Phone was as advertised, but the shipping got really screwed up and it took two weeks for me to receive the phone. Customer service seemed disorganized and gave me the wrong tracking number and actually never sent the phone out until a week after they processed my order.
This is such a fantastic place to buy phones from! Good shipping and good service I'm very pleased with my experience with them overall!

Replacing previous Pantech C-740 after nine years of use! Great phone. Only disappointment was the long delivery time. On-line shows ten to fourteen days but when I called I was told that those were business days which was not specified. Big difference. Overall a good experience!
Device ordered arrived quickly, but was not as specified. Unlocked phone (advertised as) came locked to specific carriers... twice! Got an "approval" to return second phone, finally, but when I made one last attempt to see if my carrier could unlock it, another person in line offered to buy the device from me to use on the locked network. Saved me shipping costs back to ElectronicsForce. (NO, they will not pay for returns of misadvertised products.

Their price was lower than other retail stores (that's why I chose them), but it ended up being a waste of my time. I wish I never made a purchase through them. That said, in the end they did refund me.
There were other problems, but to keep things short I'll just focus on the main issues. First, while a customer service rep assured me it would be new, the device I received was not.
Second, their customer service is ok... when you can reach them. Most calls went to voicemail, and they never called me back. They also didn't respond to any emails until after I put in a return request.
This is my first purchase from them and I am looking forward to buy from them in the long run. They really are an outstanding seller on the internet!
If your item is damaged there refund policy is very shady and you won't receive a full refund. They only sent me a 60% back of what I paid.
So far good. Waiting until the product ships and arrives to see if I'm truly satisfied. Product took more than a week to get and did not receive requested email of when it shipped. Battery was shipped separate a week later.
This is my second purchase. This is another gift, so I am hopeful that this one will be flawless as well.

Hi there, never called back to follow up; per sprint, in their system the phone, dura xt, was a "no contract" phone, they needed to change that in their system. They were able to get it working within 24 hours...phone is great, thank you.
Although the product and shipping were fine, the item ordered did not end up meeting my needs. I contacted customer service and received a quick response to arrange for a return. Minus shipping cost and restocking fee I should have my refund any day.
Original order was undeliverable because i only put my 5 digit zip code. I have never had an issue with any shipping company delivering packages when i provide my 5 digit zip code. Absolutely ridiculous. I didn't even receive a phone call asking to update my shipping info, my order was just cancelled and sent back so now I have to wait another 10 days for a new order to ship. How about letting your customers know when there is an issue with their order before sending it back. If this happens again i'll be taking my business elsewhere and never ordering from your company again. A very extremely frustrating shopping experience.

The phone was way to small. Not useable at all. Did not like the restocking fee. Thought that was excessive. A $5 or $7 fee would have been acceptable.
I was not satisfied at first because they sold me a display phone. Additionally i do not like the fact that they wanted to keep $30 of my money when i requested a refund. In the end they sent me another phone which works just fine. I will not be ordering from them again!
