I ordered a Microsoft Lumia 950 XL phone, a spare battery and a car charger. It shipped when they said it would. The battery and charger arrived later, because they shipped from another location. When the battery arrived, it was defective. I called ElectronicsForce and received a return call that evening, and received a immediate credit back to my card.
I'm a first time customer, and purchased a cell phone manufactured in 2012. This Motorola "slider" stated it was a 4glt, however, my carrier, Verizon Wireless, stated the phone was not compatible with their network. I was very disappointed, because I really like the look and feel of the phone. Unfortunately, I had to return the phone. I thought I read I had a 30 day return, but learned it's only 14 days. I made it at 13 days! When I received my credit from electronicsforce, not only did they charge me a 15% restocking fee (which is fair), they also subtracted from my total their shipping, handling and insurance, which I was not charged when I purchased the phone, AND I paid the return shipping. The refund amount from electronicsforce was about 45% of my purchase price (yikes)! Sorry, they lost a customer and I will let my friends and family know, as well.
Do not waste your time buying from here. Perhaps some people have okay experiences with them, or even wonderful, but not me. My experience didn't go well, here's what happened. I thought we were paying for a new phone- both times it was obviously a used phone that they sent us. The first phone wasn't working right, the sprint store techs couldn't get it to connect to the network and so we were back to the old phone again. It had gone nearly a month or more till I got in touch with them about the first phone and needing to return it- it was super slow shipping with a time period of several weeks till the phone got here and then Till the trip was made to the sprint store and then having them try to hook the phone up... they were gracious and allowed me to return the first phone for an exchange-I'll give them that!. I had bought a warranty so I had them send me a second phone under the warranty and when we got it it was clearly locked and had a password on it- of which they were no help in removing. I tried to contact them about this, emailed them atleast 4 times and finally called them and was directed to their webpage to fill out a return request form. Never heard back from them whether I was approved or not to send it back. Finally called again and was informed that they denied my request to send the phone back. Okay, so now what? I obviously am no closer to having a good phone from them and it feels like they're refusing to work with me. I had asked the tech that helped me what I'm supposed to do and he promised to send me a link for how to unlock it. I never got a link. Maybe he just got busy and forgot But whatever the case, I have no use for a phone that's locked and is unusable!. Save yourself some time and just buy off eBay or somewhere that has more stringent standards. I'm not impressed with their customer service and products, I'd advise to just look elsewhere for your electronic needs. Sounds like I'm not the only one who's had bad experiences... take our advice, unless you want to risk running into a bunch of hassle like us.
These guys are professionals at selling phones online and makung customers happy! I recommend this website to anyone looking for a new phone.
Found exactly what i needed at an appropriate price. Hopefully it works as for i would need it.
I received the product, which I can tell is used and perhaps refurbished. Beyond my disappointment to have a brand new product, the phone is nearly as good as new. I don't know where that information was given but it was not found for me. That being said, Thank you very much for selling me the phone I use even now to write this. May God bless you, and you all abundantly for what you've done on my behalf. I asked for this phone. I received this phone. And I am very pleased with this phone. -Cristian Silvestre
Paid for two day delivery, it arrived on the 7th day. I emailed Electronicforce that I needed to be reimbursed for my shipping costs. Relieved no response.
Prior to purchasing a cell phone I contacted both electronicforce and my local t-mobile store regarding the phone. After receiving my purchase I took it into a T-mobile store to have it set up. After the store techs worked with it it was determined it was not compatible with the local network. I waited a few days to return my purchase, but noticed there was only a 14 day return policy. I am out more than one hundred dollars for both the untimely delivery and a useless phone. Very disappointed and unhappy.
I was surprised with how many good reviews this site has. I'll be coming here in the future! However after two weeks the phone's screen turned purple and smudgy.
Basically got exactly what I asked for, not too shabby.
Website definitely needs work to make it look more like an official service but it is in fact legit.
Device received timely and in good condition, except NO manufacturer's (Samsung) documentation or packaging whatsoever.
Was under the impression I was buying a new device, but apparently not(?).
Site: Easy to use
Support: Very good and responsive
Shipping: Postal service did a poor job - needed the option to leave - signature NOT required
Value: Excellent
Product: I did not feel it was complete as there was no manual
This phone is scratched and not in NEW condition. Camera takes terrible pictures. Took a long time to ship to me. Not what I thought. Highly disappointed
So far, so good. I shall see when the new phone arrives!
Update: The first Note 4 I received did not even charge, and had to be returned. The replacement Note 4 was sent on November 2,2018 and took 10 days to be delivered by First Class Mail! The Post Office was closed on November 12,2018 in observance of Veterans Day and so I actually did not get my phone until the 13th. Customer Service could be improved, as at first I was told the replacement Note 4 was going to be sent from California, and the charger was coming from Brooklyn! I was also given a tracking number for the phone, for which I couldn't get any information on the USPS website! Much unnecessary frustration! Later, I was told that the phone and charger were coming together from Brooklyn, and that turned out to be the case. The tracking number I was given for the second package (which I was told at first contained only the charger, but turned out to have both charger AND PHONE!) proved to be very useful. What a relief!
Great prices, need to call to confirm what you're buying though, ie; open box, used, refurbished. Very slow delivery time. Overall okay and I would recommend checking prices here before buying.
Took a long time for the credit card to work just because of a middle initial. Make sure you get your information exactly right. Product was great, just what was advertised.
I ordered a new T-Mobile LG 450 phone on June 20 (Order #*******). You web site indicated it was a new phone. It took 3 weeks to FINALLY receive it. When I opened it, I discovered it was NOT a new phone... though someone put a cellophane cover on the front of the phone to make it look new. There were still contacts and draft texts from the previous owner of the phone. Worse yet, the model sent was a Cricket (LG b460)... NOT the LG 450 I ordered. Lastly, you STILL charged me the price of a new phone, though it was NOT a new phone. I would like my money back and a new LG 450 phone sent to me as promised. When I receive it, I will send back the Cricket phone you sent me. Tom Schultz *******366.
I bought a Motorola RAZR FLIP PHONE! I didn't think they were still available. Now I can take my Samsung J3 out to the desert and use it for target practice.
Delivery was s little slow, but was not a problem.
Check out process was a breeze, waiting for item.
Update: received item just as described, without any issues. Great prices and great customer service.
Website was easy to maneuver through, and they had the exact phone I was looking for, at a far less price than other websites. I give this experience 2 thumbs up.
Your policy (that the shipping address must match the billing address) held up my order. I've never encountered such a policy when shopping online and it's not very convenient.
My home screen button is a bit scratched up but other than that I love the device. I was especially happy that I was able to find it in gold with you guys. Everyone else was out.
Answer: They open whenever they want. Pick up whenever they want. Ship items whenever want. Just call you might get a clown or Batman. Who knows.
