Ordered a phone from them on July 1st 2020 paid $48 dollars to get the phone overnight
Phone was shipped until July 7th no explanation no apology and when I ask for credit on the overnight shpping
I am still waiting for them to reply to my multiple emails
I think I will have to file a complaint with the Brooklyn office of consumer affairs
WORST ONLINE EXPERIENCE EVER
I went online to buy a new phone but wasn't sure what was suitable for me so I went and called them and the representatives were super nice and helpful!
Bought 2 phones from them. Pretty decent customer service but needs some improvement. Price range is ok not to chappy. Anyway, 5 for the effort. Thank you.

I bought an LG V20 unlocked Verizon phone from them. I paid extra for three day shipping. After two phone calls and an email it came on the fourth day. When I opened the package the phone was not in a regular box and was used not new. The battery cover had a small scratch in it and the charger and cable were not original to the phone. But I am keeping it because it works fine. When I emailed them it was minutes when they replied. When I called they were polite and did not hesitate to tell me what I wanted to know. They were very polite. Would I order another phone from them? I do not know because they are rather less than truthful about marking phones as used or refurbished. I wanted a new phone not a used one. The price was great, for a new phone but too high for a used phone. It seems they do not tell you whether a phone is new, used or refurbished in the description of the phone on the website. That is wrong and should be dealt with. Would I recommend someone buy here? Probably not without explaining it was buy at your own risk.

Shipping took longer than 10 - 14 days. Battery that came with the phone is worn out and doesn't hold a charge very long. Otherwise, I'm satisfied with the phone.
