The product was not listed on the website as being used or refurbished. The phone I received was obviously used and the back panel and battery was broken.
Awful communication. Didn't reply to emails. Lied about date my order went out for delivery on more than one occasion. Phone was not unlocked, as advertised.
I ordered two LG G8 phones that were advertised as "New". However, when the phones came, they were obviously not new at all. They came in a generic "Smart Phone" box (the picture of the phone on the box was not even of the correct phone). Inside was just the phone inside of a bag and a charger. The included charger was just a generic (non-LG) retail USB charger still in the retail box as if it was just bought from Best Buy. There were no other LG accessories that are supposed to come with the phone: no LG headphones, no manual, no warranty card, nor the LG tool used to pop open the SIM / SD Card tray.
I did get a full refund when returning it, but customer service person was pretty rude about the experience. He also would not guarantee that I would not be charged the hefty 15% restocking fee (which would have been over $150 in this case). I just had to return them and "see what happened".
It also cost me $30 shipping to do the return after paying for the signature service, and the insurance.
So far I am pleased. I have a better choice. I did want a different phone which it does not ship to Lady Lake, FL but I could not change the shipping zone.
It took weeks for me to get it. Then I could not get a sim card for it, that took a lot of work, Then I had trble getting my phone number transferred, then had trbl getting my minuts and service time transferred, I WOULD NOT recommend buying from you.
Website was super easy to use and the products are organized and easy to find. When I received my WiFi HotSpot, it was in perfect condition and the delivery was right on time.
Brought the phone for my brother as a gift,however he had issues getting the phone to work due not having a PIN number.However I did call customer Service and got the PIN number and the phone works perfectly.I did not like the idea when I ordered the phone to be delivered to my brother's house in Washington DC,I was told I couldn't do this,very disappointed because I had the phone shipped to me and then I had to go the Post Office to ship the phone to him in Washington DC.
THEY SHIPPED THE WRONG PHONE. THE PHONE THEY SENT WAS USED, NOT NEW. THE PHONE THEY SHIPPED STILL HAD PHOTOS AND MUSIC FROM A PERVIOUS OWNER. THE PHONE THEY SHIPPED HAD A SPACE BAR ON QWERTY KEY BOARD THAT DID NOT WORK. THE ITEM SHIPPED 12/26/17 AND WAS DELIVERED 1/12/18. I ORDERED THE SAME PHONE FROM A DIFFERENT SITE, AND RECEIVED A BRAND NEW PHONE IN 4 DAYS, AND FOR LESS MONEY. I WOULD NEVER ORDER ANYTHING FROM ELECTRONICSFORCE.COM. THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS TERRIBLE.
Disappointed, when I got the item I found that is sold for $19.99 and wasn't the item I had ordered.
I have sent it back as per orders and now waiting for a refund of $99.99 that I paid for it!
I didn't know that the Nokia Lumia 1520 was so much different than the last Lumia I bought. The customer service was excellent and the products are of good quality.
Ordering process was simple and I appreciated the option for Free Shipping. I received the phone I ordered within the shipping estimated timeline (10 days), however the accessory I also ordered was not included in that shipment. Upon contacting ElectronicsForce customer service about the accessory, I was then told it was shipped separately (which I was not told about when I ordered it). Eventually I learned it was shipped to the wrong address and another one was then shipped to me, which I finally received a month after my original order date. Also, the phone I received did not appear brand new as there were wear marks on the screen with no screen protector. Customer service confirmed that this phone had never been activated, and when I spoke to them on the phone, they said they'd happily replace the phone for a different one, but didn't have any more of that color in stock, and would contact me when they did get more in. While they have been very prompt in returning my emails, ElectonicsForce has still not yet contacted me about replacing the phone with one that not only is new but also looks brand new, so I have pretty much given up on that. The phone was a gift which is why I wanted it to look brand new, and since their web site claimed these items were new, I was hoping they would look new as well.
My previous order was filled exactly as promised, and this is my 2nd order for a Verizon kyocera (flip-top) phone from you (at a significant savings over making the purchase from Verizon).
Good product, great price. Pretty bad customer service. Employee called me and opened with "hello, you called us"...Like who are you? Tell me who you are when you call. Start the phone call with this guys, "Hi this is (insert name) i'm with electronics force. We received a cal from you about your shipping time, it looks like your package is on the way. Sorry it took two weeks to ship."
Another time I called to check on my package and the guy mumbled something so quick i had no idea what he said. I had to ask if this was electronics force. When you answer the phone enunciate, speak clearly.
I didn't get a tracking number despite paying extra for faster shipping. The guy on the phone literally read me the number then tried to hang up on me before I could check to see if I wrote the huge tracking number down correctly. It was like i was talking to some very inexperienced apathetic high schoolers who wanted to get back to Rick and Morty, their extra large bag of cheetos and their next bong rip.
It took a while to get my stuff, but that's fine I get that this is a bad situation for everyone...but man your employees suck at customer service. They literally don't know how to talk to someone on the phone...bizzare
Great but one month later charger just quit on me today... tried calling cust. Serv. And put on extended hold... can you advise?
Phone was as promised. However did not receive the sim card insertion tool. It was easily remedied by using a paper clip
