Awesome representatives and customer service! Will be buying more from them. Was a pleasure doing business.
Bought a simple flip phone, was sent that plus an android (unordered) along with $250 charge on the credit card. Watch these guys.
Horrible! My order was "pending" after 2 wks of ordering a Note 8. I emailed them asking for an update on when it was shipped. They emailed back stating my money was "refunded", stating the phone was returned. NOT true. They then changed the status to "refunded". I replied again with my concerns that the transaction seemed very sketchy. Fast forward to yesterday, my debit card was hacked for over $5,300, every penny in my acct gone! 5 hits within 8 min to an electronics vendor through Apple. I'm 99.9% certain I was scammed by this site. Utterly in complete disbelief! Please beware!
So far, so good. Very nice customer service! I was called the day before to confirm my address (it's a strange one) and to let me know when my phone would be delivered. The gentleman on the phone was very polite and professional.thanl you!
The phone I got was in a generic black box that says cellular phone where one can see the device shuffling inside with no secureness(package peanut or foam/airbags. No slip stating it had not been used not that it has or refurbished/tested by any means, confirm by carrier no breakage seals on openings but on each component was wrapped in plastic, the phone itself still had the protective coverings and the tracking number was written down on the redelivery slip by the USPS a week before the site states 3 to 5 days processing before shipping and not beforehand on the online account nor confirmation email
I wanted an HTC Bolt but couldn't find it on your website. Partly, I did not have enough information. I did not know a sim card was required, and obtained from the service provider. I had not purchased a phone in 2+ years and did not research before I ordered the phone. I did not see that information on a website in the places I did look.
I knew there was a re-shelving fee, but electronicsforce kept $70 dollars -- isn't that a bit much?
Not Super happy I had to re-enter my address for my credit card about 10 times for the spelling to be perfect.
Also I had to contact customer service after they had took much longer than promised to deliver my package, to which they said they would get everything under sontrol and get it to me as soon as possible. A few weeks later I figured something was wrong so I had to contact customer care again. This time they were much more helpful but only after saying that I have already had a ups investigation on where my package was to which the results were that the package was never sent to ups. After that info was told then the person said he would send me a new order on the fastest shipping possible. To which it did arrive shortly thereafter. But it was the wrong model(a 6t instead of a 6) but it would be to much of a pain to return. The whole process took about 4 weeks, when I paid for 3 day shipping
Hi,
I've bought a smartphone there. One star because of the worst customer service i have seen (i've been a customer many times in Germany, USA, Spain and other countries). I don't recommend this shop - just pay more (electronicforce has a quite good prices) and be sure that customer service will be able to solve problems and will be eager to help you. Before buy on website make sure that the model of the item is the same in the description below. I've received wrong phone. They didn't help me, just advice me to contact with the manager (seriously? Mr Steven? You cannot solve my problem which is quite easy?). Because i hadn't enough time to resend my device and wait for returning my money (i was in US just few weeks, and i needed phone because my was broken). In my opinion they have a big mess in their store.

I purchased a cell phone from ElectronicsForce.com a few years ago and had a great experience but my most recent phone I purchased turned out to be defective and ElectronicsForce.com has not backed their product by either repairing the phone, replacing or refunding the purchase price. I purchased a Samsung Galaxy Note 9+ 128k phone on 2/17/2022. It was delivered on 3/15/22. I first notified electronicsforice.com of the problems with the phone on 3/23/22. The S-pen was not recognized as connecting, and callers experience a disruptive echo when I speak with them. After many discussions with electronicsforce.com, I was told electronicsforce.com would not send me a new phone or refund my money. ElectronicsForce.com sells older model phones that are both new and refurbished, and my phone was sold to me as new, but the phone's warranty had expired on 6/28/21. While the phone was new, it was pre-activated on 6/28/20, and therefore, Samsung's one-year warranty had expired. This process of electronicsforce.com tyring to figure out what to do took months. My only option is for Electronicsforce.com to repair it. I filled out a repair ticket and sent the phone to the electronics force to be repaired on 6/6/22. I was told it was sent to Samsung for repair. I received the phone back on 9/3/22, and it is still broken. In fact, the S-pen was missing from the returned phone and the replacement Samsung-manufactured S-pen that I purchased does not stay in the phone. I have called the customer service line numerous times this month, and my calls roll over to their messaging service. I sense they have caller id and are hoping I stop calling. I sent an email last week and was told someone would call me this Monday, and no one called. I sent another email to them today, and there has been no response.
Quick and easy site to use, and Customer Service returning messages is really very quick...According to them it was compatible with Verizon but when we tried to get it on line with Verizon it was not happening, they said it was not compatible. In the end it was fine as I moved to Google FI but be careful when buying that it will be compatible with your carrier.
The phone I ordered was blue - the one I received was black. I was under the impression I was receiving a brand new phone - I found e-mails to/from other people on the phone. I had returned a less expensive phone when purchasing the more expensive one I received. I was initially charged a restocking fee on the phone returned. It was reimbursed after I YELLED!
This place is a piece of $#*! run by scammers - DO NOT BUY!
They seem to have good reviews on all the review web sites but if you dig you will find the reviews are mostly fake. They work very hard to keep the reviews and stars up as it is the bread and butter of online internet sales. Everyone checks reviews and if they are not good then people quickly move on to the next seller. I will not go into the very long story that went on for three months but here is what I said on another place. Multiple exchanges, wrong phone, broken phone, it went on and on and never resolved and stuck with crap phone and out $400 plus.
Electronicsforce.com aka CELL2GET Product: Cell phone LG G7 ThinQ LMG710ULM
***DO NOT TRUST*** Worst experience ever. This place completely screwed me over and I lost over $400 in the process. Not to mention hours of time and frustration. The story is too long and went on for months but bottom line is I would and will never do business with this POS company. This is my personal opinion and experience with this horrific business. I attempted to save money by buying a cell phone online from this place and it turned into a complete nightmare. My take away is that it is not worth trying to save a few bucks by buying something like a cell phone online. Too many shady characters like this place (electronicsforce.com aka CELL2GET). Factor in shipping time, shipping costs, personal time... Just not worth it. If anything goes wrong any money you may have save goes out the window. If buying a cell phone I'd buy from a place local where you can see it before you buy it and you can return it if any problems. If you buy online, unless you have another cell phone, you will be without a phone if you have any problems.
So far so good. Now we wait for the phone, and see if it's actually new and perfect!
*Update 5/28/2020 The phone showed up a month after ordering! It was ordered on April 24th, and it did not arrive till today. The good news is, the phone is new! Not refurbished. So if you are in a hurry to get a new phone, pay more money to get it shipped faster!
I hope this phone will work in vancouver, bc canada and i have
sim card fro fido. The flip phone received is not the color the internet phone odvertise, flipped open is
Silver, i received is black. Change the picture on your ad.the out side is ok -silver.
Shopping was easy, however, I have read a couple of bad reviews. I am curious to see if you perform well.
Now that I have received my order, I will tell you that I was a little annoyed that my first order was cancelled without my knowledge. If I hadn't checked on the order, I would never have known. I re-ordered and received the phone.
The site clearly gave the impression that the phone is a new phone. For the price I paid I definitely expected it to be new. However, the phone I got was used, scratched, and a bit dirty too. Very disappointing. If I wouldn't really need the phone I would have sent it back, and got one from Ebay for at least half the price.
Answer: They open whenever they want. Pick up whenever they want. Ship items whenever want. Just call you might get a clown or Batman. Who knows.
