I submitted a question on Monday so I could place my order on Tuesday, but I still have gotten no response. I called for help today, but only got a message that the business is closed. Why can't I get help with my order when I need it?
I went ahead anyway, without any response to my question. I received the product, it was very good, the price was great, and the delivery was quick.

The phone I was sent didn't work and the refund process was difficult, but the customer service was above average. Steve worked really hard to resolve the issue for me, but I don't think I will ever use this site again.

Received a call directly the same evening indicating my order was shipped and would arrive in a couple days to my PO Box which was earlier than the shipping I selected (I chose the free shipping option). Awesome customer service especially during these tough COVID19 times. Great to see we still have companies that provide quality customer service here in the good ole USA!
Ordered a phone Nov. 19th with 3 day shipping.
Called customer service 2x. Phone still hasn't arrived Dec. 4th.
Orders my phone on 3. 05. 20 3 paid extra for 3 days, still no sign of phone my order says processing. We will see about the phone if it ever arrives
Easy to use site, great price. One problem was that I bought what was listed as an unlocked phone, yet when I received it, there was AT&T already completely set up on it and a couple dozen apps w unknown permissions. I was able to set up my tmobile sim card but still have AT&T settings I cant remove.
Very competitive pricing but do not expect product to be shipped quickly. Took two weeks to get my order delivered. Delivery time was only two days, the rest was time to process and ship. Paid extra for quicker shipping but was told all items ship the same regardless. Suggested the change website so people wouldn't be ripped off with shipping cost and delivery misinformation. Phone was as ordered except not the color ordered! So long as you aren't in a rush for phone, and aren't picky about what you receive, this company is sort of okay...maybe.
From the time I placed my order to the time it was actually shipped was 9 days. I paid for three day shipping, which the USPS did correctly, but disappointed in the handling time before shipment. Everything else was excellent.
So far everything was very easy. Contacting Electronics Force was easy and the person I spoke with was helpful. Hopefully my order arrives as described. UPDATE: order arrived and new phone is great. I will definitely do business with Electronics Force again.
The website was great. It quickly took me to what I was looking for and similar product for comparison. The price was the best part.
On the order hand I had to buy a new sim card because it was supposed to be straight talk registered but It was not.
Did not appreciate being told 2 times times by customer service that my order would be shipped a couple of days later, then a week later being told the same thing, and told it was because of employee shortages due to the Corona Pandemic? Did not believe it since I was receiving product from the same area possibility only delayed by a day or two. I expressed my issues on the third call and my order showed to be shipped but showed up a week later (I had paid extra for two day delivery ~ the famous print a shipping label so the shipping system shows it has been shipped. Also, fingerprint sensor has never worked since receipt of this Sony Xperia XZ2 compact, but all other functions are operational with this phone. Emailed customer service and the reply expressed the phone is under warranty and I should contact Sony.
I was told I would get a new, unused Pixel 2 in blue - I received a used, or poorly refurbished Pixel 2 in black. I returned it for a full refund which I received. I was supposed to be reimbursed for the cost of my return shipping also - but I haven't gotten it despite assurances from the seller.
I saw the free shipping message but only at checkout saw the 10-14 days. Yuck!
We actually received the delivery the NEXT DAY. However, it was shouted to the wrong address. Luckily, I was able to find someone to deliver it to the right place for me.

The whole experience with them was simple and fast when you go online to place and order you will find it that it's very easy to make a purchase online from them, and if you're afraid to give credit information because they don't use PayPal than don't worry I called my credit card company before the purchase just to make sure that the information is infact safe! The options that they have for shipping is very good with good choices to choose and the prices are fair compared to other stores on the internet, plus I myself played for ground shipping and I can tell you for a fact that the shipping is fast and on time as expect! I'm very impressed that they deliver their packages very swiftly. I have to mention that they even call you to let you know when they are about to deliver the package just so you can feel safe about that you're definitely dealing with people who take their job seriously and they also ask you questions about the phone before they deliver just to be 100% that you're about to get what you want and need. To be honest so far I'm very impressed with them the package came on time and the phone was well packed and sealed in the package, they really do care about their packages, and the service and the whole experience with them is definitely worth your time! Very Easy...second phone I have ordered, I have one issue with the phone...I ordered a tmobile s8 active but received a sprint s8 active. The phone when configured works fine... but has a bunch of sprint garbage applications...some that cause superfluous messages and screens during a reboot requiring a force stop of sprint system task to make messages and screen go away.
The price I paid was great, thought I paid for faster delivery and was disappointed in the time it took. I know this isn't fully on the company, but once my order arrived & I had questions about activation, the response time was great! Happy I purchased from this company!

I had to create a follow-up status email and then it was shipped and i received it in a generic box with charger but without operators manual. I had owned this previously and also was able to get info in web so it was not detrimental
Answer: They open whenever they want. Pick up whenever they want. Ship items whenever want. Just call you might get a clown or Batman. Who knows.
