Do NOT deal with them!
My order was left outside my door because I was out! Subsequently, by the time I got home, the parcel was not there! I immediately contacted eGlobal and they started their investigation, 24hrs later they asked me to prove my I.D. which I did, and then they stop responding to my emails (you have to wait 24hrs for response). I took the matter to PayPal and they sided with eGlobal because it had been delivered (to my street effectively or anybody that wanted it) So I tried chasing it up again with eGlobal and they said I had not returned proof ( i sent images of my email sent folder with date and time stamp. THEY ARE NOW IGNORING MY EMAILS, So I have lost nearly £300 pounds, (i did also purchase their postage insurance too, so that was more money wasted).
Just to clarify, I was only asking them for a replacement as I still wanted my order.
I WOULD NOT DEAL WITH THEM AGAIN AND WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THEM to anyone.
Ordered a mobile phone on the 9th of March 2020 by standard delivery, it is the 15th of April 2020 and haven't received it yet. E-mailed them 9 times for the past 3 weeks and they haven't even bothered to reply. Been given a Royal Mail tracking number but the shipping information hasn't been updated since the 18th of March 2020, it still says "Item is on its way to the RDC" (meaning " We are expecting it", post office says).
Rubbish customer service, the only way you could contact them being by e-mail.
I do not recommend eglobalcentraluk.com, obviously.
Update: On the 17th of April I received an e-mail from eGlobal saying they would open a case with the courier regarding my order and e-mail me back as soon as possible, then on the 28th of April was told that they were still tracing the courier.
It is the 21st of May 2020 and I am still waiting for the order to be delivered. Fortunately, I managed to make a charge-back claim with VISA on the 27th of April and I received a full refund the next day for now (even though the investigation process could take up to 8 weeks).
Also filed a complaint on consumer.org.hk (from Hong Kong) on the 24th of April. They e-mailed back on the 4th of May saying that they had also e-mailed eGlobal, trying to solve our dispute...
I had to wait for months for the Samsung Galaxy Buds+ product that I paid for at the time of ordering, with one month passing before anyone even contacted me to respond to my question of them ever receiving the order and payment. Then I got the non-functional device and had to become an amateur video producer to create a video proving that it was non-functional.
I tried connecting the Buds+ with three different phone models and experienced the same thing; the left earbud never connected to the phone/app and never produced a single sound. It is completely dead. I experience the issue under every situation, I tried their suggested fix and I tried every suggestion that I found on every Samsung forum (which was easy as this is a VERY common issue). I even took it to a certified technician at a local Samsung Gallery and watched them troubleshoot it with the exact same result on their phone. The left bud NEVER connected, NEVER charged and NEVER functioned. They couldn't help me however, because this model is an Asian market model and therefore not under warranty in the EU.
I then returned the faulty product and within DAYS (not months) they replied telling me that their "technician" found nothing wrong. My only recourse now according to eGlobal is to send them 80 more Euros for them to return what is almost certainly still a dead product, or eat the cost of the earbuds. This is blatant manipulation and thievery conducted under the guise of an online company that is capitalizing on our inability to purchase from in person stores during the pandemic.
I order TWO of the $99 Netbooks, PINK & GREEN... I was charged for the products before I could hit the ENTER button... THREE WEEKS and four phone calls (which they told me at the time of calls they was wainting on my colors to come in) later I get the Netbooks both BLACK, and the CHEAPEST product and ever seen... I try to connect them to the internet and was unable... I tried calling them and they answer service stated they are closed... I CALLED MY CREDIT CARD COMPANY AND WAS GIVING A FULL REFUND... Maybe they will return the calls once they see I was giving my money back...
If this company does business like they promise to answer emails thy are the crappiest company I; ve ever dealt with or tried to! I highly recommend NOT to deal with them
I bought several camera products from Eglobal central and there were no problems with the delivery. Delivery time was a bit long but, for the price that they offer, that's not really a problem.
The trouble starts however if something fails to work and you want to claim the warranty on the product. They say that they offer 2 year warranty on most products. However it is not possible to get someone on the phone from this company. For everything you have to send a message through their RMA centre. On the other end of this, there seems to be a Chinese employee wo translates your messages in Google translate. Problem is that you are consequently misunderstood. When they finally understood what was wrong, I had to upload a video-file for their technician so he could see what was wrong. It seemed as if they try to put up as many barriers as they can to keep you from claiming your warrenty. Because they are product from the grey) Chinese market the local manufacturer can do nothing for you and you can't claim a warrenty from the manufacturer either. In the end I gave up and paid for the repair myself.
My advice: Never buy any valuable goods at Eglobal Central!
I wish I never bought from eglobal. After waiting Impatiently for 2 weeks, I got a message from DHL saying it was impounded by custums.On advice from eglobal ihad to to pay 75 euro vat on a gopro camera I bought for 315. They said they would refund after. They advertise on thier wesite "no vat on imports". I still havn't recieved the vat refund and eglobal's communication is terrible. NO REPLY FROM EMAILS FOR WEEKS, then they give you the run around. Now I have discovered a fault in the camera.Id say my chances of getting a refund or replacement are 0.******* %. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.BE WARNED

