Stay away from eGlobal Central. They send defective items and look for subterfuges (or plain lies) for refusing refund.

Answer:
This company used to be called eGlobal Digital Camera's. They have since then closed and started up as eGlobal Central. I didn't realise this until I started doing searches on them. My understanding, from the searches i have done and the broken product i received from eGlobal Central, is that they are based in Hong Kong, their customer service basically sends you repeated messages of them not being liable for any fault (i. E. lack of delivery, broken item, wrong item, etc). So it is luck of the draw getting the right item and fingers crossed you don't have to contact their customer service EVER!.
