We had some tracking number confusion but Melvin went the extra mile to make it right. The phone I received was not in original box. Regardless, it was never used (overstock) and works great. Fantastic price and the phone I wanted. Thank you.

Easy and fair price

Easy and fair price. Hopefully it lives up to my needs. UPDATE: Product was incompatible with all of my needs. Couldn't even use Google. Any returns will cost you the price of shipping and a 15% restock fee too so make sure you are ordering exactly what you want.

It would be nice if they made more clear whether this is a new item or a refurbished one...perhaps ill find out when it arrives...It was refurbished...which, so far, I have no problem with that. Maybe I missed it or it is just assumed because of the price. It would be better if it were more obvious.

Last order for LG Incite was cancelled because item not in stock, but got notified immediately next day. Hope my order for Nokia is fulfilled.

Received the extra battery (finally) but it was same capacity as the one sent with the replacement Nokia order. Was expecting different - higher capacity!

I have been using the IOS system for 4 years. I decided to go back to an android and was looking for a certain Motorola phone I couldn't find anywhere else. I assumed this phone would work as well as the ones I had used in the past by motorola. I waited a bit for it to come. Once I received the phone there were no instructions or papers on the phone itself so I had to Google which I found annoying. I also noticed that the additional 10 dollar extra strength signal I had purchased obviously didn't work. I used this phone for about a week and just got so frustrated that I went back to my old iphone. The phone seemed like an old refurbished phone. It never keeps charge and is very difficult to use. While the prices are good and the choices are too I would never recommend purchasing anything from anyone but a store or Walmart. Too risky!

The phone arrived in a generic box

The phone arrived in a generic box. It looks new but there's no way of being sure. If it is a new phone, the price paid is a good value. In any event, the website does not describe what the customer will receive.

New, refurbished, etc. No manual, no box, no OEM charger or cable.

I may have still made the purchase. I'm hopeful the phone won't have issues. Customer service was above average.

The items were easy to locate

The items were easy to locate. The order process went easy and smoothly. Once I receive the product I'll be able to write a more thorough review. So far so good. I'm very happy with my new phone. No complaints nor problems. I was told that due to the shipping mix up, that I would be reimbursed the cost that I paid for the extra/faster delivery cost I paid to get the phone. So far I have not received this reimbursement on my card. Nor was I told how long this may tale.

Site looks a little dated, it's a little slow, but the forms are well detailed, and I loved that you had multiple shipping options with the listed prices. Overall, not a bad experience. Just make the site a little prettier and you may have yourself a more popular site!

Delivery time was disappointing.

I ordered the wrong phone & it was not compatible with Verizon in our town. Just mailed phone back yesterday so hope I will get refund less restocking charge. It was unlocked so thought it would work.

Awesome prices

Awesome prices. Very easy to order from. Recieved phone and love it so much. I paid 20$ for 3 day shipping and it took 12. So I advise to save your money on the early shipment. That was the only issue I had. Thank you.

First I paid for 2-day shipping. Well, it took about 3 weeks to be delivered and after several emails to them, I was informed that my item was backordered! Nobody said that when I called and spoke to the rudest customer service person I have ever spoken to, or after at least 3 emails I sent. Finally Steve was the person who told me about the delay and followed up with me until my delivery arrived! Steve would be the only reason I would purchase anything from them again! He also said he would refund the extra shipping charge, but I have not seen that yet.

Packaging and product quality are great!
(it could have easily been a 5 star rating)

Only one problem...I was charged for UPS 2nd Day Air (expecting the product in 3 days)
The product was sent USPS and it took more than a week to get to me.

I am not sure what the difference is (cost?) but if the box "UPS 2nd Day Air"
Was checked, who made the decision to send it cheaper and much longer?

Customer service did not answer.

I can't really say how likely i am to recommend the site or use it again as i have yet to receive the item i ordered nor have i received a confirmation of the order... not happy with that at all. I certainly hope to receive an invoice and confirmation as well as tracking when available. This is a problem for me and makes me suspicious.

After asking I did receive an email with shipping information after it was shipped and it did arrive on time but the communication could definitely be improved! The product is good although on the site i did not see a notice that it was refurbished my provider told me it was based on the sim card. Still a good product at a good price!

The price is awesome and the phone works great though I am having trouble sending images via text message I am not sure if its more of a carrier problem or a effect of buying a unlocked phones from a different carrier then your own. I expected the shipping to start a day after I bought the phone it took like 3 or 4 days to process, but once it shipped it shipped in the time they said they would ship it. Overall I would recommend there service the phone was work fine it came with a complementary charger in the box it was overall a great experience.

Was expecting a new phone from the original packaging but overall the phone was in great shape even if it was a used phone. Holds a normal charge for a galaxy s7 and no issues at all. The charger was brand new but did not come with the connector to transfer directly from one phone to the other like originally packaged.

I ordered the blackberry classic
August 9, 2020

I ordered the blackberry classic. The phone works great. The charger that came with it however worked for the first two days and then stopped charging the phone. Also when the charge did work the screen said something like for a better charge please use approved charging cord something like that. I ordered a blackberry charger and now there's no charging issues. Everything else was great, probably just a mistake with the charger cord that they sent me with my phone. I'm pleased with the company and the prices and product. Would recommend.

I got the phone
February 9, 2019

I got the phone. It was new, out of box. It was and is great for $200 less than I would have paid through Sprint or HTC. Only gripe I could have ( and for $200 less than everyone else I would have expected worse) was there was a little scuff damage to one corner of the phone where it had been dropped by someone.
