I haven't received my order. He said okay and that my order was shipped today via USPS. Then I asked him when should I receive my order, he said on Friday, August 23rd. (Suspicious& Livid!). Friday, August 23rd comes around and the mailman is here. Im super stoked and excited. I've waited long enough, almost 2 weeks for this phone, and I was ready to see it.
I opened the package and I realized that they gave me the wrong phone! I was livid and upset. Not only was the phone wrong but it was not brand new. There were scratches and nicks for days! I called ElectronicsForce.com and notified M***** that I received the wrong phone and that the phone was not new. He asked for my order number and then he proceeded to say that, "Oh, we gave you a "680" instead of a "650" (which is the phone that I ordered and paid for) because the "680" is a better phone! I notified him that that's not what I ordered. He then stated that, "Oh, we give you a better phone and you complain". How rude is he? I explained to him that it doesn't matter which phone is better, I want the one that I ordered then he decided that he didn't want to "argue" with me anymore.
Long story short, I will be returning the phone back and getting a reimbursement even though I have to pay a "15% restocking fee" which is crap to me. You will only talk to two men, one named M****n and G or J****e. I beg anyone who even attempts to look at this website, Please Don't Buy Anything From This Website! Fraud; Ripoff Central! Sad and disappointed. I also have photos!
