When you push it, it doesn't Just go off or come on after a few times pushing it then it does. This is a little frustrating. Other then that I'm very happy with it I can say that it has really helped me out with my allergy I'm very pleased with that

Very great website with a lot to offer and bring to the table but the shipping takes some time to come but it arrives and package is well packed.

I was sent the wrong item. I emailed and was told to return it for a refund, not an exchange. When I asked about the correct item I was told it was out of stock, but its still on the website.
I had to order it elsewhere

Added on 18MAY18 - good products, happy with that. Thank you ALL. A little slow on delivery - so the ~$30 I paid for expedited delivery, what did that get me? That was misleading.

My first 2 orders were canceled by you on all 3 orders there was no e-mail order conformation no e-mail notification of shipping it got to be a good guess whether I was to receive anything on the third order until it arrived --- now I am happy

The order was completely wrong wrong color as well it was refurbished even though they said it was not. I ordered from Amazon after I ran into issues with this order and received the product before I even received electronics Forces order.

My item was shipped to the wrong address and when I finally managed to track down the package they had shipped the wrong item. Their response to my customer complaint was silence... I would use Amazon or eBay or wish or a suspicious unmarked van in a dark alley before I would shop here again.

Website makes no mention of this. Price is reasonable for phone without box but marketing is deceptive. It is unknown whether the phone is new.

Fast and easy, searched the phone I was looking for on line, found it on this website. Called customer support phone number to confirm availability,because the phone I was very hard to find. Went back to website and created account, and ordered the phone. Took longer to write this review than it took to order the phone.

I could not connect my phone. I spent 2 months without phone and need a refund. They sent it in a boost box and everything and it was Sprint!

Did not receive the original charger for the device, nor the original packaging or items to be included. But the device itself was in great condition and did not have any issues activating the device.

I was disappointed in that I ordered an unlocked system. I was asked if I was looking for a phone for Sprint service and I informed the rep that I was not. I informed him that we might go with Verizon or another carrier. The phone we received was locked to Verizon. This caused us to have further issue. Unfortunately because of this we will not purchase from this company again.

Ordering was not hard but I did not get the phone I thought I had ordered. The phone order said red and I got a black used phone. I did not read on the phone I picked out that it was used. I sent it back.

Good representative and very easy to make a purchase. Live representative was nice with me and helped me with all my questions and purchase.

I received my order, it was the correct phone and in good condition.
I ordered right as NY was going into lockdown with the pandemic and emailed to confirm my phone was coming. I received a timely response and was able to call and get a tracking number. It took a little longer than normal to receive but it is completely understandable given the circumstances. I would order from them again.
