I ordered in 2013 for more than 100: never received my order!
Hundred e-mails, calls and messages on WhatsApp but no answer!
Oh yes, they told me once "Sorry but you have never ordered" then I sent them the bank's proof and e-mail confirming my order but no News after that of course!

I ordered a dress of about 50 quid few months back but they said that is out of stock and they will process a refund by 30 working days. After a month when i contact them after several attempt. I was informed that because they have changed their payment gateway no refund is possible. However they can give me some credit but i can only use 25 percent of total amount per order mean i need to make another four order to use that whole credit. Complete thief. Stay away...
This is a fraudulent website. They charged my credit card, never got the order shipped. The customer service phone number doesn't work. I sent bunch of messages on their whattsapp, no response. I spoke to my lawyer and he told me to keep track of all the modes of communications I have tried. I will be filling legal complaint to BBB. Please do not fall prey to their scam.
I would never ever suggest anyone to use to this Website to order stuff. 5 Business days after I place my order, they tell me the order is still with the quality team (Don't know for what?). I asked to cancel the order the person on the phone says there is no management to cancel the order.
So they won't ship my order on time and nor they would cancel the order for me?

I ordered 7 dresses from them...just received one and the other never saw them . Dont buy from them...To be honest this is the 3rd tome Indian store have done this to me...I am never going to Order from Indian Online stores.

It is really shocking that so many people were deceived by Efello. I wish I read these reviews before I ordered! For 4 months (Sep2014-Dec 2014) they are saying your order will be dispatched soon. They are fraud, thieves, Lier you name it. I can't beleive Efello is doing business like this, whose advertisement was showed on TV. Do not buy from them.
These are THEIVS. Do not order from these thieves. They will take your money and you will not receive your goods. I have been chasing them for 2 months and they do not respond. I didn't receive my sarees for 4 months. Their service is really poor and so is the quality. It doesn't get worse than this!
I ordered some items with efello in November 2014. The items never arrived even though they kept saying they would be dispatched shortly. I then asked for a refund. It is now April and I have yet to receive my refund. I contacted them every 3 weeks to ask and kept being told it would be processed in three weeks. When I contacted them today they said that they couldn't refund me the money because the refund time had been exceeded. As far as I am concerned this is not my problem. They are the ones who have delayed my refund and therefore it is their error, yet they refuse to give me my money back. That is theft as far as I am concerned. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE. Disgusting service.
DO NOT order from this site. They take your money and do not dispatch the goods. I've been chasing an order from October for six weeks - they do not reply to emails nor does anybody answer the phones either in the UK, India or USA. All the phone numbers do not work with mailboxes which are either full or staff who do not respond. STAY AWAY!
Minus rating! I had placed an order over 100$ in July 2013, been writing to them ever since and calling. If the call is received they say will be dispatched soon. That "soon" is never coming till today Jan 2015! Then they said I have to order more if I want to use that remaining money... I ordered and they sent me those items which were for 100 $ more but still that previous order is never send and I was asked to order something else 3 times! Still waiting... How to get these ridiculous a##holes to answer the phone! If they reply they just say it wll be shipped soon. That soon is never here. BEWARE now they have made another website: KESARONLINE.COM! 1st ws shreeonline, then efelo and now kesaronline. There shud be team who can go to their address and deal with them.
Fake company. Never expect to get anything from these guys. Dont fall for their beautiful advertisements and pictures. They dont deliver. Fraudsters of highest order!

I had to add a star for my review as it can't get through without it guys... otherwise they don't deserve any rating! Very very bad experience... I had to take police help to get my refund from them when they could not deliver my stuff worth of AU$89.00 in seven months followed by heaps of lies, lame excuses and avoiding my calls & emails. Thank God I got my refund when I finally went to India to attend a wedding where I contacted some local police personnel and they helped me in tackling with these frauds. I never did any shopping with them since then. Try Snapdeal, Jabong & UtsavFashion. They really are AWESOME!
I ordered with this company a month ago. Stupidly read the reviews after. The phone lines don't work and they don't respond to emails. Luckily I got in touch threatened them with legal action and they refunded my money. If you have paid by credit card you can also claim your money back through them as it's part of their guarantee if goods are undelivered or faulty. Don't use this company whatever you do.
Deal with them at your own risk. You will not get any worse service from any other online companies. This is a fraudulent bunch of people, running this site with the sole intention of cheating. Overseas customers beware...

This company is one of my worst experience from online shopping.
Since I placed my order in May, they didn't have the product in stock and today is 28 July, I am still waiting for my refund. Every time I speak to them, they money would be back into my card in 4 days and it never happened so far. Every time I call them, the person at the other end is rude; no manners how to speak to customers.
I wonder how these kind of companies are allowed to exist in uk.
This website is an absolute scam! I paid and ordered four items. They only sent me three and after months of saying they will refund the money they have not! Anyone in the UK considering to order from there think twice! They send you all these lovely emails trying to reassure you but there is no way your getting your money back! They are an absolute FRAUD!
They are fake Company and big fraud. They take money and does not sends the item. It has been 7 months but item not received and did not have my money back. They are giving me hard time. Do not order from here. Its the worst experience I have had online shopping. I placed an order but when product arrived 2 months late 2 products were out of stock. I tried to get a refund but was unable to get in contact with them. They said I could order something else which I didn't want to do. Eventually this was my only option however I have unable to do this as they disconnect my call or tell me they will call me back. I have actually given up now but curses on that company totally disgust me
