Total scam! They never delivered my full order and when I asked for a part refund for the undelivered items they said their accounts were closed for 6 months and there was nothing they could do. After 6 months everytime I chased they said it had been processed and would show in my account soon but this was just lies everytime and they would ignore my calls and hang up. 2 years later they say they can't do refunds for purchases more than 6 months ago. Disgusting. Don't risk it

Next month is my wedding and I ordered a beautiful designer saree. Initially, I was little unsure about buying such an expensive saree online. But, I must say I received the product within the specified time period and more than that the saree is just exactly the same… the pattern, the design, superlative quality material… I mean, at Efello, I received more than I expected. Now, I am so very excited about wearing my stunning saree. I am now looking forward to buy some more lovely wedding dresses or may be my bridal lehenga, from your website.

I ordered 4 kuthis in june 2013. I did not hear from Efello for 3 months. I made numerous phone calls, emails with no response. After reading the comments on this site I gave up on that I will ever get my order. Iplanned to call my bank to see if the credit card transaction can be cancelled. But surprise! Surprise!. I recived aparcel from them few weeks ago. I have to say very good quality Kurthis, good professional stiching, good fit. I payed aroung 60 pounds including postage, which I think is areally good buy.
Will I order again? I am still tempted to order again when I see the beautiful designs on their website but no -I will not order again as very poor customer relations.

My wife ordered from this website after seeing an advert on star plus channel (in the UK). We had no concerns about the authenticity of the company, after all it was being aired on a UK cable channel. Anyhow, before placing the order of three sarees my wife was able to speak to someone to confirm delivery dates because she needed these in time for a ceremony. We were assured that the order would be with us in time. We waited... and waited. The expected delivery date had come.. and gone. We waited further. In that time we tried numerous number of times to speak to someone, no luck. No responce to emails, no response to phone calls. It later struck me to type 'Efello reviews' in google. To my horror I find all these similar stories and shock reviews. We placed our order in the beginning of October 2014 and were told we should receive items by November 2014. It has been almost 3 months. My wife has since contacted her bank fraud team..... Can this company not be removed from UK channels? Surely if they are a fraud company then it is in the best interest for the UK based Asian channels to protect their customers interests.

Utterly appalling and a diabolical service. I have been waiting and chasing my refund for MONTHS but to no avail. They certainly shouldn't be allowed to get away with this and I will be taking this further. This is now a matter of principle, not money.

I have already advised friends and family to steer clear of Efello. Never have I come across such as incompetent and unsatisfactory service offered by a retail supplier. In fact, any form of service provider. They have no sense of business or customer satisfaction ethos.

If the rate-o-meter had a minus option, I certainly would've indicated that. Absolutely shocking!

I have ordered four casual shalware kameez two months ago but I never received it. I am trying to contact them but they do not respond to my emails. There live chat is no longer working nether their phone. For the past three days there website also not available. I talked to my friend whom introduced me to this website about the problem, she told me that she ordered clothes for $300 back in Nov, 2013 they still did not receive it. This web site is definitely a scam

Efello never sent me my order. They took my payment and for 3 months they said my order is in quality control dept. Then they said, choose another item. After choosing other items they say, they cannot adjust full amount, only 1/3 of the amount can be used in one order. If we ask them to Refund our money back, they will say that they don't have refund policy. And they say, go and complain wherever you want.

I wouldn't even give them 1 star as it's a fraudulent website. They have stolen my money and failed to deliver goods under "sale of Goods Act". They should be banned from trading and should be brought to justice. How can they sleep at night when they have taken so many innocent people's money. People who steal do not get far as it will be on their conscious every time they sleep, eat etc. People have trusted these b******* including myself and their fraudulent website. Their time will come to rot in hell...

Worst Service in the world my experience is the same as most of the ppl on here! These ppl deserve to rot in prison for they way they have treated us! If you are from the Uk and had a bad experience with these ppl then please go to this website and report them!

Efello is scam website and company is a fraud they just lie from the beginning. They take the money after promising goods and then forget it. These guys don't have shame.

I have ordered them in Ramdan June 2014 after one month when they didn't deliver i asked for a refund since then it has been 6 months they have been lying over phone and email saying refund under processing due to issues with bank.

These website and company should not be allowed to work in this country. Please stay away from this website and company.

Is been 3 montsh I ordered for my self 6 designer sarees. After one month I received only three sarees and rest of three items still i didn't received, every time they keep saying next week next week. Saying we have some issue in the quality department and they not picking my phone here in UK and India, they keep changing dispatch date. I strongly giving massage every body they don't have even in stock to send you anything of sending email. Please don't buy anything at efello.com

Do not order from these thieves. They will take your money and you will not receive your goods. Despite chasing them, they do not respond. There is no difference between this company and a common thief. These guys have no moral. Their site only publishes good reviews and it does not take Enstein to work out that most of their own reviews are written by themselves. Beware.
