When my "new" phone arrived I soon realised that it was a used phone and sent it back. They then said that all was well and that they would overnight-ship me the correct model. Well after 2 weeks of them giving me the wrong tracking number TWICE I realised when they had never even sent the replacement phone, and certainly not by overnight mail.

This is a good place

This is a good place to get all of your electronic devices and especially the phones. I bought two fans from the recently and they delivered it on time and it was in perfect condition. That is the exact kind of service that I want with any online shop that I work with. It is a reliable online shop and I highly recommend it.

I ordered an nokia lumia 1520 from electronicsforce I got the cellphone at 10% discounted rates from market. I got the cellphone on time as mentioned on email. The device is awesome and it works great one of the best phones In the market I cant believe that windows phones does not have larger market share also liked it, as it is unlocked device she can use any carrier with it.

I had an issue with them for selling me a used phone rather than a new one. So I called them and checked out with them why did I get a used and not a new one and I finally had to send back the used and I got the new phone a day after! A bit of an issue but they have the most sweetest customer service period!

The store rep and manager were fantastic yesterday. They were professional, expert and kind. I lost my phone and they went above and beyond the call of duty. I received my phone in short order with a better phone. I highly recommend this store.

My 2 year old son steals my phone a lot and I decided I would let him keep my old phone as I was in desperate need of a new one anyway. I ordered a blackberry classic because I love blackberries. I didnt even know they still made new blackberries because I hardly ever see them until the representative helping me over thephone suggested the classic after I mentioned my affinity towards the brand. It took a few days to arrive and I couldnt be more pleased. Overall great experience.

I always enjoy finding a new local shop or rertailer in my area, the same holds true for my online shopping. I found this place when looking for a new phone on google. They seemed to come up in a lot of results with proper prices and reviews so i decided it was safe enough to give a try. I ordered the Motorola V3m a phone ive had for a long time and truly love but havent seen listed anywhere really. I got the phone it works, and my card was charged correctly. Everything checked out and I am adding this to my mental list of retailers I am a customer of.

Stopped in on my home

I noticed that they had a physical location not too far from where i live. I was in a rush so i stopped in on my way home one day, nice place with solid staff. Got the phone I was looking for at the right price so that was pretty convinient

This phone store customer service is like no other. I've been to a few other stores and their cutomer service is no where like this one. This is my second time with cell2get and don't think I'll be going to any other phone store other then this one. I really want to thank George and the rest of the employees for the spectacular customer service they provided, the moment I walked in the store everyone of them greeted me and made me feel special. They're very knowledgeable of all their products. They're very honest and would recommend you the very best, not like the other store I ended up leaving, that all they wanted is your MONEY. I ordered a phone and they sent me the wrong one. I contacted them and they sent me a return label. I shipped the phone back the same day they submitted the label and have tracking verification that they received the phone and they insist that they did not receive. The are not giving me back the money for a phone that I returned to them. Total scam! If I could give them a negative rating I would

Excellent customer service. All the sales staff, the edge desk, customer service staff are all knowledgeable about the merchandise electronicsforce offers to its customers. The sales person was able to tell me the difference between the 6 & the 6 plus besides the size difference & that the 6 plus is a combination phone & tablet

Paid full price for a pixel 4a 5G. Device arrived in an unsealed generic box. Called the help desk immediately and was told that it was an ‘over buy'. Mind you, I paid full price for the phone and it says nothing about ‘over buys' on their website. Of course, 21 days later, the device starts power cycling like crazy. I called the help desk for help and they are totally useless and uncaring. Do yourself a favor and purchase your electronic devices from a reputable company…not this flim-flam circus act.

Great customer service and fast shipping. I have placed two orders online recently. The first I decided to cancel a backordered item after my other items shipped. I emailed customer service and they had my order changed and a refund on the way within hours. The second time I ordered a phone, but shortly after placing the order realized I'd misread the specs and wanted to change my order to a different phone. I went in and requested to swap out the phone and again the change was confirmed within hours. I have so far also been satisfied with the selection and the quality of the products I have received. I will definitely continue ordering from electronicsforce!

My overall experience with them has been nothing but great! Ever since I have gotten to their website I was amazed by the amount of stock that they have available. Prices too are very competitive compared to other places made me feel as if I'm getting myself into a scam but honestly, if you do some research online, many sellers sell their products roughly at the same price they do cuz value decreases over time and major retailers just keep the prices high up for no good reason. I have gone ahead and made my purchase for a Samsung galaxy s21 from them, and boy am I glad I bought it from them, I saved money and the product was brand new with everything that it's supposed to come with. Shipping was also as expected according to their terms and the product came exactly how I wanted it to be. Thank you so much electronicesforce! Be expecting more purchases from you in the future.

Would shop again

Nothing is hidden about Electronicsforce. Theyre a cell phone business who wants to cell you one of their phones which they have lying around. Thats fine. That I get. What I didnt know was how knowledgable they are about their products.

Let me explain.

I needed a new phone. I basically spun the wheel of phones in my head and landed on Samsung Galaxy S6. Gigantic, beautiful thing this is. I called up E-force. I wanted to know if this phone were knew. Before I made the purchase, the guys at Electronicsforce told me several other phones I might be interested. One is refurbished, on costs less, one has a better camera. Just so that I know my options.

I stuck with my phone but the service was appreciated. The only unfortunate thing with the phone is that it took too long to arrive (10 days) and it took forever to be activated (thanks Samsung). Other than that, Electronicsforce never forces you to do anything and for that, Im thankful.

I placed an order for Jetpack WIFI hot spot in April 19. I called the customer service since I didn't received the order confirmation. I was promised that the order will be shipped shortly. In April 21, I was very happy to find that the order status turned "Shipped". Then the order was cancelled in April 25. I was kept in the dark until I found out in the last minutes. Have to find another website to overnight the order. It cost me $99 for the shipping cost thank to ElectronicsForce.com. A cancellation notice or a message would have been nice. I noticed that they raised the price 20% for the same hot spot as well. Nice strategy to make a few extra bucks while screwing the customer.