Contacted company noumerous times now in an attempt to retrieve my indelievered item. This item was payed for with insured shipping and I still have not recieved it almost 3weeks later. I was informed by DpD that this item was returned to eglobal central due to a lack of contact information. This is an ongoing issue I have contacted them about on many occasions and the replies I have recieved have been highly unsatisfactory. I am not willing to let this problem corinue any longer as I needed this phone urgently and am not one bit happy with my service dealing with the above issue. I WILL BE MAKING CONTACT WITH PAYPAL

Je souhaite partager ici une expérience très positive concernant le retour et remboursement.
J'ai en effet souhaité retourner un Fuji xt2 à peine acheté chez eux pour un Fuji xh1. Et bien aucun soucis!
1) j'avais reçu très vite le premier appareil photo (cad 1 semaine calendrier). Le 2 e aussi.
2) dans la communication, bien qu'il y avait chaque fois un ou plusieurs jours d'attente entre chaque mail, il n'y avait eu aucune résistance ou chipotage. Tout a été parfaitement expliqué, suivi et remboursé!
3) Le colis à mis tout un temps pour faire Le traject retour (3 semaines), mais ca c'est la poste, et les vacances estivales.
4) En plus j'avais oublié de retirer la carte SD fraîchement installé dans le xt2. Et bien aucun soucis, je l'air récupérer aussi ensuite.
Bref bon prix, du vrai matos. Un service clientèle disponible et expédition rapide (c.-à-d. 1 bonne semaine)
Ik heb een erg slechte ervaring met eGlobalcentral. 24 november 2018 heb ik via hun website een lens besteld twv 680 euro die ik als kerstkado wilde geven aan een familie lid. De week voor kerst was de lens nog steeds niet geleverd dus heb ik contact opgenomen met de klantenservice. Deze verzekerde mij dat de lens zou worden geleverd, 2 dagen voor kerstmis heb ik een vervangend kado gekocht. De lens is tot op heden (10 februari 2019) nog steeds niet geleverd en bij de klantenservice vang je bot. Volgens de klantenservice moet je zelf contact opnemen met de vervoerder die eGlobalcentral in de arm heeft genomen voor het transport. Dit is de omgekeerde wereld: je betaald als klant er voor dat een pakket wordt geleverd door eGlobalcentral en wil helemaal niet contact moeten opnemen met de partijen die zij in de arm nemen.
Conclusie: 680 euro betaald voor een lens die nooit geleverd is. Ik voel mij opgelicht en wil iedereen waarschuwen zaken te doen met deze partij.

Answer: This company used to be called eGlobal Digital Camera's. They have since then closed and started up as eGlobal Central. I didn't realise this until I started doing searches on them. My understanding, from the searches i have done and the broken product i received from eGlobal Central, is that they are based in Hong Kong, their customer service basically sends you repeated messages of them not being liable for any fault (i. E. lack of delivery, broken item, wrong item, etc). So it is luck of the draw getting the right item and fingers crossed you don't have to contact their customer service EVER!.
