How bout a option to buy without signing up? Return policy could be better AND why did it take over a week for my card to be debited and then shipped out later?

I was sold a phone that could not connect with my carrier...Verizon. Have sent phone back...waiting to see if I get credited for the teturn... hope so

I DID NOT ORDER AN IPHONE. MY INITIAL ORDER WAS WITH VERIZON WHERE I ORDERED AN LG FLIP PHONE, WHICH THEY SAID THEY WERE SHIPPING.
HOW YOU ENDED UP WITH THE ORDER, I DON'T KNOW. I'M KEEPING THE IPHONE IN CASE MY FLIP PHONES CEASES TO WORK. THE PHONE YOU SENT ARRIVED SAFELY, HOWEVER, AND HAD BEEN THE ONE I WANTED,EVERYTHING WAS ALL RIGHT WITH IT.

How long to ship phone? I did not purchase at that time.

It took a long time to get here and USPS had the wrong person sign for it which caused it to be lost for several days. Not at all the fault of the store though.

Quick and easy, but I totally missed the cost of the phone and had to go back to insure I was checking out right. It was my mistake and not yours so everything is good.

These products are fake and not real.units I called Samsung directly and the serial number is not Samsung's. Plus wrong phone was also shipped to me not the unit I ordered

The device that read mailed to me did not match the description from the website.

I ordered the Samsung Galaxy S8 Plus in coral blue and got it in black. It did not have the original box. That said, the price is excellent, and the phone works great.

I'm impressed with this site. I hope the delivery of the phone I ordered with also be quick and easy. And most important I am looking forward to receiving the phone and that it meets my expectations.

I paid to have my delivery expedited. I didn't receive my item for a week. I was told that I'd receive a refund of my delivery fee. I never received the refund.
