Vynam

I did order 8 saris they mailed 1st one cheap quality then after back and forth they mailed another 2 rest i didn't get them. One month back and forth texting we can't even create an account and track the order.
4 saris i selected they said they don't have it in stock then i selected other ones that also they told me not in stock but website mention it is ready to ship.

Please take this review and advise.

Dear... Don't trust this people they don't keep up their words, if you order any saree and if you receive it then you are lucky, like lottery. By mistake with out checking the review i straight away place the order, God bless my order...

Collections are exclusive but very limited in stock. Initially liked a saree but it went out of stock before i purchased. Finally got my saree which i liked. Quality is also very nice. Thank you vynam

I ordered a lehenga which i loved but was unable to order online, i was frustrated and lost hope of getting my desired lehenga but then they came up with a solution and asked me transfer amount to their account directly and processed my order, happy to get what i wanted!

I ordered 2 saree in vynam.com a week ago. Customer service team posted every update of my order through Whatsapp. They did deliver on time and the saree looks just as it was in the image. I have fear about online shopping particularly to buy clothes. After receiving order from here, satisfied with the Saree cloth and it should be same as the pic at a reasonable price and even compared with the outside price. I will prefer this and refers to my friends n relatives. We can trust this.

Ordered a kanchipuram silk saree last week. Impressed with quality of the saree received little bit late than expected. Looking for more collections in that category. My suggestion to vynam team is try to deliver on time

Very worst service. Pls don't get fooled. I have ordered a saree by feb 8 after 16 days I received a damaged piece. Then wen I called customer care very poor response no one answered Nd only through msgs they responded. I returned d saree immediately. Till now I din get d product nor d amount. Wen I ask dey tell it's shipped. Nearly more than 20 days. Feeling cheated

I ordered a product on dec 20 2017. Still no email regarding shipping or the order(6596). Already paid the money. NO one lifts the call on the number provided. So irresponsible people. Never ever buy anything here.

In Sep 2017, I've ordered 1 Saree worth of RS1600. 00 and they never delivered my item and when I contacted them, they are hanging up on me. I've all the email thread(at least 100 emails) with me. Planning to file a police complaint(Theft) on them. They are cheating their customers.

I order a kupadam silk saree on 26/11/2018. Till now i didn't get the product. When i call to vynam they are telling different stories(We got damaged saree and we shipped you saree already).

Past 3 days to i have been asking vynam people to give tracking details but not providing.

These people are fraudsters. I purchased 1lakh worth of products and the quality of their products was less than 40,000 worth. They still owe me money, and I have made at least 500 calls and Whatsapp messages, but they never answer those calls or messages. I am going to give a police complaint on them.
