You will get only order confirmation mail and post that no response will come from customer care. Ordered a saree with complete payment and it's been a month not even a clue of delivery and no reply for refund also. Be ware of this a fraudulent site.
Also I feel positive reviews here are paid one. Because I see so many customer with same issues and when we comment on their promotional posts asking on status- they are clevr in deleting

I have booked saree on July 7th but not yet received any tracking details till now. Th customer service people dont pick up calls and least bothered about the customer. They are not ready to return my as well as the saree which i have selected is not there currently with them. Please look at website and buy sarees, they are running fake business looking money from the people.
THE customer service. Not responsive. No proper refund or return policies. No on time delivery. We received the product after one month of order and another product we didn't receive and later we were told that the product is not available. We were not even acknowledged of it. We got to know when we reached out to them. In whatsapp also no immediate response.
I ordered online saree Nd quality is as expected. I liked the quality Nd colour of saree. They were as expected.
But saree was delivered bit late as proper communication was not made like saree is being weave.
Customer care, responded nicely both in Facebook Nd watsapp.
Positive reviews Nd mostly recommended
After placing an order i requested them to add a stiching service unfortunately i missed to add in website.
But i got a smooth Shopping Guidelines from Customer care support
Finally i received my saree with good stiching service.

We have ordered two sarees from vynam and only one saree is received. Despite chasing multiple times for the other saree, there is no response from customer service. Upon contacting on their whatsapp number, the person promised to provide the DHL tracking by evening. He never comes back and don't attend calls or respond to emails again.
Beware - Don't be lured looking at the prices and amazing collection they put up. You don't know what you are getting into until you realise how painful chasing these guys is.
The website is dodgy. Order tracking option doesn't work and their contact email is useless as no one responds. You only get one confirmation email after the money is paid and no further details on the shipment. Truly a bunch of unprofessional people running the business who miserably fail to keep up the trust of their customers.
I placed an order for 8 items in 1 week as I will be traveling to India soon, figured I can get them all ready at once to bring them back to US. Below is what I ordered from their website and what I got... The customer service gentleman keeps insisting that they both are the same. Look for yourself and decide... 5 more items are on their way and am dreading to find out what more is in stock for me to endure...
It feels like even if the pictures don't match what they send (not a minor difference, major design differences), you are just stuck with the order... never had such a bad experience with online purchases before...

As you can tell from other reviews, Vynam people are big time frauds! They'll charge your money and won't reply for weeks when you inquire! And if you're lucky enough to get your order after couple months, the quality of saree is disgusting! It's not even close to silk. I don't understand how these people are in business!
I have found it useful. One should appreciate the quality of goods they are delivering at such a low price. If you ask me whether to choose this site for online shopping without any delay I say yes! Go for it...
Vynam has a beautiful collection of sarees available at a reasonable price. The staff is Swift and very responsive. The I purchased looked just as in their website and arrived without any damage. They can however work on speedy delivery. Overall it was a great experience shopping with Vynam! I will definitely come back for more!
I paid 10,000 for 3 sarees, they delivered only 2. With continuous follow-up, they never delivered remaining order/refunded the balance. Stay away, it's a fraud company. Wish to give -ve stars.
I ordered 2 saree in vynam.com a week ago. Customer service team posted every update of my order through Whatsapp. They did deliver on time and the saree looks just as it was in the image. Ordered 2 sarees and got 1 after 8 days... They dispatched my order after 6 days of continuous reminding. The second saree is still unknown. They don't respond calls. They only chat. Worst service. I never had such bad experience in online shopping. Still don't understand whether my saree is dispatched or not. Once in a blue moon they respond saying, we'll update you. Nothing happens...
In August 2016, I've ordered 1 Saree worth of $247.00 and they never delivered my item and when I contacted them, they are hanging up on me. I've all the email thread(at least 100 emails) with me. When next time I'm going to India, I will file a police complaint(Theft) on them. They are cheating their customers. They are not genuine. I would give them absolutely no star.

Please dont order anything from them. I did order for 2 sarees. I received only one. The customer care service is very poor and they r not responding for any calls.
We ordered a saree for last year Diwali. It is not delivered yet. They never answer our call. Don't believe based on FB posts. I am not sure all the collections they have in the site is all true. Cheaters!
