I have placed an order with them in the past probably back in 2019, and by then for sure I needed an upgrade. I placed an order for a new galaxy phone with them and I am very happy with my phone and purchase now. They did a whole special about renovations on their website and it all looks extremely good and future proof making my order even easier. Not sure I understand why it would take 14 days to ship a small package from NY to PA. It's a 1.5 hour drive for goodness sake.

Just had my order come in from them today, called them to make sure I know what I'm getting because some people online claimed that they have not received what they purchased and asked for, but gladly mine came as advertised brand new in the box. The router Hotspot that I bought from them works perfectly well with my at&t service that I use for work. All and all I'm extremely happy and might consider another purchase from them in the future.

I'm surprised as of some here had issues while the majority here like me had a pleasant experience. Everything showed up as expected including the delivery I paid for. I would definitely buy again from them.

As a returning customer, I am surprised of what they done to their website throughout the years. The last time I have purchased from them was roughly 5 years ago and I was happy with my purchase and overall customer service as well as shipping. Today I finally needed a new phone so I went ahead and logged on to their website that I haven't checked out in years and I am blown away from how much the company has improved. Both in customer service, shipping and prices check out was easy as I needed to just put in my PayPal for an express checkout. I got all the information in front of me in terms of shipping and order details. Right after I placed my order, the communication from the company was solid. Provided me with an email immediately after I placed my order and they were very fast to ship my order and it had arrived within five business days at my doorstep. I am a very happy customer as I got exactly what I expected and exactly what I wanted at such a great price that is hard to compete. What else can I say about them? I am very happy and I will be by again from them whenever the time comes for another phone.

I ordered a phone on Tuesday 11/22/22 and paid extra for 2 day shipping. I received the tracking information and it showed I won't receive until Monday 11/28/22. When I called to check they said 2 business days. Seriously! Postal services works Friday & Saturday. What the heck. Not happy about the long wait. 2 day service should be 2 day Postal service. I get it that Thursday was a holiday. But, 2 days is 2 days...

The first time i tried to purchase this phone as a gift and have it delivered to that address the order was cancelled. No email was sent to me? Luckily I checked the order to find this out. I have used this card on other sites and was able to mail to the gifted address?

I am very impressed with their processing times. They show 3-5 business days for order processing but I guess I was lucky enough to get mine shipped quickly within the following day. Arrived sooner than expected, thank you so much!

Needed a phone for my work and business, just recently placed an order with them for a Kyocera e4610, just a basic good phone for work and things outside my personal life. Best phone merchant experience I've had. Many phone stores in my area are your typical scam artists and they can't be trusted, cell2get took some investigating through reviews and such but after confirming their legitimacy, I went a placed the order. After placing my order they shipped it out 1 day after and with the shipping method I selected of 3 day. Shipping and everything according to the usps business days and phone came in the mail as expected and I'm glad to be enjoying my new device.
