Ordered a saree worth Rs 4000+(order id i: ******* referenceno: VY*******). After payment was done, I was told to pick a different one from a list of sarees posted in whats app. The second one that was selected costed less than the first ordered saree. 2 issues happened after this, 1. The difference in money was never credited back. 2. The delivered saree was faulty one with visible marks in multiple places. Pictures were sent but customer service kept delaying to take action and subsequently the customer rep stopped responding to follow up messages
