OMG unbelievable what a BIG FAT LIAR, person like you Liar fake fraud, blackmailer and regardless never seen, all efello customer know very well who is fake liar regardless and a BIG BIG FRAUD. Why should I change the email date? In Your first replying comments you said, that You have already dispatch my order on19. 7. 2014, look your text ( Narender K. [Efello Rep] According to order details we have already delivered your order on 19. 7. 2014 and awb no. Is ******* through express parcel courier service.
Now You have Totally changed your statement. Hahahahha
Told a lie and forget, thats why, A lie has short legs
Now you said, that you have dispatched my order on. 19. 7. 2014, now on which one should i believe?
As You say on 30. 6. 2014 you have alredy dispached my order then where is my order? The parcel comes to foot? If You dispached my order then give me the correct tracking number, your above giving tracking Number is absolutely wrong, no result. Everyone can try it. I dont want any more to do with such a FAKE, SCAM, LIAR, and Farud efello company.
I PAID AND I JUST WANT MY ORDER... FINISH.
I placed the order on Sunday, September 01,2013 for EUR 128.13, (efello.com)and paid for it. But I never recieved any order on my address. I was emailing the company almost every day asking about my order and NO REPLY... after waiting long enough I contact to paypal(because I paid via paypal) and told them all the story and they refunded my money... after that company contact me and threanted me that they will put all my details online for the fraud refund(instead saying sorry)... and they did to me putting my name online... like I robbed them. I even contact charge backer to ask them remove my name and told them if they can contact the company and ask them if they have any proof(the receipt i sign when recieving the order) and the answer was COMPANY HAVE NO PROOF THAT ORDER WAS DELIVERD... and still my details are here i am unable to understand all this(i dont know how many people got robbed by this efello Fraud company. I AM THINKING TO LOUNCH A ONLINE PAGE FOR THOSE PEOPLE). Can you guys believe that my 2nd order on the 8th january 2014 order number. ******* amount euros 184.59 paid by western unioun (promised to be deliverd within 14 days) never deliverd and its already 8 months. And i am still emailing the company every day and NO REPLY... my God over 8 months, and they are doing this to me, I believe this is blackmailing and Character assassination. I Strongly believe that efello is a Scam Company and chargebacker is a sister Company. The Amount of Euro 98,62 was paid again just to remove my details.

Wouldn't even deserve a star. But no choice. Anyway these guys used to be called shree online then went on to be efello after many complaints. I decided to have a conversation with them but I accidentally closed it but the person was very rude telling me I am a nudist and a fake and to let them carry on posting their own reviews bigging themselves up. Anyway here is another convo which isn't very exciting and is short but I couldnt deal with having another convo after the other horrific one. Here we are:

Check out the email chain below, start from the bottom and figure out for yourself why this site is your worst nightmare!

P.S. Just following on from my last review where an apparent Efello representative has responded - how convenient that you have chosen to respond to only my review on here!

Now for Data Protection, I have not displayed my email address in that review since it is PRIVATE, Narender K. That's hardly going to deter people from reading it since who would be sad enough to write out such a long fake email chain?

Now, I have the full right to complain to Trading Standards and post this chain online since this is Business to Consumer law - you should look into it sometime. Especially when all it is, is a matter of freedom of speech so I'm not exactly "threatening" you, Narender K or rather Efello, I'm telling you what I intend to do to prevent future unhappy customers.

At the end of the day your company ignored my emails in the first place; claim to have not received them; emailed me numerous times asking for feedback then AGAIN ignored me; to the acknowledging my feedback and offering a measly 3% additional discount?!

Oh and let's not forget, EFELLO THREATENED ME! Spread my contact details to other sites in order to ban me from using their services?! HA! Honestly, it was the most absurd thing I had ever heard, the mistake in itself made by the manager was so amusing and shocking that I still struggle to believe that was the way I was responded to.

I'm glad you've decided to post on this review, it only validates my email chain and most importantly, why Efello is not to be trusted. Thank you for making me the bigger and better person.

Please do not shop at efello.com I have made the same mistake twice. Efello did not give me full refund for missing items on both orders. I was told it will take 23 days to issue the refund and every time I called to inquire about my refund, the person on the other end is rude and hang up several time. Finally, someone named Deepa spoke to me and told me the fund will be issued in 23 days. I have filed a complaint about this company on https://econsumer.ftccomplaintassistant.gov/
It is a cross the border (international) consumer complaint.
