I placed an order over the phone on 23 aug 2013 and was told it would arrive within 2 weeks, now its been a month and I still haven't received my order. I called them 15 times and have been given many excuses like the order is on its way, its in dispatch, 2 of the 4 item I ordered are out of stock yet there still appearing on the website, many times when I called the person just hung up and didn't answer my questions. Again today I called and was told the order would arrive within 6 days. I asked to speak to a manager and the excuse "the manager is busy" was given. I wish I had seen all these reviews before I placed the order. I am now contacting my credit card company for a full refund and will be writing to trading standards. Its appauling how a company can con and scam so many people out of so much money. I cnt believe this company is being advertised on tv, hopefully my review will pre warn other innocent shoppers! AVOID THIS COMPANY.

I paid for and ordered 6 items from e fello in early October 2012.
5 items were delivered in early December, their sizing is very small, the missing item never materialised. After numerous e mails I was given a refund of £3.00 instead if the £8.00 paid. Thus was followed by more e mails, E fello came back with the excuse that they cant refund back to a card more than once! They offered me to choose another top which I did with the promise that this will be delivered in a couple of weeks. This never came and was followed by more emails and I have now at last received the top. I wont be buying from this company again

They are thiefs & con artists. Took my money & never sent the goods, each time I phone they tell me the order is being processed in the despatch department, when I e-mail them I'm told they had an issue with quality so they could not process the order. 1 year on they called me to tell me they cannot refund the money BUT will credit my account, however I cannot use the total credit in 1 order it has to be used over 3 orders!
This is the problem with the internet based Indian companies. You just can't trust them.

A disgraceful company that will never tell the truth! Just keep fobbing you off with same excuses, never received my order after waiting 2months, I don't even think they can get hold of half the outfits they have advertised. Please please please do not order from them. I have asked for a refund will see if I get one now. I would give them no stars but have to giv them something

This is a a fraud company. I will never in my life recommend my enemy to even buy from these scam artists. I made an order in 2014 and still not got anything from them or any refund, After chasing them they say they cant give me my refund! WHY NOT! They failed to deliver my items and they are not willing to replace or give me my money back. I am absolutely distraught I spent over £100. I have worked hard for that money to buy something for my mum as a gift. I am very upset and I will tell everyone about Efellos scam business. DISGUSTING COMPANY AND DISGUSTING PEOPLE THAT ARE PART OF THIS SCAM COMPANY. I hope they suffer worse than what I have suffered.

Please Please Please do yourself a huge favor and do not buy anything from this website. I ordered 2 dresses in July, and it october now and still havent received my order. They send me emails asking permission to dispatch my order, and I reply immediately and 2 wks later when I dont get my product and enquire they say it will be dispatched soon. They are supposed to refund my money on one prroduct which I have not yet received... I feel when all of us have gone through this poor customer service, and have been robbed of our hard earned money why cant we register a formal complaint with the consumer forum in India. This is absolute cheating and deceit. I have all their emails and phone conversation saved as proof of their deceit. I think I am now going to call my credit card company and complain about fraud, that way they will not be able to do any international transaction... I feel so cheated!

I ordered from efello in dec 2014 (early last month)without reading the reviews, that was because 2 yrs ago I ordered from them and I received my item but a little late. I was happy with my item. This time I ordered and waited and waited but the item didn't show up on the day, so I emailed asking if my item will get to me sooner, did not get a reply however when I did get a reply it was an automated email saying my payment will be refunded within certain working days and to my surprise I actually got a refund and I think that's because they had an issue with their payment system(lucky me)! Today I just received a phone call from *******800 Asking me that my item is ready and if I could purchase it again. I was very tempted to buy the item again until the guy on the phone started telling me to buy other things and to forget my previous item, that's when I thought hhhmm my item probably isn't even ready if the guy is pushing me to buy other things now! I said thanks but not interested anymore. I'm happy I got a refund and I'm glad I can close off this chapter and feel bad for others who haven't received any refunds or still waiting for them!
