Best place to go and buy phones highly recommended! Shipping takes a while but at least they get the job done by giving you the phone you purchased.

Communication and timeliness are lacking with this company. It took a week to find out my card had been refused due to an out-of-state fraud alert. I re-ordered. They did refund my expedited shipping fee. So, over two weeks to get a phone. The phone is fine, and the price was good.

I ordered this phone and the battery began swelling after about 90 days. Electronics Force has had it over 30 days. They gave me a bogus shipping number that was to Texas. I live in Kansas. Well they got one over on me so shame on me but do NOT buy from this company. Not sure it is even a legit business as they are not good at returning emails.

So far, through locating on the site, ordering and confirming my order it has been a very good experience and I'll stand by my 5 star assessments after successful delivery and receipt of my order.

After receipt I learned that as an overstock it's unstated that nothing but the phone is provided. It would be nice to know this up front.

I'd recommend this site to my family and friends. Their pricing is reasonable when compared to other sites selling similar products, shipping was fast and my product arrived undamaged. In my opinion, you can trust
(ElectronicsForce.com) so if your visiting their site and contemplating ordering something, all that I can say is, I personally would order again from this company.

This is my second try for a phone. First try ended up being out of stock. Hopefully this order works through.

Later--- I am very pleased with my purchase from electronicsforce.com. It took awhile to get the merchandise, but it was worth the wait. The price was great! I love the phone! AnD it came with a screen protector! There was no tracking info so I was a little nervous. But everything worked out perfect. Thank you!

Great communication from customer support (fast), good price, easy transaction. Customer service was great as the car charger that I purchased did not work and they are now sending me a replacement. Shipping time was OK. The phone appeared to be used or was a demo at one point - something I did not count on but it does work. Overall good transaction and outstanding customer support thus far.

Seems ok. Just ordered so see how it goes. Shipping is high if you want it fast. Took 8 days before I received shipping confirmation. Phone is not working satisfactorily. Working with customer service now

I tried calling customer service AND sales before item was purchased never received a call back. I am gambling in buying the item- that it is a new, fully functional phone. What comes with the phone? What does "install" mean? I still don't know.

Once I received my order the phone did in fact come with a charger but no owners manual. I never received any follow up on my prior comments in this box.

I received my order today and it was the wrong color. They offered to replace it and pay for shipping it back, but I decided to keep it. The customer service has been great. The products are amazing, and the shipping time is efficient. Have purchased 2 phones, from here, in the last month. Would definitely recommend this company!

Delivery was slow, later than promised.

Phone was as advertised/ new and working great. Overall I will shop here again provided I have time to wait for shipping.
