I placed an order for Jetpack WIFI hot spot in April 19. I called the customer service since I didn't received the order confirmation. I was promised that the order will be shipped shortly. In April 21, I was very happy to find that the order status turned "Shipped". Then the order was cancelled in April 25. I was kept in the dark until I found out in the last minutes. Have to find another website to overnight the order. It cost me $99 for the shipping cost thank to ElectronicsForce.com. A cancellation notice or a message would have been nice. I noticed that they raised the price 20% for the same hot spot as well. Nice strategy to make a few extra bucks while screwing the customer.
I decided i needed to get a seperate phone for work because i didnt like giving out my personal number to so many people. Gave these guys a call and after a few minutes the man on the line said i could get a phone with 2 sim card slots so i can have one phone with 2 numbers! So happy i called these guys and decided to use them.

I've bought a smartphone there. One star because of the worst customer service i have seen (i've been a customer many times in Germany, USA, Spain and other countries). I don't recommend this shop - just pay more (electronicforce has a quite good prices) and be sure that customer service will be able to solve problems and will be eager to help you. Before buy on website make sure that the model of the item is the same in the description below. I've received wrong phone. They didn't help me, just advice me to contact with the manager (seriously? Mr Steven? You cannot solve my problem which is quite easy?). Because i hadn't enough time to resend my device and wait for returning my money (i was in US just few weeks, and i needed phone because my was broken). In my opinion they have a big mess in their store.

I ordered a few phones from here the other day. Two Motorolas and an HTC ONE. I wasnt sure what to expect when I ordered from this website for the first time. I figured it was worth a shot and put the order through. The customer care team reached me soon after I placed the order, told me when to expect my delivery and made sure I dint make a mistake ordering the same phone twice. I received my phones earlier than the expected date i was given on the phone. Im very happy with my purchase and reccomend this site to others shopping for phones.

Wrong product for the third time
They have a no refund on open box policy. They have sent me the wrong phone 3 times and have messed up for the 4th time with me. I can't know if it's wrong until I open the box. I'm tired of spending money to send the wrong phone back and wait 2 weeks or more for the phone to leave Brooklyn. There is too many other more important things I should be stressing over. Out $300 because of their policy and their incompetence. I'm done dealing with them because all they are is a source of unneeded stress and incompetence.
The whole 3G being shut down and switching to a 4/5G device for today's network made things a bit confusing for myself and my dad that till this day has been stuck with a flip from from the 2000's and didnt want to switch to an iphone or any kind of smartphone, he likes to live in the past. Gladly as we stumbled upon electronicsforce while searching for a suitable phone for my dad we managed to find a kyocera flip phone, I placed the order on the website and it came in all in its glory with the factory taping and brand new without its original box, the I would expect a phone that came out back in 2016 not to be in a new box anymore. But anyhow I'm happy that I have my quit time from my dad bugging me about verizon and their new network, and in overall happy that I made business with electronicsforce. It was quick and easy and in appreciated them highly!
Wrong phone and paid an extra 30 dollars for 2 day shipping. Not happy! Terrible business educate. Shipping problems or not, major issues. WANT ANSWERS?

Actually they arent that all bad. Ive gotten my device on the exact shipping time and ive never had an issue with them. Its just a simple buy and wait till it comes in the mail. Phone came new in its original condition (galaxy s21 ultra) with its shiny new samsung box. To all the negative reviews and the bbb complaints i saw people buying either very old phones that arent supported anymore and are complaining and making a fuss for 100$ or so... What to do this is 2021 smartphones and 5g is the new standard so wake up grandad! Lol from my experience with them and from all my experience shopping online this is definitely a safe place to put your money in.
These guys are the best company around for cellphones definitely go and check them out! I have become a very happy and loyal customer to them from now on!

Don't buy anything from these people. I purchased a Sierra wireless Air Card from ElectronicsForce.com. No where in the description did they disclose the fact that the devise is obsolete and not compatible with Windows 10. After 10 HOURS of trying to figure out the issue, AT&T figured out the problem. When I called ElectronicsForce.com and spoke with customer service they just referred me to Sierra, and they never answer the phone. They had no interest in helping me. When I called again about retuning the item, they were disrespectful and told me it was my responsibility to make sure the devise is compatible with my carrier. When I told them it's not the carrier, it's the operating system that is outdated they told me I should have called Microsoft. That is the most ridiculous thing I have ever heard! Now they want to charge a 15% restocking fee (and it's a tiny item) and I'll have to pay shipping. After submitted the return request, then they suddenly want to try to help me!? It's too late! I thought I found a new supplier for my company, but I will NEVER buy from them again.

The phone I purchased was a priced fairly I guess, but after adding shipping (not the free one) the price began to seem just a tad out of budget. However the phone was brand new and great quality. I guess the service and quality make up for that. Could also be that the phone I purchased was just released. Allin I had a nice experince.
Answer: They open whenever they want. Pick up whenever they want. Ship items whenever want. Just call you might get a clown or Batman. Who knows.
