Do not order from this site ever! They will take your money immediately and you will recieve no product. I ordered an item in december which i still have not recieved. I had contacted them numerous times and they repeated the same thing " item is in customs will be dispatched next week" load of rubbish! And they will not refund the costs when the fault is on their behalf!

Never ever ever order from this website!

Spent £750 on a group Christmas order but never received items. At first we were given a time of 2 weeks but then Christmas soon passed and were only getting excuses of quality control and constantly being told that we were going to have it "next week". Once they told us they have dispatched but hesitated to give us tracking details and soon we called back about the 100th time and they said they never dispatched and they did not tell anyone that they did. Phone service is useless as they never answer and service in general was appalling. Clothes were never received so we put in a case for fraud and we got our money back from our credit card company which was grateful of them but if we were to ask for a refund from Efello they won't do it. This is because they tell you that they have a 7 day refund policy but when we called the next day to cancel one item they mistook for the whole order and they said we would not get a refund.

Never Again.

This website is the most appalling for the buyers as the company not only doesn't deliver your goods they also don't give the refund for non delivery!

It has been over 2 months since I had placed my order and have asked for a refund as my order did not arrive, I have spoke numerous times by telephone with a worker called Abishek but they are so unprofessional and rude they just want to get rid of you! I was told three weeks ago that I would get a call back from Deepa (manager of efello) but never did! I had paid for the goods by credit card too so had to pay interest for late payment as each time I rang I was told the payment should take another 2 or three days!

This was my worst experiece ever and not being racist there is no such thing as customer service! It's like I have been put through to a call centre of non-english speaking unprofessional bastards!

Friends, Please don't shoppe from EFELLO website. Its a completely fraudulent website. I have placed my order on 11. 12. 13 and its been 10 months I haven't received my parcel. I am totally tired of calling them by phone, email, ect. The live chat on the website is a real fraud. When you try asking them about your parcel they close the chat sessions.
I received an email from them last week saying I could use the credit I have in there accounts of £35. But now when I tried to buy something of similar value to offset the credit, I was told that I need to make a minimum spend of £70. This is absolutely disgusting! This is yet another TRAP! PLEASE BEWARE! DONT BUY FROM THIS SITE, EFELLO!

I am issuing a full refund via my bank because Efello are fraud and do not want to give my money back. I do not want anymore contact with Efello ever. I will never but anything from this company every again.
I am filing an investigation with my bank, who has been made aware of their fraudulent activities and constant lies.

This company Efello is a massive fraud. They constantly lie to you saying your order will be despatched, but all they are doing is stringing you along The most frustrating thing is the customer service, which is shocking, they just hang up on you. I've lost my money and don't think I'll ever get it back, they took my money in May 2014, and still no refund or my order. PLEASE DON'T purchase anything from Efello it's owned by Mr Narender Kumar Efello and Koyal Online Pvt.Ltd. Let's all use social media to warn people about Efello..

Fraudsters! Stay away. I ordered beginning of ramadan and after about 3 months still waiting. They dont answer calls or reply to email. If the do answer then they say your order will be dispatched next week but it never is. BEST THING TO DO IS CONTACT YOUR DEBIT OR CREDIT CARD COMPANY AND THEY MIGHT BE ABLE TO REFUND YOU THE AMOUNT. I had to give them one star because theres no option for less than that.

I ordered something on March 1st and was suppose to get it by march 15 but till now there is no where abouts of the order and no one pics the calls. Their India number is a non working number. I cant comment on the quality of products yet as i do not have the same. They gave me a wesite to track www.jmdlogistic.com with a tracking number and it was also not working. Its a wastage of time and money. In fact Utsav and cbazaar are far far better than this.

I ordered 8 weddings sarees for my brothers weddings. Abishek guaranteed I would receive with in 15days. 3 months later no sarees.

Biggest loss in my life. No sarees, no refund and 2 days before the wedding I had to go 300 miles to get sarees last minute paying double the price.

If you are in my position with no goods and no refund you can try
Visa chargeback scheme ( must have paid by visa credit card or debit card)
Google it and you will get lots of info, you can claim based on non delivery.

The other thing which is a government scheme to which all international retailers must register is the econsumer complaints ( again google it) it is a US database so enough complaints and you can ban them from internationally trading.

efello.com is a big fraud, biggest theives whatever the name they want to use it. Despite of my several calls on their customer service phone number and i received my order late as well in two partial late late in two deliveries several months apart the salwar suits i orderd for the marriages i wanted to attend, at the same time second delivery package i received after i comlained my bank to hold the partial monies until i receive the suits after opening up the package which was soak and wet in rain i found three damaged suits i sent several messages on their email and on their live chat which never is honered to resolve the matter. I never was honered.
